First time using Liquid Auto Spa and was very impressed with their attention to detail and quality of work.They detailed the exterior and interior of my full size truck that had gone 4,000 miles without a detail, with two shedding dogs as normal passengers. The detail took slightly longer than expected, but that was easily made up for by the amazing work performed (and likely because they didnt yet know the extent of the dog hair).Not only did the truck look brand new again inside and out, they even took the time to vacuum my dog seat protector and reinstall it, as well as extended my automatic steps and made sure they were clean as well, a step most places miss.Will be back with my vehicle as well as my wifes.

The team of workers and the young owners, who are brothers, is flat out amazing. Their teamwork to make sure that every area of a vehicle can be cleaned. They lead by example and make sure that everyone has a great attitude when engaging customers.Site is super clean. Waiting area is outside and inside. They advertise their prices and stand by their work. Most importantly, the wash bay is in a large building behind the Shell gas station and they hand wash the vehicle prior to detailing.Honored to be a 7x customer.Will keep going...every week.Michael

Just left here 07/23/21 1:51pm after sitting there for 1.5hrs with 2 cars in the drying station. My truck wash is very poor I still have bug residue on the front of my truck and headlights. So pretty much I paid full price for 2/3’s of a wash. Got in the inside and seats have not been vacuumed. Never again🤦🏾‍♂️

Excellent service and prompt attention. I ended up needing an additional service and was told about it before it was added. My car was a hot mess and this team spent a good amount of time making sure they got into every nook and cranny. I will be coming back each time I need a wash or detail.

I have never had a problem with this company In the past. The one weekend that I visited lately was not a pleasant experience. The normal manager was on vacation and left his brother in charge. He was super unprofessional when I addressed him about the inside of my car not being vacuumed and wipe down properly. When I noticed bird droppings on my car he stated it was paint and scratched it off with his nail leaving scratches on my car, that’s when he raised his voice at me about it. I live in the area and I will never revisit this place and will suggest the people in my community not visit again.ZERO STARS FOR ME.

I visited for the first time about a month ago. I spoke to the owner on the phone prior to my arrival who was extremely helpful. Once I arrived I was very quickly greeted and explained about the bundles and packages available. The waiting area was very nice which I then met with the manager who was also very nice and professional. Wait time was reasonable considering all that my car needed. I think the prices are really good considering the work and detail that they put in. I was beyond happy with the results, they did a fantastic job!! There were no weird patches or streak marks, everything was dried and spotless!! This is now my go to spot for car detailing purposes. I definitely recommend you will not be disappointed!

Today was my first visit to Liquid Auto Spa. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by the owner. He was polite and professional, introducing himself and inquiring about my car needs. After discussing my concerns and reviewing their services, we agreed upon the service that best suited my needs.I was offered a seat inside the spa’s comfortable, air-conditioned waiting area. This is where I was introduced to the spa’s general manager. We again reviewed my services and the process and expectations were discussed.Because my service was expected to take a while, I found a restaurant across the street to eat lunch while I waited. While eating, my car was delivered directly to me via Liquid Auto Spa’s valet service! This was SUPER convenient! And when I tell you that my car has never been cleaner, I mean it! Not a single water stain and no rogue water drips from crevices when I drove off! I will DEFINITELY be bringing my car to Liquid Auto Spa from here on out! Prices are reasonable, service is amazing, and the quality of work is phenomenal.

Pulled in to get a wash and was met by the owner who explained the packages available. I told him what i wanted done and let them do their magic. My car was spotless and the work was done in a very professional manner. The owner cares that you are satisfied and walked around the car with me to make sure i was happy with the work before asking to be paid.

I had my car detailed this past weekend by liquid auto spa. I have cloth seats and a large dog that sheds profusely. No matter how many times I vacuumed it out myself there was always dog hair left. After liquid auto spa was done with my car you would never know I own a dog at all. It looks brand new. The owner and employees are extremely polite, friendly and professional. I will be back!

Very professional, hard to come across this kind of customer service. Melvin, the new owner, is super kind and he explained which package would be perfect to meet my needs. Came in with a post-beach trip, kids eating in the car, never been detailed disaster and what I got back was perfection. The interior looks better now than when I bought the car brand new. The crew was meticulous and efficient. The owner Melvin introduced himself to me and was so friendly and hospitable. They are doing something right here and its not just washing cars.

Came in because my truck had a bad mildew smell to it. After trying many over the counter cleaners and going to different car wash’s with no results, I decided to try Liquid Auto Spa. Melvin, the owner, understood my issue and made sure the smell was gone and even asked me to come back so they can go over it a few times. I did the Liquid interior detail package and they left my truck better than when I got it from the dealership, both exterior and interior, and no more mildew smell! I highly recommend coming here, they will leave your vehicle spotless and smelling good

This is an easy place to visit. Didn’t feel confused on who to talk to, where to wait, etc. I was greeted right away and they didn’t get pushy with upselling. The only complaint I had was there was still bugs on the front of my car but they fixed it up, but give it a once over before you drive off.

Fix your hours on your Google business listing. I drove 8 Miles this morning to get here ahead of opening so there would be no wait because your listing claimed you are open at 11 a.m. on Sunday. Needless to say, Im sitting here looking at a closed bay door at 11:15 a.m. and no one answers your phone. Ill go to Sparkle instead.

I drove from the north side of Houston on the expressway to this detailed hand car wash off of I-10/I-6 because I had an event close by. My vehicle was very dusty when I arrived but when I left, I was very satisfied with the results, several people stopped me while I was at a stoplight because they thought that I had just bought it and drove it off the lot. I was surprised that even at night, my vehicle was still shining. The employees did an excellent job on my vehicle inside and out. The owner and his wash crew were very friendly and knew exactly what to do with my vehicle. Try them out if you are in the neighborhood, even if you are not. You will not be disappointed.

I brought an RV here, job was perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. No restroom though. Could have given 5 stars if there was a restroom.

They worked hard on my 12 passenger van today! After a long roadtrip vacation, it was pretty dirty. They pulled the seats out and did a 1st class job on a all out interior cleaning. I highly recommend them!

Liquid Auto Spa-Hand Carwash does a surprisingly good job in a short time. My car requires hand wash since it will not fit thru most drive-thru car washes. And my car often has grass and tire rubber all over the wheels and wheel wells. The wheels shine when I leave. And then get me on my way relatively quickly.Took my daily driver there also to vacuum inside. Great job of getting all the dog hair.

My experience was not as good as most of the reviews. First of all, when I got there, the guy said it would take from 1 to 1.5 hours, I decided to do it anyways even though it was a long wait, just to try something different than the usual car wash I usually take my car to, plus they have great reviews... well, I got my keys back almost 3 hours after!! And.. they did just an ok job, I guess since I was one of the last customers they just wanted to wrap up to leave not minding the pending details they left of my car, I didnt care at that moment or said anything, after 3 hours I just wanted to go do whatever else I had time for. Make sure to plan ahead if you want to take your car there, here some suggestions, make sure you have a clear schedule, get someone to pick you up and drop you off 2 hours after, get someone to go with you so you dont spend all the 3 hour wait by your self and, take lunch/dinner with you. Definitely dont go if you want to make a better use of your time and compete your to do list. I am never going back

This is the best car wash in town. I wish they were closer to me so I could take my car there all the time. I was in the area one time and decided to go here and they did an amazing job. My mustang never looked cleaner, they were also cheaper than other places ive visited and called. They didnt take long considering how dirty the car was and how well they left it looking.

Needed a last minute detail after a long road trip. Found them online and swung by when I had some time. They were able to take the car immediately and only took a half hour to get it cleaned. For only $27 they made it look like new again. Inside was spotless and the outside was as shiny as it was when we bought it. They have a huge range of packages to choose from, but a good vacuum and wipe down was all we needed this time. Staff are very friendly and prices are great.

I have never seen my car this clean inside and out before. Definitely coming back here whenever I’ll need to work done.

Long story short, it was filthy with stains and had a mild odor. They got the car back showroom ready! I highly recommend them.

I came in town from a 15 hour drive from Las Vegas...so naturally my car needed a cleaning. Lol My sister recommended this place, so I gave them a try. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of their business (in and out), the staff (very friendly and ever soo kind to me), and of course the way they cleaned my car. I drive a champagne colored 2016 Lincoln and they had my car sitting pretty! I will definitely visit them again!

Miscommunication but it was handled rating 4 stars cause directions were bad from Google maps. It had me turn premature into an apartment complex. This place is behind the gas station off Highway 6. Also saw a few small spots they could have done better at getting bird poop off. But still cheap price and did what I asked.

Hands down best car wash I have ever had! I will never go anywhere else anymore. They did such good work for such a good price. Most car washes miss spots or dont do a deep clean, but they always spend a lot of time making sure they thoroughly cleaned it. I also got a leather treatment, car wax and they fixed two Bare spots on my car where the paint was taken off by acid. Excellent work-I cant even see where the paint was taken off, they did an amazing job covering it up! Highly recommend.

Great service! There were several guys working on the car at the same time. they were attentive to detail and only took 20 minutes. Prices are very reasonable for the work they do.

I very meticulous when it comes to cleaning my truck and usually do it myself. They did an outstanding job and will continue to go there. Especially since they do as good of a job as I would.

I have been liking for a new place to have my car hand wash. After looking around I found this place and decided to give it a try. I havent gone anywhere else ever since. The detail work this guys do is unbeatable for the price.Pros: great staff, great service, great price.Cons: sometimes depending how busy they are the wait can be quite long. I have seen more staff during the weekend but even with more people there is only so much that can be done when they get swamps with cars. Usual wait time during the week is about 20-30mins. On a busy weekend you can expect 45mins to and hour.With that said, I would still go even if I have to wait as I am always satisfy with final result.

I have been here several times, the last two i have noticed they have failed to complete the job as the didnt wash and wax the top of my SUV. The first time I went back and had them do it again. This time, they washed the top but no wax. Sorry to say for anything other than a quick hand wash and interior clean these guys are not worth the time or money especially if you have a large SUV like I do.

Paid for the Mini Detail ($75.00) and was not disappointed. They pay attention to detail and take their time. No automated brushes or drying, its all done by hand.. exactly how vehicles should be washed.

The times I went to this place they never gave me an issue about my car being too dirty until yesterday. The reason why they did it because in the past they get upset when I point out spots around my car are not fully clean and I ask them politely to clean those spots. So yesterday he(the young boy with glasses) told me it was an charge extra $10 because their was a couple of water bottles in car and it was too dirty!(see pics). Let me note in the past before I even let them wash it I usually clean up the loose trash and throw it away and the boy even tells me dont worry about it we clean it. So I said that is ridiculous and they reason you are doing this to me is because of the last time I pointed out those dirty spots on my car. He raised an argument about it and he cursed me out and told me to leave! Please do not go to this business! They half clean your car and they rather deal with customers who dont investigate their own cars.

The best car wash in all of Houston. Its so difficult to find a decent, much less good car wash in Houston. In CA, they are a dime a dozen (and much cheaper!). Out here, its like searching for a unicorn. I dont mind paying more since theres less competition out here but dayam, theyve all disappointed...until I brought it here! Use dirty towels to dry, leave smudges all over car. Leave water marks on car and drip marks on car. Scratch ur car and then don’t wanna take ownership of there mistakes. Terrible customer service, literally was yelling at me in Spanish and cussed me out when they scratched my E400 Benz coupe. These 5 star reviews are fake to cover up the bad ones.

Wow - so many 5 star reviews. Interesting.Sorry to say, Im less than impressed. Service is good, friendly people, wait time is not bad, price reasonable. Interior cleaning is good. My main problem is the quality of the washing and drying.Ive been there four times in the last 2 months. My car always looks good in the shade under their tent, but when you go into the sunshine, then you see all the streaks. The second time I went, I spoke to the young lady about it, and she said she will talk to the guys. No change. Two out of the four times there were a couple spots that they missed while washing (I believe its because they dont have a systematic method - just take a cloth and wash away in any random way).My main problem is the drying. When you look at the car in the sunlight, there are streaks all over the body - some places more than others. This is only because their cloths are never dry enough. You see three or four people drying the car and you think - oooh good job, but the final product is not good. And the windows - even worse than the body - all four windows streaky, each time. Side mirrors - same thing.The sad thing is that I think they could be really good - if they would just wash and dry the car systematically in some order, and especially if they would have dry cloths to finish the car.Ah well - the search continues for a place that can do a decent handwash.

I have leather and paid for the executive wash. I even made a point to take my car seat out on front of them saying it needed vacuumed underneath but the didnt even vacuum the seats.

Glass had some small cloth pieces after. Washing with same rag on bottom and top, no prewash before using shampoo, that can cause a scratch.

They did an excellent job on my car detailing service. Will be coming here for my car washes for sure!!
