Terrible service. They scratched my car and have not followed through on repairing it. Do not come here.

They did a great job. I had a hand wash and my car was spotless inside and out. I would recommend them.

First ever visit and its incredible! Customer service, the amount of detail from the shiny reflective hand car wash to clean interior its like a brand new car! I wish I took a before picture as there was a ton of stubborn dog hairs, crumbs, etc. Thank you all once again and also being open past 5pm on a Sunday.

They were understaffed today. I understand because I have the same attendance issues with my employees. Good luck.

Not clean, the staff was very unprofessional, my car front was covered in mud and insects, the staff was very lazy, I would definitely not recommend it.

Guy drying my car and wiping the interior was busy doing other things. He left my car multiple times to talk and do everything else besides finish my car. Manager had an attitude and it seemed other customers were complaining too. Must be under new management worst experience I ever had here. Will not return again.

So far we have loved this car wash it is a little out of the way for us but they really have done a great job for good prices. They really care and will ensure you are satisfied with what you paid for before you leave. We will continue to go out of our way with the quality and service we have recieved here. Even our out of town family loves to go get the car washed when they are here because how well they have done.

I have taken a vehicle from one of our clients for a classic clean package but, i did not realized the poor quality of work this place provides dirt on seats on carpets and floor mats . i had to clean up the vehicle at our business to provide good service to my client . i will not use this place ever again for 26.00 dls i could do a better job my self and keep the chemicals to clean other vehicles in the future .

They only washed one side of my vehicle. I got two services, and should have gotten one car wash free for each service. It was a 71.00 lesson that I will never forget.

I have a 2018 Silverado they did a oil change for a $104. $20 cheaper than anywhere else.Plus I received a free vehicle wash they did a phenomenal job scrubbing the bugs and tar off of the truck. Came in for a car wash the sign said $34.99 oil change oil filter and free deluxe car wash . Went to pay the ticket the manager said your total is $47.89 wow that was wrong I ask him he said he had to charge me for an upgrade filter what a gimmick.. he need to ask me before he put that on .. won’t return again for the bad service. Be aware of this place!!

They do an excellent job. I always get the works. Very thorough. It can be time consuming but worth the wait.

Worst car wash experience. They used wet water towel to clean my electronic and dash and left water stains. I had to stop by auto zone to get good stuff needed to clean my interior. Within minutes of walking toward my car I could see this was not good at all. The manager offer for me to bring my car back and I declined, I would not trust them again.

Just like its name “Incredible” this car wash place is extremely incredible. Friendly customer service, clean place, convenient location, reasonable price ( I can go on and on...) this place is highly recommended!

I was very disappointed with the service and hidden fees. I was told one price and then when I go to pay the cashier, she tells me that my car filter cost an additional $10. $10 may not seem like a lot of money but it was not fully disclosed when I asked about the price.I’m updating my review as the manager called back to apologize for the issue. I appreciate his responsiveness.

The front desk lady Claudia is incredibly rude!! She will not greet you well and only smiles to her friends that come to the car wash. This is the second time I come to the car wash because I thought I would give them another chance maybe she was just having a bad day the first time, but her customer service was still horrible. I will never be coming back here nor will I EVER recommend anyone to come here. She is just too rude. In fact, I will tell all my friends and family to not come here. Although the car wash was okay, the lady is too rude.

Paid $60 to get my car washed and waxed and my rims were not ever touched. I had asomewhere to be so I just left and will never go back for them to do a half job. Very disappointed

Incredible car wash are incredible. Got a coupon from groupon and went there but the owner has suggested me good package with better discount(the works package) waxed up all interiors, tires and my car looks brand new again.

I have used this car wash plenty of times before, so I was very disappointed with the services I received Friday May 1st. I requested for the interior to be cleaned. The attendant told me me the services included cleaning the outside of my vehicle as well. When I was called to except my vehicles I realized the vinyl bumpers and door handles had not been touched. The manager who does NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL tells me I have to pay an additional $5 for that service because it is not included in what I paid for. I explained to him that I have been to this carwash many of times and I have NEVER paid extra for that service. He was very rude and basically told me to stop talking so he could say what he needed to say. The interior was not even cleaned properly and the outside still had dirt on it. I will most definitely NIT be using there services anymore
