Horrible service I would give zero star if it allows. Took the truck for alignment, started there for 2 days then got back Not done correctly! Got a call from a service manager who promised to do a better job, took it again, left for 2 other days, NOTHING happened not even touched. All this for a new set of tires alignment. It was my first and last visit!
My sales rep, Joe Snow, was the absolute best. There was zero pressure from him. He was so quick to respond to my emails and texts. What I appreciate most about him is the fact that he was honest from the start. The same goes for the gentleman who appraised my trade-in. He was just as honest and upfront with me.

My son dropped off his Ford Mustang for Service on 4/17/2021, shortly after he received a call stating a technician test driving another car backed into his car. I met my son at the dealership, rather then speaking to a manager I had to speak with a service advisor Glen (he was awesome) I asked Glen why wasnt the manager informing us of anything (ROSE) when we asked to speak to her, OH BOY!!! she was so rude, When we walked in her office she said Sit down then asked Do you have questions for me? after asking the process of the rental and why did it have to go under my name if it was his car they hit, her response was he is 21 THAT WAS IT !!! I shared with her it didnt make sense, she said OH WELL THANKFULLY GLEN explained it to us!!!! I told her she was very rude and acted as though nothing had happened she replied how was she being rude if she was on the phone(the reason why she did not speak to us before we requested to speak to her) NOT ONCE DID SHE APOLOGIZE, she made us feel as though it was something we did wrong. She walked past us rolled her eyes while Glen was in the process of writing up the rental agreement.

The sales and finance departments are fantastic. We were in and out of finance in less than 30 minutes! That has never happened!! Now the make ready department is awful. Did not detail my car as expected. Or in a timely fashion. Wes and Greg were great and very apologetic. We received 2 free tanks of gas, 2 maintenance visits (oil change and air filters) and threw in all weather mats for the whole vehicle. Its a good thing they were there. The make ready department needs to step up.
They sold a car knowing very much I was interested in and I rented it for a day and my raybans were in there. Alex was my salesman and he showed the least amount of care in the world knowing I wanted the car telling me “he’d keep me updated” on the vehicle just to immediately sell it and didn’t care about my sunglasses being sold
My visit was with John Williams, I could not have asked for a better salesman. John was very patient, the car was just what we wanted. He took the time to go over over and explain everything so well until there was nothing to do but thank him. Then we taken to Mark who made the rest of our visit so with our paperwork with him so comfortable. We will gladly recommend Joe Myers Ford.

Avoid their service department if you have the choice. This isnt a rant, its an honest review of my experience: Brought my brand new 2020 F250 diesel in to service a vibration issue Ive had since I bought the truck there less than a year ago (Google f250 vibration and youll see its a common issue with a handful of quick solutions). 30,000 miles on the odo. Service tech told me they were behind by 4 days, but I told them I needed it done, so I left my truck there. Well, they couldnt figure it out, so they kept my truck for FOUR WEEKS to ultimately tell me its due to alignment and not covered by warranty. I asked for a better explanation of the problem, or to at least see a rack scan to prove the alignment was the issue before paying $180 (which I told them I was skeptical of, but willing to do), but I was pushed off and ignored for 4 days before I gave up and went to get my truck back. It was $6300 for me to rent a truck while they sat on their thumbs. I received ONE phone call during those four weeks and it was right after dropping the truck off so they could clarify the issue. During the remaining 3.5 weeks every contact was me reaching out to them for updates every 3-4 days. Absolutely pathetic customer service, communication, and diagnosis. Reached out to the drive manager Rose, but she was never available and refused to return my phone calls or emails. I never got ugly or aggressive, just impatient & wanted someone to explain what was going on and why it was taking so long, but was snubbed by everyone I reached out to.Later had the issue diagnosed as causing the alignment issue. So they blamed a symptom for the problem, in what I can only assume was an effort to sell me a $180 alignment, but thats just my frustrated speculation. In the end my trust that they could diagnose a warranty issue ended up costing me $6300. I will not be returning for any reason in the future. If I broke down in their parking lot, Id pay to tow it somewhere else, and thats not hyperbole.

6 year customer, have purchased a F series here and sales was a OK experience. Service always leaves a bit to be desired but the last visit was it. Do not trust that their diagnosis will be true and final. My favorite is when they try to sell me a part or a service that doesn’t apply to my truck, happens almost every visit. If you are not “in the know” about your vehicle anticipate you are being sold services and parts not required. Today they lost a customer over 100.00 worth of work that I didn’t need and they wouldn’t refund.The signs in the restroom pretty much represent Joe Meyers professional demeanor.
Joe Myers Ford is under renovation but that didn’t stop them from providing 5 star service for my wife and I. This is the 4th car we have purchased from this location, and every single time we felt satisfied with our purchased. Eli was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t put on a “hard sell” like most car salesmen do. We let him know our expectations and limits upfront before looking at any vehicles. He listened and showed us exactly what we needed to see and not what he wanted to show us. I’ll be buying my wife a new vehicle from Eli in the near future. Oh and the owner was a gentleman and made sure we felt welcomed. His desk was on the main floor with the rest of the sales people, which tells you a lot about how he operates.
If I could give a negative rating they would have easily earned a negative 500. My husband stopped by with our two little kids (1 year and 3 years old) and he was quite clear he was just looking he didnt have much time but if he liked what he saw wed be back the following day. Not only did the sales person not listen to my husband, but he, and a manager both wasted an hour of my husbands time, they made my husband with our children walk in the heat while the sales person and the manager rode back and forth in the golf cart, This was after the sales person drove my husband and our kids out to the middle of the lot-and then they made them walk back to our vehicle. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and we will never go back. We will be taking our business elsewhere and support a business who actually has values.
We were referred to Teddy and let me just say it was by far the best experience we have ever went through. We have had our fair share of visits at different dealerships and Teddy has been the best sales guy to work with.
Service assistant was friendly enough, but just didnt listen. I brought my car in for maintenance, recalls, a state inspection, and run a diagnostic on a stall problem on inclines. They called back and said there was a torque convertor problem and recommended a transmission unit replacement at $7500. I declined and told them to let me know when they finished the other items. He said they were finishing up the recalls. I asked about the oil change and the state inspection, he said it would get done. I called the next day and he said it was ready. They charged me for the diagnostic, but never did the oil change or the state inspection. So, I took my car to an independent shop to get an opinion and the oil change, with the state inspection.
3rd truck I have purchased from Joe Meyers since 2013 and everytime the experience has been 100% exceptional. They are willing to work with my schedule, do alot of communication over the phone and text to avoid the long time spent at the dealership. Once settled on the purchase price and overall deal the process through finance and pick up was smooth and quick. Nobody likes the long process of buying a vehicle and Joe Meyers has always been willing to work with in streamlining it. Rudest a$$holes in town. I bought my car less than 30 days ago from them and bought a warranty. My car had an issue within the 30 day period, so it qualifies for both the 30 day warranty and the extended warranty I purchased.Long story short, it took 17 phone calls and them taking my car for 2 days to tell me they dont want to work on it and to find another dealership. The service lady was literally going through my contract page by page to look for excuses not to fix my dang car. They ran me through the ringer. talked to service, they told me to call my salesman (why?). I called salesman, he told me to call the finance manager (why?). Finance manager told me to call the warranty company. Warranty company told me to call Joe Myers. Joe Myers told me to call the warranty company. They were just trying to discourage me to the point where I gave up.I took it to another dealership down the street and they fixed my car in 2 hours. Just a valve replacement. Easy fix. I paid my $100 deductible and was back to work.My construction company buys 10-15 trucks every 2 years. You better believe we will not buy from Joe Myers dealerships. Do not shop here, they will treat you like dirt.
On the list for a new bronco, wanted to do a short term lease on a car while I waited. Told me yes, we can do that! Then tried to con me into buying a new car and trading it in on the Bronco. Salesman math.. what a con. Now Ill be transferring my Bronco buy to another dealership.
I just wanna say that I’m extremely happy with the service of joe Myers Ford, I’ve been looking for a car for a while now but kept getting denied due to young age and no credit. My car dealer Lucas Lara was very patient with me and helped me get approved and was with me every step of the way and got me into something nice. I’m extremely grateful.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from this location over an 8 year span.The service department is the worst service I have ever encountered, with any business, in my life.I attempted to arrange warranty work on the 2 vehicles and one additional vehicle purchased elsewhere on 10 separate occasions. Of those requests, I was only able to get in one time and that was on the first service request.If you would like to speak to a service coordinator about the scope of work without just setting up an appointment, good luck. You will be forwarded to a random coordinators desk wherein they will not answer and you will leave voicemail after voicemail with no call back.If you do happen to get through and your vehicle was not purchased at that location, prepare to wait at least a month because they take priority to requests on vehicles purchased at their location. On one occasion I was informed they perform service on vehicles ONLY purchased from their location.If you did purchase from that location, you will still need to wait at least 2 weeks. When you arrive (extremely early as its first come first serve) you will not have the opportunity to discuss (with someone knowledgeable) what your vehicles issue is and what you have done to troubleshoot. When you pick up your vehicle, you wont receive any information on what was found or why certain things were replaced.I have given this location 10 opportunities to show me how they operate and they have been consistently bad.Because of the abysmal Service department, I will never purchase another vehicle from this location nor will I service my vehicle at this location (which is impossible to do anyway).

After shopping around to about 7 dealerships within a 50 mile radius for 2 weeks, Joe Myers absolutely saved me. Every other dealership stressed me out. Gave me awful quotes not only for my trade in but for my monthly payments as well. The day I walked in this dealership is the day I walked out with my new car. I live 50 miles away but I will certainly be making the drive to Joe Myers for all my car needs.Ralph who was the sales manager that I worked with gave me an awesome deal and made the buying process extremely stress free. Alejandro who was my sales guy was super knowledgeable and pretty entertaining and funny. I’ve got to admit that the car buying experience from past trials and tribulations has never been in my top 100 things to spend an entire day doing… That said things seem to have changed quite a bit since then and, from start to finish, after being told to hunt down Teddy (because he’s the fleet manager), from there on it was just like conversing with family at a reunion…! I remember buying a truck w/cash (it was a used truck) took about nine hours for which there was no reasonable explanation....I finally dragged out of THAT place at 9 PM with a 13 hr drive still ahead of me!!I never felt one bit of pressure to do anything one way or the other and Teddy was such an amiable person and a pleasure to sit across a desk from… Dalton, the finance guy, was just as charismatic and laid-back but very attentive to the task at hand and for the first time ever, there was no running back-and-forth between different divisions to see about whether this applied to the deal or any delay whatsoever.What I find so hilarious is that I had no idea what their mission statement was and that is that with Joe Myers your family… (I’m not from Houston) and it was delightful to have that kind of feeling when dealing with such an important purchase as a vehicle is in everybody’s life.

I took my daughters Explorer in for service. Without having been there before and there were doing a lot of remodeling. When I finally got in the right line, they got her info and sent me to the customer waiting area. I was there for about an hour and they came to get me. We settled up and I left. The service coordinator and the young lady that checked me out, both were very professional and courteous.

While our Salesperson (Greg Martin) was professional, knowledgable, informative and friendly, we were disappointed with how long it took to buy a vehicle (due to Mr. Martins adherence to the mandated requirements). Just the concept that in todays technological world it took OVER 4 HOURS for us to manually fill out the application needed to complete the purchase of our vehicle is absolutely insane!!! Ford Motor Company really needs to step up its game!! Its current standards and procedures are absolutely antiquated and do not reflect the state of the art advances of the products it sells. In addition, the continued use of such antiquated practices only make it harder for its staff flourish.
I came in for battery replacement. I was given different pricing information over the phone vs what I paid after my service. I was told the battery would be $169 +tax out the door on phone. Once there the price jumped to 189. Plus tax and $6 disposal fee.Also, after service my car was returned with the protection paper on the floor, plastic on the seat and no attempt was made to remove the battery acid in the battery holder area of my vehicle.This service was not the best Ive had. Will not be my first choice the next time I need service.

Horrible service department. I purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 from Planet Ford in Spring but I live in Cypress, TX and I was told I could take my car to Joe Myers Ford for service. My cruise control stopped working February 2020 so I took it in to Joe Myers Ford in March 2020. I left my vehicle there for 2 weeks and they never contacted me and I had to call them. They then give me some b@llsh@t lame excuse that they did not have enough service technicians working the truck line during the pandemic so I picked up my truck and then I dropped it off again in February 2021 but they told me my vehicle was out of warrant by a few months because I purchased my vehicle in December 2017. I wont ever buy a vehicle from any Joe Myers dealership and I wont ever take my vehicle in to any Joe Myers dealership to have it serviced. I took it to my car to a friend who is a mechanic and the problem was the cruise control panel switch on the steering wheel. The part was $65 and he charged me $120 to replace it.

I live in Virginia and the only day I had the time off to fly down to pick up my vehicle was Sunday July 4th so not only did he come in on his day off but he took time away from his July 4th holiday to ensure I was able to get everything taken care of. I also want to thank Josh for help with the financial side of things. After UPS lost the overnight package containing my contracts he was able to reprint everything on short notice and have it ready so Toby and I could sign everything and get back to celebrating our Independence day. I absolutely love my 4Runner its exactly as described on their site.Wonderful car buying experience!!!

Would give zero stars if I could, I had made a service appointment only to arrive and find out that it would still be a 3 hr wait due to them having system issues, I understand them having issues but somebody should have notified me before I showed up, definitely will not be coming back I went to mack haik Ford and even without an appointment I was in and out in no time. Now I only wish they would take me off theyre mailing list since I dont plan on going back anymore.

Honestly this dealership has terrible service. Today I went in to look at new trucks and SUV and was directed to sit in their customer service area and a sales person would be right over. I sat there for nearly an hour and nobody approached me, including managers.There were multiple groups of sales peoples and managers standing around talking in groups and even when making eye contact and waving them down, they ignored me. After an hour of being ignored I decided to leave and will never buy a car from this dealer.On top on that, this is not my first bad experience. Earlier this year I was looking to buy a mustang and was in contact with a sales rep. I told him exactly what I wanted and we even picked a car out that he said could be transferred in. Two days go by and he does not call or text about the status and ignored my phone call.Yes, I did end up buying this exact car from a different dealership, and it took less than 2 hours of TEXTING to agree on pricing and sign for it. This just shows how terrible the sales center at Joe Myers Ford is.** Because of this experience I will be selling my mustang before the end of the year and moving into a different sports car and will NOT be buying a truck from Ford either.
I bought a used car with cash on 1/22. I still don’t have my title, registration, or permanent plates. My temporary plates are over two weeks expired. I’ve called multiple times and no one is able to help update me on the status of my plates or when I should be expecting them to arrive.They charge you a titling and licensing fee when you buy your car, yet take zero action to ensure it happens. Buy a car somewhere else to ensure you end up with your registration at the end of it all.
We needed a new car ASAP and Al was very helpful and attentive. We appreciated his knowledge and purchased a new car that same day! Overall super easy and positive experience.

This was on a Friday we signed the documents left knowing we might not have a car for the 1st day of school which was the following Wednesday. On that Tuesday Cristhian called me and apologized saying the car was not be ready but he was able to get us loaner. That was so unexpected and I really was impressed. We got the car a few days later. I will definitely keep Christian number for all my future car buying needs.
This is my 3rd Ford Fusion I have bought here customer service never disappoints me so curtious and not over bearing when trying to sell you a car Zach and Canyon were awesome and when It was time to sign all the papers Dalton was so awesome as well I will continue to give my business to Joe Myers Ford I love my new purchase

Stay away people, just bought a 70k truck. And that will be my only truck bought at this dealership, customer service is nonexistent unless you get lucky with a good employee which is rare. Once they sell you a vehicle they no longer care. For future reference you wanna make a customer for life, take care of them, and they will come back time after time and bring more people to you.

Had an Airbag recall on my 2012 Ford Fusion, called Ford to get a dealer near me to repair this URGENT recall. Spoke with Joe Meyers service dept they told me to bring car in on a Monday told me it would be a 3-5 day repair due to them being backed up which I was fine with. Dropped the car off and waited a week and a half, during that time period I tried reaching out to service multiple times no answer not even updates, texted in still no updates, had to call numerous times finally got in touch with an advisor just to tell me they only fixed the passenger side airbag and I can pick up my car and bring it back once they get the part. I needed my vehicle to get back and fourth so I picked it up. It’s been two weeks and I still have not heard anything from them regarding the part to fix my driver side airbag. This is a life threatening airbag issue, to me it would be of them to be past urgent in assisting me with the issue, no updates along the way at all, I’ve just been left in no mans land, very frustrating especially seeing the seriousness of the recall!!!
The worst service department. Rude employees. Took apart a dash to fix a transmission issue. Still didnt fix the issue. Dented the hood. Have before and after pictures to proof it. Now has squealing noise when turning.
WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Called ahead for the car we found online and informed them we were driving 2 hours to come get a vehicle. When we showed up someone else was filling out a credit app for the same vehicle. Fortunately they passed, so we were able to take it for a spin and discuss financing. When we showed them our pre qualification letter from our bank they told us they aren’t going to sell us the truck unless we go with their financing. We were extremely frustrated because we took the time to get all our ducks in a row before coming and who ever the man was that made the decision not to sell it to us was extremely rude. Talked to us like we had no knowledge of anything. Awful customer service and car buying experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

First off let me start by saying I’ve purchased at least 2 cars last year for my business and had a great experience with Colby in fleet. He wasn’t there this time around so I had to go to the main sales floor. I was looking for a vehicle for myself and my wife. The salesman wouldn’t call me back. The manager Goldwait wouldn’t call me back. In fact I was told by the salesman “he didn’t have anything to say is why he didn’t call”. Instead put us in 2 of their vehicles for 4 days saying it’s a done deal. No call no word. Finally I am tired of the games and go up there to either buy the vehicles or take them back to them. They then try to slip us in an interest rate 6 points higher then the first time I told them no. May be nice people but the sales tactics are dirty. Buyer beware! Waste of time for us going there.

Dont recommend this place to anyone, when it comes to prices they want to take advantage. They started adding stuff that we didnt want and came with a bunch of reasons why they couldnt remove them. At the end it worked for good, another dealership had the car, the color we wanted and most importan they never lied about the price.
Used car sales is sketchy at best. The guy is nice as salesman goes but the experience is horrible. The lady with the plates literally made me wait at the desk until she finished reading the story on her cell phone. They put a new tire on my car after I complained it wont hold air and the said it was dangerous, they lost my wheel cover and now the tire is flat a week later. We shall see what the tire shop says I need to fix it hopefully not a rim.Update...I emailed the guy you requested here is what I got back
Easy car buying experience, no haggling. It was refreshing to have a team that was fair and didn’t push any nonsense.
Called the service department because my check engine light came on. I was hung up on several times before eventually someone answered. That should have been my first clue. When I finally did talk to someone I explained my engine light came on and needed checked. I was told I didn’t need an appointment and to just show up the next morning. I arrived there the next day only to be told I’d have to leave my truck there for a week or two before they could even look at it and they had no loaner cars. Never again.
Worst experience Ive ever had with any dealership. They lost my leased vehicle that I turned in 2 months ago! The financial service had no record of me turning it in. The dealership lost the keys, it was under the wrong name for the wrong service, no follow-through whatsoever. To top it off, Greg, the leasing specialist was completely rude, blamed me for the mishap and hung up on me. The manager Alex was helpful though.
