We LOVE them! Our 3 yr old is Obsessed with going to this Car Wash and even asked to have a Car Wash Birthday Party this year! The whole Staff is super friendly, polite, and professional. Our son, Jeremy, loves car wash pretend play and pretends he is one of them 😍 and Im glad to see they are great role models for him. Thank you all for everything you do!

Was happy until my recent visit where the wash literally ripped my passenger mirror off. Made an incident report was told they will get back to me If they will cover it and thats when I asked for their insurance was told they dont carry insurance. What kind of business carries no insurance? Anyways I wasnt leaving without some sort of answer and the Manger offered to look at the video which I clearly saw the machine rip my mirror off and she goes on to say indeed it did but that she has to look at previous damage to damage sure it wasnt already cracked. Are you kidding me? I just saw it rip my mirror off. She went on to say that I should go to another place and have them do an appraisal. I work all week form 7a to 4p and they close at 5p. I will be stopping by again to make sure this is taken care of and if not I will be filling 1. A police report 2. A complaint with ATTY GEN. 3. Contacting cooperate. Its unacceptable for any business to have no insurance and blaming customers when its clearly on tape and I saw it with my own eyes. BTW I take care of my car and it was a 2019 not some raggedy car that I dont care about as I sit here with missing part from my mirror and no sort of ownership in trying to reach out to me.

I visited Tommys today and it was great. I didnt have to wait a long time, the staff was welcoming, my car looked great after the wash, and the vacuum worked wonderfully. The business is clean and well taken car of.

Its a fast trip through this car wash and my car comes out spotless! I like the vending machines at the individual vacuum areas. For $3 they provide a disposable drying cloth, interior cloth with cleaner, glass cleaning cloth, and two air freshener clips to put on the AC vents. A friendly employee always stops by to see if customers are satisfied, or if they need anything else.

I used the buy one car wash get a month free and after a few times i noticed my clear coat peeling on my truck, I only had hand wash my truck before and never noticed any damage so I know for sure its due to the chemicals used here, did not continue using the car wash, very upset.

Normally someone comes to greet me to see how everything went. Well of all days, the Vaccum on 16 decided not to work properly and there was no one to be found. Other than that, the place is great.

Very nice car wash! It’s affordable and clean the car pretty well. The people are very nice as well! They even provide a cleaning kit at the vacuum stations for $5 in case you forget to bring your own.Only flaw is that it doesn’t provide bug stray to remove splattered bugs and it is a little bit more expensive than other car washes in the area.However great place and great service!

I have Scratches on my car & my car is new not even 2weeks old & they act like they don’t see them. Vacuum never works well, & it’s always something wrong with the wash or dryer. Poor quality, I will cancel my membership soon!!!

Car wash itself works seamlessly. I have the app, so I just drive up, the gate lifts and I proceed. Its quick, the team members are friendly and ready to assist you, if you so desire. The entire place is spotless and they have such an awesome vacuum set-up. Worth every penny. 😍

I used this car wash today (3/2/21) at approximately 345pm. While using the vacuum station, I noticed black marks to the back of my vehicle (Acura MDX). I immediately informed the attendant working the parking lot and he suggested using one of the wipes in the kit to wipe it off. Well the dark marks came off but left paint damaged. He then offered to send me back through the car wash. I told him I have a membership and could go back through but that would do no good since the paint is obviously scuffed. He then told me he would send someone out to assess the damage. After waiting, no one came. I had my 2 week old and 6 year old in the car and could not keep waiting. I am very disappointed in their service and will not be recommending this car wash.

My truck was still dirty, it didnt even wash my rims, plus it broke off my .50cal bullet antenna and broke the face off my light up bone Collectors hitch receiver cover, $15 for the wash but $75 worth the damage

Great wash but the blowers at the end of the wash could be better. Water spots left at the end of the wash.

Customer service is great, all the staff is very friendly. It is not a detail wash but does a good job to maintain your vehicle clean, I would rather pay a monthly subscription than pay everytime I want to get my car wash, very convenient and it takes me 5-10 minutes out of my time to get a quick wash and keep my vehicle fresh (longer if you get off to vacuum and clean mats and wipe off inside). Vacuums are a free service included with your membership, and what is better is the mat washing machine (something I havent found in any other drive thru wash), plus it shines your tires at the end of the wash. As I stated before, it is not a detail wash, I would recommend to bring in a fiber cloth with you to wipe off residual water under mirrors and handles, if not, they have a kit available for purchase (if you feel paying the price). On the personal note, I get compliments from coworkers telling me that my truck is always clean, and its all thanks to Tommys carwash, everytime Im on the road, I usually stop by to get a quick wash even on the way to work or home. I believe it is worth paying for the service, I have 2 vehicles and both have this service (btw, each vehicle requires its own membership). If you are the type to wash at least twice a month your vehicle, then I would recommend getting this service, it would require you to do some of the work but completely worth it. 4 stars because lately my mirrors have been folded out, did not happen during the first 6 months I started going.Update: this place goes above and beyond to ensure that the car wash stay up and running by making sure that items in the back of customers trucks are taken out (and returned at the end of the wash) and avoid having anything flying out and hitting somebody else. Thank you for that, customers should be a bit more considerate. Youve earned that extra star in my book.

I love this place! They are open early enough that I can go before work and stay open late enough that I can catch them before I get home during the week. EVERYONE who works there are so nice and the entire place is immaculately clean...even the trash cans...they are constantly being cleaned out! I am so glad you are in our neighborhood!

AMAZING experience! First heard about this wash from a promotional card we received in the post. Went over with three different vehicles, and Craig, Victor, and the Manager, Hunter, all came out to greet me and check to make sure all was well with the wash. Coming from Mister Car Wash, where we had been members since 2006, this is definitely a nice step up. The employees have great, positive attitudes, and the wash is easy on your paint. Further, this location is right around the corner from us. We signed up for a membership, and Mister Car Wash, thanks for the memories!

Best car wash I have been to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The vacuum setup was very convenient and the fact that there is no time limit on the vacuum stalls was great. I didn’t feel rushed and I was able to do a thorough clean of my car. Highly recommend

Love the subscription! Go here to get the Houston pollen, dust, and mud off of the car almost daily! Love the vacuums, and just recently discovered the super awesome floor mat cleaners! Yay!

Awesome car wash. Signed up for the works monthly subscription and I’ve loved it so far. Just a really high quality wash and super friendly staff.Only thing is I wish there was a discount for adding additional family vehicles to the subscription plan so I could afford to have both of our cars on the monthly.

I 💕this car wash...its ALWAYS operating, ran bathroom and great customer service. Ive never been to a car where I was asked if I needed anything and was told to HAVE A BLESSED DAY. I loved it the staff was respectful and I didnt have to wait in a long line. I will purchase the membership as well.

Nice and clean also convenient. Only thing is that in SUVs in the rear window they have to cover up the wiper so that means some part of the window doesnt come clean also if the water doesnt get blown all the way off once u leave it will leave spots on your windshield and mirrors.

04/08/21. Used to be happy with the experience...that all fell apart in the last couple of months. Took my car in over a month ago that I had added side skirts to. Told the girl at the cashier I dont want the tire shine because I didnt want the bars to cause damage to them. She said no worries, she had removed that portion of the wash. Went through and heard the rollers hitting the side of my car, opened the door to look and watched them hitting the side skirts. Got to the drying bay and noticed one was chipped from the roller hitting it. Poncho came out and took pics and documented the problem thoroughly. Told me theyd have a response for me within a couple of days. This is where the 1 star comes into play. A week goes by and no calls or updates. I stop by at the car wash a week later and he tells me the people that work on it are in a meeting and he cant seem to find any of the documentation on it so he doesnt know what is going on. Two weeks later my wife asks for an update while shes getting her car washed and they told her they would give me a call because the person that handles it is in a meeting. I called again yesterday and Poncho answers and guess what, the person that handles it was in a meeting...again! I asked if they could call me when they were done and the response was its better if I call back! What???? I call back today and the person told me that they would not cover it because the rollers are protected and dont do damage. I explained that this wouldnt have been an issue if the person that guaranteed me the rollers wouldnt come out actually did their job and she said that they arent going to cover it. I guess taking responsibility for your actions is not part of the customer experience at Tommys. Membership was cancelled. Youve lost my business for all of my vehicles.

Wow! The price is just above the competition in the local area (maybe $2 or so for the ultimate) but they do a much better job. I drive a large Ram pickup with 33 tires. I can easily say this place did a much better job on cleaning my black wheels and tires than any other carwash in Atascocita. I will definitely be going back. Its not easy cleaning a large black truck with large black wheels and tires but they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend!!

Not ever coming back here again. Brought my 19 Ram in for a car wash. When I got out of the wash to vacuum my windshield was cracked and they wouldnt own up and pay for it.

Its great clean my car and get out of there quick . Its easy not rubbing against your rims when you run it through. Its good carwash bit I am afraid it will go bad once they start using it you know who those people . Ruin everything.
