The parts guy from coleman, you cant understand him, very slow and.have to yell through the phone to get him to understand to. Doesnt return calls after call for days at a time.

My Mother was just in Kinder,LA 70648 at your carwash and used her debit card to attempt to get her car washed. The carwash did not activate or show any signs that it was going to work. She left without any help. There was no attendant on duty and no Phone number to contact anyone to advise that the Carwash was malfunctioned. She stopped by her bank and found out that the machine had indeed taken her $9.00 out of her account already. There was another vehicle entering in as they pulled away. Not a very reputable way to do business. She is going to contact the Town of Kinder to further complain where others wont be taken too.
