I took my car to this place over the weekend to get a “prestige” car wash that cost me $39. I was very surprised with how bad the quality was. Water spots everywhere, dust, mats were not cleaned. Just look at these pictures. Can someone tell me what’s “prestige” about this??!I ended up buying $20 worth of supplies from Walmart and finishing the job myself.

Great experience! Had no wait at 10:30am on a Saturday morning. They did a great job getting the inside and outside very clean. I also did the leather cleaner and am happy with it as well. I will be back!

My first time using their service was not a great experience. I had to call an employee back to my vehicle and ask please wipe down all the missed spots that was not washed off, and also had to asked to finish applying tire shine.

Considering how busy they were, I was in and out pretty fast. They did a great job on my vehicle, even got all little nooks and crannies on the front dried before I left. 👏🏻 I definitely recommend them.

This is the 2nd time going after a bad experience with them. I figure give the place a second chance, but nope. Never again. I paid $39.00 for a half done job. Water streaks everywhere, there are areas where they clearly didn’t vacuum. There are streaks of wet rags all over the mirrors and screens. I called to either get a partial refund or dix their errors and they WILL NOT fix it today. I would have to go back another day. The manager Kevin was rude and clearly does not value a customer. Worst service. Don’t waste your money or time!

Here it is in the middle of November. I still have love bugs on the front of my SUV. Well, Prestige did an excellent job of taking it off and make my vehicle like new again. Great job!

Fast, friendly and very detail oriented! I show and race my car regularly and this place is the perfect spot to get it looking the best in the least amount of time! And pricing is extremely reasonable for 100% hand washing.

Ive been taking my car to Prestige Hand Car Wash for the last 2 years and always pay for extra cleaning inside. They usually do an ok job but never great. After its done I always find myself cleaning certain areas that were missed and although Im not happy to do that I still go here.This week I took my pretty dirty and dusty car in after a road trip to CO that involved some off-roading. I asked the owners to take a look at my care and tell me what service I needed to make sure it was done right: was told the same standard was plus extra cleaning would do it.One the plus side, they werent as busy and my car was done faster than I expected. Unfortunately this came at the cost of a not so good job and I ended up spending another 30-45 minutes after I got home cleaning both interior and some of the exterior. Have a look at the pictures I took literally after my car was hand washed and extra cleaned inside.I really need to find a better car wash in the area where I dont pay for a service and end up having to do some of it myself to make sure its done completely. If anyone has any recommendations after having tried Prestige as well please let me know.

I got the Prestige car wash. Ashes and dirt were left in my cup holders and on my center console but the owner addressed it quickly and corrected the error. I really appreciated that. After leaving, I did see a few other things that were not cleaned due to lack of attention to detail. I have to admit, it was a kind of busy day and they were moving cars in and out fast but I personally dont mind waiting on a good detailed hand car wash.

Paid $47 for my suv to be cleaned exterior and interior. The front was cleaned but but second row and the cargo area was horrible. I used their service for both my cars for the first time but it will be my last time as well.

There are many great reasons why the same customers keep coming back to this location. Quality service and exceptional care. I highly recommend getting at least the Prestige Wash. I normally wax my vehicles twice a year, but I had a meeting coming and needed a quick detail done on my Jeep. Havent cleaned it well since Ive taken it fishing abs BBQ runs in awhile. Had Prestige do a wax job and they were very meticulous on how they do it, as well as all by hand. Excellent. Very affordable. Highly recommend.

Greatest car wash ever. All done by hand. $22

Took my car to get clay bar done to it. $120. It is a 2 door coupe, so the price is comparable to other places. I did tell them about some light swirls in the paint, they said they would come out with the clay bar. I asked if they could make sure to clean the rims well, they said they would. Before I picked it up it rained a little so they called and asked if I wanted it washed again. Yes I replied, and gave them plenty of time to do so. When I picked it up, it had water marks all over the car and the wheels were still very dirty. I took them out to look at the wheels and all the water marks, was told that they tried their best but it was caked on the wheel. I reached down and wiped it clean with my finger. Then to my face was told that it wont come off, so I wiped another spoke and it too wiped clean. Now I have brake grime on my hands and the car looked as if it just washed, not clayed at all. All in all, I understand this is a first world problem, however $120 is not cheap, I would expect better service and execution. I was lied to my face, and had a sub par job done for the price. I will not recommend this place, but I can see some positive experiences from other so my advise is to choose wisely and good luck to you. maybe you will get a positive experience.

Been here a few times now and am always greeted nicely. The car washes are some of the best in town and they have always done a great job for me. I cannot say the same about any other hand car wash conveniently located in my area.

I have used them before and the wash only was a half a** attempt at a car wash. Today I went to get a full detail of my SUV and they quotes me $200, which was excessive but I had no choice I felt at the time because I could not find another detail shop close to me. Before leaving my SUV I made sure to say to please make sure they got the inside of the door jams and the inside of the hatch because they had dust in them and it is sometimes over looked. The man proceeded to tell me that would be extra, with an attitude he told me he was already giving me a good deal and he wasnt going to commit to anything. He was really rude and acted as though he was doing me a favor by detailing the vehicle I was paying them over $200+ to do. Rude service, disrespectful help, all and all unprofessional and would not recommend. I brought my car in for detailing services as it was in pretty rough shape. Within an hour they had it gleaming like it was new. Very reasonable prices for a fully hand wash service.

It was ok. My new garage kept expedition was not that dirty inside or out. I got the prestige package. It was an acceptable job for the price. All the workers were very professional and courteous. Overall it was a good experience.

Its hard to find quality had car wash places anymore without spending a fortune. This place good and affordable with nice customer service. You may have to wait for a little bit but you know what they say if there is a wait there is a reason I live in katy and drive out here to get car washes. I am willing to go out of my way for quality. Thanks guys for always keeping her clean

Went in for a prestige wash and a rock chip repair on my 2017 Ram Kevin was very knowledgeable on the repair and did an awesome job on it highly recommend it!!

This place is horrible! They do not take the time to properly wash your vehicle, when they call themselves wiping down the inside of your car, they do a half behind job! They also use dirty rags to wipe the windows and that leaves a foggy film on the glass. Just for the record, I purchased the Prestige Wash and not the basic wash, which cost me $30. I tried to give them another chance to get it right; But, unfortunately, I received the same shiddy service! Save your money and go elsewhere!!!

While inspecting my car post wash at prestige, and even more so in better lighting after I left, I notice that my car is now covered in micro scratches and swirl marks. I had my car hand washed a week or so ago and this was not present.The staff specified that they regularly swapped the mitts used while washing and that they were thoroughly rinsed after each vehicle. I went back to watch another vehicle and this was not the case. I witnessed the wash team toss the mitt in the chest filled with soap water, and then pull it out to start the next car, they don’t even follow what would resemble a two-bucket system.I recommend looking elsewhere to get a hand wash unless you want your paint visibly scratched over the entire body of the car.

Terrible even the details I showed them they didnt do. All the interior is still dusty and I cant even talk about the exterior. Just when i got home and opened the back door OMG. All the area around the door and the back door glass was totally dirty and covered in dust Im not even sure what did they cleaned.

Came to the detail shop to get my vehicle handwashed and dried. First mistake the person handling my vehicle did, was she gave my keys to a couple of men that my car did not belong to. The second concern was, when I walked outside after getting my keys from these gentleman, my door jams where still wet and spotting with water spots. So of course; I grabbed paper towels from my trunk and started wiping the water spots up but not one person came to ask if everything was ok. Third concern, when I left pulling my car into direct sunlight, water spots were all over my car from the chrome trimming, chrome grill, chrome door handles, chrome sideview mirrors; even on the body of my car. When I contacted Jay; the manager/owner (not sure who he actually is) I was interupted and just asked to bring the car back. This gives me a concern that he did not care to fully hear the issues at hand, rushed me off the phone, and that he apparently did not care about my time.True; having the service re-done is a help but the service should have been done properly the first time. If your business is handle detailing car-wash, you should know that people pay to have this done because they dont want water spots, they dont want the paint damaged by the machine brushes, and if the car has Chrome Trimming; those are spots that they should especially pay attention to when drying the vehicle.Very dis-satisfied!!

Paid $45 for the prestige hand wash. I could have ran it through blue wave for a better wash. Swirl marks all over and places that didn’t even get washed. When I pointed it out I was told that I needed to armor all it. Really? I am very busy because of my work and I just spent $45 dollars for a car wash and you want me to have to clean up my car after I just paid you? Never again! I highly recommend you do not go here!

Amazing service Everytime I go! They definitely live up to the reputation of an amazing hand car wash. I even had a special request for them for something that was stuck in my perforated seats and they hooked it up!

First time here and I was not disappointed. With all of the rain in Houston these days my car was looking bad. I’m new to the area and saw the good reviews so I decided to give Prestige a try. They did a great job. I had my car washed, waxed and had the leather seats treated. It took them about 1.5 hours and they didn’t miss one spot. Definitely a do over. Prices imo were very competitive. I definitely left feeling as if I had gotten my money’s worth and will not hesitate to come back.

My local car wash. The owners are really nice and caring. Quick service no hassle. Just be sure to check they do everything sometimes staff can be careless. Great seating area and safe. I have a porshe and they are good with it.

For the price you pay the quality is better than most places Ive been too and Im OCD and they always deliver. If something stands out the owner will make sure its right before you leave.

You can tell the management really cares about the prestige name.The quality of the work was 100% what I was looking for at this price.The service was amazing. Very professional and friendly. They even cleaned the outside of my car even though I only paid for an inside cleaning because a bad rain came in while my car was in their care.

It was very lousy job for $28. I specifically told them to get rid of the bugs and only that since its a brand new car and nothing else needed to be cleaned. I was told that those stains cannot be removed since it already penetrated the clear coat. But then I was able to get rid of them once i reached home. I would not go there for regular hand car wash again ! May be they are good for detailing or bigger wash packages.

Very impressed with the amount of detail put into the car. I was surprised how the crew went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. Usually as a picky person I have to go back and point spots or get the rag myself at other washes. These people know what they are doing. Will be going back!

Prestige Hand Car Wash is around the corner from where I work and I stopped in yesterday (April 2017) for a car wash. I purchased the extra $10 option to have the full inside wiped down with an all purpose cleaner for a total of $27 (basic wash is $17). I was very impressed with the job they did on the exterior of the car - it looks amazing! However, the inside is another story. I dont think they even wiped down the dashboard which is included with the Basic Wash. I had to go home and wipe everything down. As far as the inside goes, I can do a better job in my work clothes without breaking a sweat. Theres a place where I live that charges $25 for a basic and does more than the extra package here for the interior. If you are looking for something quick to get the exterior looking fantastic - I would definitely recommend Prestige - but if you are looking for the interior to be cleaned, I would recommend to go elsewhere.

Great Service, friendly people, competitive pricing. I used to go to Mister Car wash on Gessner and they would charge $40 for a full hand car wash whereas Prestige only charges $17 for my car. And the job here is A LOT better. They have a nice waiting area which includes a breezeway and an air conditioned room. Overall fantastic and highly recommended.

First time here. Service was quick and the staff did a wonderful job. Basic wash is cheaper than most hand car washes in the area in my opinion and is well worth it. Recommended for some car love.

Excellent service and atmosphere, very relaxed and comfortable setting, I could hangout here just for fun! It feels very homey and they manager, which is who I think I met, was very kind and professional, even though I barely talked with them. The wash, even with my high expectations was good, there was a little rag fluff, but they cleaned up when I asked, no problem. 5 stars, awsome!

I went into the car wash not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find they they are very detail oriented. They were very thorough and efficient in cleaning the outside as well as vacuuming it out. The whole process went pretty smoothly and I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes for the standard $17 wash and vacuum.Not only that, but later when I thought that they had thrown something away out of my trunk, I called them to see if they could find it, and not only did they go out of their way to search through the trash bins, but also called me back fairly promptly to tell me when they hadnt found it. It turns out it had just gotten lost in the spare tire compartment while they were cleaning. All-in-all they demonstrated a very professional and respectful attitude so I will definitely be going again.Also, for anyone who drives a low clearance car, this car wash is also accessible unless you are literally scraping the ground.

Ive been here a few times. I dont have a complaint, staff is nice and quick. I think I get the service I pay for which Ive only had the most affordable basic wash which is around $20. Id rather go here than soap closer to my house.

Initially I rated 2 stars because I came specifically for an interior cleaning and he told me theyd take care of me with the $29 prestige wash, but there was a misunderstanding and that package doesnt cover deep interior cleaning. However, Im changing my rating to 4 stars based on the quality of the wash I got on the exterior of my car.

Ive taken my truck 3 times now and they do a great job every time.

I took my new car here for a basic wash and noticed a ton of small scratches all over the car as well as two longer scratches on the driver side door when they were done. The dealership could not even buff out the scratches. I am not sure if they are using the wrong type of towels to dry the vehicles but you would think they would know what they are doing. So disappointing.

Good wash. As with any car wash, avoid rush hour, so you dont have to wait too long.

I had my car washed in December after the big ice storm to get all the salt off of it, it was 33° outside and the guys did an awesome job! I will definitely come back.

I think of myself as a meticulous car owner and enthusiast. In other words, I like to care for my vehicle in a particular way and use various methods deemed safe to wash and dry my vehicle. However, even the best of us enthusiasts get lazy or dont have time to lug out two buckets and all their gear. Thus, I tried this place out and took a chance. What I can say is that Prestige Hand Car Wash does an excellent job at a fair price point to wash and dry your vehicle. My car was spotless (free of excess water and dirt) and I was very impressed. The only reason why I wouldnt give 5 stars is because Im not too sure how often rags, mitts, and drying towels are changed out (since all of those eventually pick up dirt and micro particles that can be abrasive to clear coat and painted surfaces). In conclusion, if youre looking for a (relatively) quick clean at a fair price, give this place a shot.

Don’t waste your money this is the worse carwash I ever had. The exterior was as dirty as it was before they washed it after I complained the workers tried to wipe down all the dirt still on the car I don’t understand if the car was washed why was still dirty the interior was just as bad. Management its rude he could care less.

Man at the register was RUDE!!!! Only cared about taking the money. One of the man washing cars explained to me the different prices. The registered Man yelled at the worker and told him to hurry up and to get to work. These men and women are out in the heat/cold and shouldnt be treated unfailry, he should be thankful the workers are helping out new customers.

I can vacuum better than them. They dont even wipe the car inside. You need to pay extra for that. I am not coming back

Great service and value. $17 for a hand wash and interior vacuum. Hand wash does a much better job and isnt bad for your paint like the drive thru car washes.

They left a rag in my car, the one they should have used to wipe the dust off of my interior, dash, ect. They also failed to vacuum the dog hair off my upolstry. Save your money and go elsewhere.
