I would not recommend this dealership I recently purchased a ES350 certified. This car has many flaws for the price I paid for it. Let me begin the carpet behind the passenger seat has a cut in it. There are large scratches and the gas cap has paint residue on it, the window in the back has numbers so when it rains people flag me down like a taxi cab. the carpet in the front seat is sagging like it has been wet. The speakers in the front had debris in them. I am very unhappy with Westside Lexus. They could have taken the time to make this car right.
Went to Westside Lexus in search if a car for my wife, met by very polite staff. Lucky, Lola was called to assist with our needs. She was very professionally friendly with excellent customer service who can anticipate rightly what the customer wants. After few days of searching, we got our dream car 🚗. It took a few days due to my hectic work schedule to decide on the perfect one but he was available any time I had a question in person, text and email.I did purchase a vehicle from this location and I would definitely recommend coming by if you are interested in a new Lexus. I bought a new car here over the weekend. My first impression was that they knew how to take care of a customer. Catalina was my sales woman and from the beginning she made me feel as if I had nothing to worry about. Even after getting my new car home and finding a couple minor issues with it. She took care of me immediately and had the car brought in and a loaner waiting for me. She even took care of getting it tinted for me while it was there so I didn’t have to waste any time doing it later. I would go back for my next car purchase.

I called the Sales Manager, went over at 10 AM to review models, my preferences, inventory, options, what is arriving, when and with what options etc., and PRICING! Took the prettiest one IS350s they had in stock for a test drive. Their offer for my trade was not attractive, so I decided to sell it elsewhere. Took about an hour, all told. Confirmed the price for my trade with the other place. Called WSL around 3 PM, told them I was coming over, made an offer, went back & forth, and 30 minutes later, I had bought the car, to be ready for pickup at 1 PM the next day. Went over the next day, I had financing from my bank, they offered me more attractive financing (six years), and at 1:15 PM, I drove the car off the lot!

I brought in my mother-in-law’s 08 RX for an oil and filter change. Upon the service manager presenting me with a whole host of “problems” including needing new brake and power steering fluid I decided to hold off and check everything myself. They detailed that the power steering fluid was black and smelled burnt. That the brake fluid was old.So I took a look. Both fluids are neither discoloured nor do any smell burnt. They graciously offered to change two tires for roughly $900 (a new set of brand new tires - all four, cost less). This dealership is nice to look at but I wouldn’t trust them to do much more than an oil and filter change. Just know that they will try to gently nudge you into spending thousands more unnecessarily- politely decline and find a trusted mechanic to help you if you’re not mechanically inclined. Seriously, they didn’t even look at the fluids yet decided they needed to be changed.

Mr. David Wasaff is the absolute best and most genuine person, he is diligent and will definitely guide you to finding your dream car. The people were nice & friendly, but after I picked up the vehicle I noticed a squealing sound, I called the next day which was day 2 of having the vehicle and I was advised they would check with the service manager, I was then told a few days later they dont service the vehicles. I found out it was the breaks and also the break worn light came on, which is a $900 expense on a new used vehicle less than a week....
I went to test drive vehicle after an appointment with Catalina!! I was there to just test drive the very first vehicle for my vehicle hunt and didnt intended to buy whole week and look around for options. But she was so great to make whole process easy and quick, I ended up buying right away then and there. I had to pick up vehicle next day as I didnt even bring my other car that I was trading in. Overall great service by Catalina!! Definitely recommend her!!

I purchased a 2013 Audi RS5 this past week. I had the privilege of dealing with Master Certified Sales Consultant David Wasaff, and Finance Manager Sam Chau.I found this car listed on the internet. I reviewed the reviews of Westside Lexus as listed on dealerrater.com, and other sites, and knew that I was dealing with a reputable company. As I live almost sixteen hundred miles from the dealership, trustworthiness was of the highest importance to me.Not only was the internet description precise, and the price reasonable, but David went above and beyond the listing by sending me a video of the car, and promptly responding to any questions that I had, as well as giving me an accurate indication as to the condition of the car. Sam was extremely prompt in overnighting documents to me to complete the purchase of the car.One of the metrics I use in measuring the trustworthiness and responsiveness of a company, is by evaluating how they treat you before the sale, as well as evaluating the follow through and treatment of their clientele after the sale. Anil the financial manager was the one that sold me the car. I was ready to walk out due to misunderstanding from the actual salesman. Anil was personable and counseled/advise me accordingly. I didnt feel pressured or taken advantage of. He answered my questions and broke things down until I fully understood.

The purpose of my service appointment was to get recall work done. I called to schedule it and at the end of the brief phone call, I asked if I could get a confirmation email and the girl on the phone said, “This is your confirmation”. She also asked if I called parts to confirm they had the parts in, isn’t it their job to work with other departments to confirm such? Why is that the customer’s responsibility? Needless to say, I wasn’t impressed so far. I showed up to drop off my vehicle and was asked who my advisor was, I didn’t know because I wasn’t told and this was my first time at Westside so I didn’t have a dedicated person yet. I was then told to follow this boy in whom didn’t engage with me at all nor offer a salutation. Once I arrived at the desk, I checked in and was told to wait in waiting area for my advisor. I had no idea what to expect nor whom. After a 20 minute wait, my husband came in (he followed me to give me a ride) and asked what was taking so long? I went to the desk for an update and the girl called over someone who said they’d be with my shortly as she was with another customer. After several more minutes, I went to her desk and explained my ride was waiting on me and then she said I could have a loaner, which would have been nice to know heading in so my husband didn’t have to be late for work waiting for me just to drop off my vehicle. I signed the loaner contract and that was it. I was never explained the work going into my vehicle. I got more explanation from the recall paperwork in the mail. I was told it would take most of the day. Never once was I provided with a service update. I called in the late afternoon for an update, was transferred to a man’s voicemail asking for a return call with an update. He called back and said my vehicle was ready for pick up. Who knows how long it had been ready had I not called in. Overall, there was much left to be desired through out the whole process. I’ve received better service at a well known chicken fast food restaurant. My husband received similar recall work done on his Toyota and when he called they told him which lane to pull into, who his service advisor was and it took maybe 5 minutes to drop his vehicle. The amount of time I spent just checking in and dropping my vehicle was unacceptable. I’ve taken my vehicle to Northside before and the service was exponentially better. Next time, I will go 20 miles out of my way to go there instead. I would never recommend Westside Lexus for service or car shopping.
Super friendly, clean, accommodations made for me aa I am a hearing impaired person so they were able to communicate with me as I needed. Was in and out with my new Lexus within an hour! I had a good experience at the dealership. I purchased a pre-owner Lexus ES 350. The issue I had is there are no perks, giveaways or incentives for first time buyers of a luxury vehicle. Toyota is giving away FREE lifetime oil changes. When I walk out of the dealership with a $30,000 used vehicle. I expect more than a Lexus keychain and ink pen. You guys need to level up!
Purchased a used 2018 Lexus LS500 from this dealership yesterday night and the experience was phenomenal. They close at 7pm and with a short notice where willing to help complete the transaction which took a few hours due to the nature of our visit all the way from Bridge City Texas. I don’t really like dealing with sales associates and the experience I got from dealing with Mrs. Chong and the finance director yesterday evening was by far the best experience we have had in our years with dealing with purchasing from dealerships. Basically made our deal over the phone with Merrill on Friday afternoon. We drove down from Dallas/Fort Worth Saturday morning. West side had the hard to get color for our 450h F Sport, white with red interior. Merrill treated us good and we drove back with our new car Saturday afternoon. This is our second purchase from this dealership. Mike Shafer prepared our paperwork. Mike explained extra maintenance packages that were available without pressure to select any of them. We did purchase the extended warranty because it is a Lexus product, not aftermarket. Thank you Merrill and Mike, we love our new car!

My experience at Westside Lexus was truly like no other! I was treated with the highest regards from the time I entered until I rolled out in my amazing new vehicle. Desmond Johnson was truly amazing! Make sure you choose him as your salesperson to work with. You will not be disappointed! He was very knowledgeable, thorough, relatable, never salesy, and was very patient with my litany of questions. Nam Pham in Finance was also wonderful! I had many questions and concerns, and Nam patiently and thoroughly answered them all and explained everything. I am very pleased with my overall experience at Westside Lexus, and Im proud to be part of the Lexus fam!

Lexus at Westside pays attention to the little things that go a long way. Those little extras like checking in on you while you are waiting in the lobby and letting you know when you are next in line . . .the refreshments, the sanitation (during Covid) is all important. And of course the easy, no pressure sales process makes a big difference. Plus the car pick up process for the new car was delightful - overall great experience. I recommend Westside Lexus.
Excellent pre-sale & point of sale experience. Regret after the fist scheduled visit. The best way I could describe this Lexus dealerships service department would be the feeling of having no insurance and being stuck at the county hospital, listed as a low priority.Brought vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, nothing more than an oil change & tire rotation. Spent over six hours sitting in the lobby with no updates or overhead paging. When I got in the vehicle the scheduled maintenance light was still active and it took 4 staff to fix it.I schedule Today, November 11, 2020, 2 weeks ago. what shouldve lasted no more than an hour lasted almost 7! A computer update with Apple play along with a quick visual inspection followed by what should be a standard quick wash & vacuum. I arrived early & stood at the check in desk for the receptionist who was Laughing and conversing with other staff at their desks. After 10 minutes of standing there I walked over and asked if someone was manning the check-in and he checked me in. When I finally went to the front desk asking for status many hours later, they require both phone numbers on the account with me writing out the spelling of her last name because they couldnt find me they also did not know where the keys to the vehicle were. I didnt have the pleasure of hearing all of my time and a business day were wasted once again at this Lexus service department! The car was not washed or vacuumed & I was given another departments info that does the inspection.
The service I received at this location was phenomenal! They have a large variety of cars and the sales team is very nice and helpful. I absolutely recommend visiting West Side Lexus and buying a car from them!
Update:Michael Lorch reached out to me and we had a meeting with the two of us and two other managers. It was positive, productive and pleasant. They listened to all of my concerns and discussed how they could modify processes to improve. I felt comfortable after our conversation that they were serious in their desire to improve. I adjusted my rating to 4 stars based on this meeting.Original Post:I had a lovely time during the purchase of this vehicle. My sales person was brilliant and the finance pertain made everything clear.Getting my car serviced at the dealership has been consistently frustrating. I have 30,000 miles on the car and have taken it to Westside for all of its service to date.When car was only a few months old it took three trips to the service to get the broken radio fixed.Four weeks into the 2020 quarantine, the service department had a policy of not wearing masks, but no outdoor seating so I couldn’t stay safely distanced from them.Last week I went in for the 30k service. The service valet couldn’t be bothered to talk with me when I pulled up, he just waved his arms at me. When I picked up the car they couldn’t find it. After thirty minutes they finally found it, they couldn’t find the keys. When I drove off with my car it was shaking at any speed over 50 because they rotated the tires but didn’t balance them.I don’t know how the Westside sales dept can be so finely tuned but the service dept be such a disaster. I wish the service was better because this dealership is close to the house.
West side Lexus is very accommodating and professional . Would recommend anyone that needs Lexus service to go by there.
I am 3rd time customer. My sales rep, Dallas Chamberlain, was knowledgeable, not pushy, real and understood my needs. She knew I was busy and made the pickup and paperwork seem less. She checked up on me a few times and sent me a happy birthday note AND some easy links on how to’s for my new car. I just bought it last Saturday. I’m very happy with the entire process! And my new NX300H!!
There is only word to describe Tim Gallagher and Westside Lexus as a whole, and that is outstanding.I had been always afraid of entering into a Lexus dealership for many years due to being attacked at other dealerships such as Sterling Mccall. I just so happened to stop by Westside Lexus while I was driving on the Katy freeway since it has to be the most grand building in all of the area.I was not serious in the purchase of any vehicle at the time but I wanted to explore my options so I went in and began to sit in all the vehicles in the showroom. To my blessings I had been greeted by Tim who wanted to assist me in any questions I had about any Lexus model I had been interested in. Of course as the person I am I wanted to educate myself as much as possible especially with any vehicle with so much technology and different trim lines.We got to chat with Tim about life experience and I test drove a RX450h in which I became fond of. As a 22 year old, Tim gave me the utmost amount of respect which had amazed me since most my age are disregarded thinking we could not afford such a luxury car.At the time I had not completely decided the exact color combination or trim level I had been looking for so I left Westside Lexus and never was harassed with getting all my contact information to pester me daily on a vehicle. Instead I just had Tims card in case I found the right vehicle I wanted.During a months time I had visited all the other available Lexus dealers of the Houston area to see what they could offer and narrowed down my specific vehicle build I had been looking for and that it would be difficult to find since the factories shut down for some time during COVID. Luckily there was one to be found in the Fort Worth area but another dealership would have to trade a vehicle for the one I wanted. I had a specific price in mind that I was looking for so I brought it up to all four Lexus dealerships and while they said NO its not possible, Tim called me back and said he would make it work.I am not sure how Tim managed to do so, and not have to speak to the manager but I was truly impressed by his will to help me out the best he could.After the delivery of the vehicle it was all smooth sailing from there, and I got to have everything I wanted with no compromise at all. I can see how Westside Lexus is doing much better than the other dealerships aka Sterling Mccall and Clearlake........ since they put the customer first with no pressuring tactics. Even when working with Mike in finance was a breeze as if having a spa day.If you want the best experience I highly recommend Tim and Westside Lexus since as a luxury car buyer we deserve a luxurious experience that only Westside can provide.

I want to thank Judy and Paul Rockett for explaining to me this week what some fees were for. Edwar is very courteous and hospitable but could become more educated with the process of leasing.My suggestion is that all fees that are not visible (self explanatory) should be explained (broken down) at the time of purchase.Is Tint a fee that the customers are required to pay or is it an option?Purchased on 5/29/212021 NX 300 Black
I was pleased with my recent purchase of my 2021 LS500 at Westside Lexus. The process was easy for us and all the staff were very professional. I have purchased new vehicles at Westside Lexus before and Shekhar Shroff has been my sales representative on each occasion. I was very pleased with the sales process. My last encounter with a Financial Services Manager was with Mr. Mike Shafer. He did a very good job of explaining the process and making sure my wife and I understood the paperwork, That is why I rate Westside Lexus with 5 stars
Best car-buying experience I’ve ever had (5th car I’ve purchased). The team made everything seamless, and the car buying process resulted in a fair (I felt even more than fair) price without all the pressure you typically associate with buying a car. I will be hard-pressed to find a better start to finish experience than what I experienced at Westside Lexus, and will revisit them in the future for my car purchasing needs (new or used).

Let me just say I hate car salesmen... like most people hate lawyers and people despise thieves unless, you are a thief!I was pleasantly surprised that these people at Lexus Westside were very courteous, nice and worked with us to get us to what we were willing to pay for this car. The only thing I did not like was when the told me that we had already bought the car trying to whitewash me into thinking that I own the car... (that cost THEM) before I had signed anything in the finance department. I spent two weeks looking at Lexus for my wife. I found that not only is it a fast nice looking car and very dependable but also Consumer Reports it says that these cars have an excellent safety rating. They even gave Lexus honors with it. They knew how to handle me because I was very standoffish and they also knew how to handle my wife who is a tiger shark in sheeps clothing with impeccable credit. They gave us a good interest rate ... Better than our credit union could provide. They also met the price that we wanted and gave us a five-year total warranty including roadside service overall very satisfied with Lexus Westside theyre actually human beings! I would recommend them it to anyone who is looking for a Lexus. As you know its a poker game, they blinked first 2nd and 3rd trying to move their inventory to get ready for the 2018 models.
