Service is always great at Bayway Lincoln. We have purchased our last four cars for their certified used car lot and have been more than happy with the cars. We had the cars regularly serviced at Bayway and again the service was great. On the rare occasion that a problem arose, our Service Rep Shane Donaldson was excellent I taking care of us. He is always friendly, professional, and has my interest his number one priority. With the quality of service I received from both sales and service, there is no doubt that I will be buying my next car from Bayway.

The service department claimed on three separate occasions that my appointment was not valid. I provided the confirmation number each time, but was told I was mistaken. I should’ve stopped there and gone somewhere else. Once that was worked out and my appointment was set, things didn’t get better. On the day of my appointment, the valet service was over three hours late. When I called to find out why, I was once again told that I was at fault and that I didn’t have an appointment…keep in my, I received a verbal confirmation number this time. The vehicle was finally picked up and the service performed. When it came time to return the vehicle, the valet service tried to return the vehicle to the wrong address…twenty minutes in the wrong direction. But again, when I called it was my fault…At one point in all of this…a rep. from the service department told me that they have been experiencing issues and that I should consider using a different dealership for service. I never once received an apology or anything along the lines of “how can we make this better for you”…It’s safe to say I won’t be a repeat customer for service or a vehicle purchase…don’t waste your time.

This my second Lincoln from Bay Way and I had Tim, Salesman both times. I have been very pleased. I love my Corsair. I can see better out of it and I can get in and out of it easier. I am 72 years old and I have never had anything but a white car but this Silver just really caught my eye. I have had so many compliments on it. I do not have a company car any more and this car gets real good gas mileage. So far, I am loving it - but cannot wait to go in a road trip in it.
Overall my sales lady was nice. I guess because I knew what I wanted and didn’t care to look around she kept conversation to a minimum. However I didn’t like that the manager tried to bump the price of the car (by $2000) AFTER I already secured the deal. Then the finance department had me wait an hour when I already had my check in hand for purchase. It’s a business and they were trying to squeeze as much EXTRA money out of me as possible. Trying to get me to finance thru their lenders, wouldn’t accept NO on upgrades, secretly talking to add on… That was the frustrating part! Like I had money in hand knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. It was not a smooth in and out as I wanted BUT I’m happy with the car I purchased because it was what I Wanted.
I arrived at Bayway unsure if I wanted to get rid of my PU for a Durango. Well I did and the primary reason I did so on that day was because everyone was so nice starting with Steven my sales consultant.
In doing a routine all points inspection, oil change and tire rotation, a young man who was doing the inspection found that my front right tire had a nail in the sidewall of the tire which is quite dangerous and could have resulted in a catastrophe and was totally undetected by me. He did a very thorough and fabulous job which resulted in keeping me safe from harm. I am grateful for him. I’m also grateful that he took his job seriously because his attention to detail may very well have saved my life. The tire only had 3600 miles on it but the staff ordered the same brand and make and tread of tire for me to match the others at a very good price. Eddie, the service representative, was ever diligent and did a fantastic job of keeping me informed every step of the way plus he had excellent manners and was extremely considerate and helpful. This entire team rocks. I’ve been taking my cars there for years and they always do an excellent job. Many thanks and accolades to all at Team Bayway Lincoln.

Shane Donaldson is a top notch service manager! He always makes me feel like he would move mountains to make sure I have a great experience and keeps me well informed about what my car needs. He has taken excellent care of my 2013 Lincoln MKS for the majority of the nearly 9 years Ive owned it. I purchased it in 2012 from Jamie Sausser and it has been an excellent car! Ive never kept a car this long and dont plan to trade it in anytime soon. I recently had the backup camera and a front sensor replaced, which could have been very expensive, but thanks to Shane, I had a 2nd extended warranty, so it only cost me $100. I will continue to take my car to Shane at Bayway as long as I own it.

My car wouldnt start early one morning after getting my started and being told my battery needs replacing I called Bayway Lincoln Mercury. Well where do I start, first of all, we have been with Bayway Lincoln since 2017, and I have always been treated like family. Whatever the reason for my visit, whether it be just a routine oil change or my vehicle being detailed, Shane Donaldson has always taken care of me, while being extremely pleasant and efficient. Each visit to the service department feels like I am visiting a friend. This Last appointment was to have my ac checked. Appointments were so backed up, due to covid, so I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment. Well, unfortunately, me and my husband got covid. There was no way that I was going to be able to get my vehicle to get serviced. Well, Shane Donaldson came to the rescue once again. He scheduled a valet to pick up my Navigator, and now, thanks to Shane, my AC is working. Thank goodness me and my husband are better now and thank goodness for Shanes compassion for his clients. I was having trouble starting my 2016 MKZ. I jumped it to get to the dealer and told him I had had the battery and alternator checked before but continued to have trouble starting it. He said they would be able to tell with their big battery tester. He said that they were fine and advised me that this model often had a battery a small battery issue and recommended a software update that would take about 45 minutes. Fifteen minutes later it was done. I paid for it and drove home to the Austin area. When it failed the next time, I started it and I took it to a local repair shop and paid $165 for diagnostics. They suggested that perhaps the trunk was not seating causing it to continue to draw a charge. Closing it manually did not solve the problem. The next time was in the League City area where I paid $80 to have it jumped and took it back to Bayway. Guess what - it was the battery! Another $167 and Im good.So I paid nearly $500 overall to fix a problem that required a new battery. I expect more from a dealership. I would have said 1 star but they were not alone in failing to diagnose the battery problem.

My family only brought one car from this dealership which is a 2012 Lincoln MKT that has been in my family for 8 years now. My grandfather brought the vehicle for himself but sadly he passed away in May of 2020 from Cancer. The car used sits in the garage unused for a bit. Now me and grandma get it out on Fridays to go out. Also one time we took the Lincoln to Dallas but the wind guards on the windows were loose. We got the window guards by a week. Now this photo isnt mine as I only see the car once a week and I believe I cant post photos on reviews on my phone, but this is the exact same car my grandfather used to own before he passed.

Great salesman, I would buy a car from him and the dealer again, but I would not leave the dealership until I would have all items promised. I have not received all signed papers as promised, I was promised a second key fob and also missing the hitch cover. Great car, but lacking the follow up on items listed. I guess to busy to take care of the important things. Sad to have a bad experience with an excellent beginning.

The worst dealership I ever had it! I scheduled Two time online to get service in my dealership, first time was onsite and they had no idea about appointment, second time was pick up/ delivery and was canceled by system! I tried call them and customer service has no idea again! I asked her to talk manager she said if she can find one! and hold me for ever! I cant believe Lincoln has such dealership in my area! Also there is no any specific number in area dealership website to complain!
Was not very happy with my experience. Was told wrong information regarding my truck and they ended up having to keep my truck for 2 weeks for something that should have taken a couple hours. Would not recommend.

I am a former employee of Bayway Lincoln and before I left I purchased a 2019 Lincoln MKZ Reserve basically a $50,000 dollar vehicle,I still take my Vehicle to this dealership for all my service needs.Shane Donaldson was always my advisor,but is no longer with the company,I noticed that when I got my car back from a prior service,that there was some type of chemical stain on all my wheels and from working there i know they use a degreaser of some kind to clean the wheels before they take it thru the carwash.I was told to bring the vehicle back in and it would be taken care of,I set up an appointment,with another advisor due to some other issues I had going on,and to my dismay,I was told they are not going to due anything about my wheels on my $50,000 vehicle,this infurriates me to know end,x-employee or not to be treated like this,It seems like the Service Department has gone too hell since Shane Donaldson left the Company.Is this what i am going to expect form the service department from now on???Long story short you screwed up my wheels,not me and I expect you to fix them

I bought a Lincoln Navigator from them and traded in my Yukon. They took forever to pay off my vehicle and therefore I had incured 2 extra payments on that vehicle and they only had to pay off a lesser amount and therefore they owe me 2 months of payments and I have tried several times to get in contact with someone and I can never get a return call no matter what I do. I have been extremely patient seeing as all this took place in the beginning of March but Im now sick of being avoided and sick of waiting.I would like to add that Eddie in the service department was great though..I plan on buying another Navigator in about 3 years but I guess Ill have to take my business elsewhere because they are stealing my money.

Thank goodness we were close to Bayway Lincoln. Mr. Donaldson was so kind; he was sincere and just plain nice. Truly nice. Mr. Donaldson and the service technician showed us the tire and even looked up a new tire to match my damaged tire, which was reasonable costs given the kind of tire. I tell my husband everytime, It pays to have a Lincoln. I love my car, I love the Lincoln service and I have added Bayway Lincoln and Mr. Donaldson to my lists of why I love Lincoln.

Wasted 3 hrs of my time after driving 180 miles. Eventually purchased a truck but had to return to get it. But only because of the truck not dealership. They still havent paid the payoff to my trade 3 weeks later. Yes they have 25 days but that to me is shady business.April 28--- I have since talked to the manager and was told they would get to the bottom of the issue and call me back. Its been a week and no call. Also it is now day 28 and they are in violation of Texas law. Called this morning and got the run around. Next step is seeking legal counsel.

The service advisor, Ashay, did a good job. She helped me with setting up the appointment. She called the day before to offer an opening that I could bring my car in earlier. I would give a higher star for a section specifically just for her, but my overall experience was poor.I was not happy with couple of other staff and items. First of all, the one that provided me with the loaner car did not greet or acknowledge talking to me when I was sitting in the waiting area. Her first words to me were Lets do the walk around. She tried to give me a sedan when I specifically requested for a SUV because of my kids and wifes medical condition. I informed the advisor that I can wait for the SUV if needed. Isabel told me that is all she had but when I told her that I cannot use the sedan. She was not happy and went inside. She did not say anything about looking for an alternative but just walked away. I went back in the waiting area and then moments later she came at me once again. There were other people in the waiting area, and I was just to assume she was talking to me? Once again, lets do the walk around. I assume that she had a rough day and did not think anything of it. When I came back to pick up my car. I saw that she was having a friendly conversation with another male staff working there. When I was done. I asked the lady that completed my transaction said that Isabel is going to do the walk around later for the loaner that I am returning. Isabel back was turned to me and did not acknowledge that she would. It seems that this individual should not be working in the service industry with such poor demeanor towards a customer.The second personnel that I was not particular happy with either is the lady that completed my transaction. She mainly just tells me to sign, sign, and sign. After I signed the documents, she just handed me my key. She did not explain what is going to happen with the loaner I am returning. She did not explain where my car is at. She did not tell me that someone is going to bring my car up. There was no hand-off between the advisor and the cashier. Did she expect me to know Lincolns service protocol?When I dropped off my car to Bayway, I typed up a list of items I need to be done. One of the items is upsets me is why cant a car dealership CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN get manufactured tire pressure right? I specifically told, written down and handed the paper to the advisor on the car tire issue. The car original came with the pressure according to the manufacturer recommendation. After my first service visit, the tires were rotated but the pressures were not adjusted. I had to make another appointment for this correction. However, the technician simply deflates the front tires to match the back. Since I am dropping off the car for all these recall items and issues. I asked them to perform my 7,500-mile maintenance as well. This includes another tire rotation. Again, they rotated the tires but did not adjust the tire pressures. My front passenger tire pressure was 20 psi. Their so called 30- or 100-point inspection failed to catch a simple tire pressure check.In my opinion, Bayway either did not train their staff in customer service or Bayway is just a bad company in general.I have had this car for almost 8 months, and I have been back to this dealership 4 times for non-maintenance related items. The issues are tire psi issue, reverse camera software upgrade, replacing media module, and loud water running noise on the passenger door.I had issue with Ford in the past, but I wanted to give Lincoln a try because it supposedly be the luxury brand. I did not have this many issues in such short amount of time. I never had such bad experience with Chevrolet, Toyota, Lexus, or BMW.I am stuck with the car for few more years but I am definitely NOT going back to Bayway even this location is most convenient for me.
Do not purchase from the pre-used dealership. The transmission on the car sold to me gave out after 11 months. When I try calling for help they sound annoyed, rude, and non helpful. I will be filing a lawsuit soon if I don’t get help soon. I am not paying for this new transmission.

Best auto purchasing experience Ive had in 50 years. The sales guy, Michael Conner (looks like James Greer in the new Jack Ryan Amazon series) is extremely nice and very understanding and a straight shooter. The finance guy was also great, and totally honest. This dealership is a total breath of fresh air. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them, and they always have the best deals. I drive 35 miles to purchase from them.

Sean Donaldson in the Bayway Sevice Department has managed the service our familys Lincolns for many many years. 100% of the time he has made sure that what needs to be done is done and doesnt run up our bill just to add dollars to his pocket. I highly recomend Bayway Service Department.
I purchased a 2014 Ford F250 from Bayway Lincoln. I saw the truck on their website and called them to make sure it was available, and it was. I drove over there and was able to first get a fair deal for my trade-in and then negotiated a deal on the F250. We did the paperwork and got the deal done. I must say that the transaction with Bayway Lincoln was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had and being 53 yrs. old I have bought several. The entire staff there was extremely cordial and professional. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to go see these people.P.S. Michael Conner called to follow up on my satisfaction with the experience a couple of times since the purchase and to ask how things were going with the truck I bought. That was a nice touch as well. I was very pleased with my support from Aysa she made it very easy on me scheduling pick up of my vehicle from home and also kept me up to date daily regarding my vehicle. I also left out a couple of issues with my vehicle that I didnt mention b4 my vehicle was picked up and informed Aysa over the phone and was taken care of without hassle. This is the 2nd time Ive taken my vehicle here and will continue to do so and will definitely asked for Aysa that I found very professional at what she does and highly recommend others to ask for her. I TOOK 2 FLIGHTS AND AN UBER TO BUY FROM BAYWAY AND I WOULD DO IT AGAIN #AWESOMEI found the perfect used Lincoln on the internet, but it was 6hrs away from me. I contacted Bayway, and Michael Solano helped me reach a deal that was to my liking over the phone and through text. I was a little hesitant to travel 6hrs without any paperwork being signed, but he assured me everything would be in place as agreed upon. It took 2 flights and an Uber to reach Bayway. After two hours, I was driving home in a fabulous vehicle. This was an outstanding experience with a very professional sales team. I will recommend them as an option to all my family, friends and clients.
I would not recommend anyone under the age of 30 to buy a car there because the pre-own lot is very unprofessional. I’ve recently bought a Lincoln MKZ there and was treated very unfairly because of an employment issue where i resolved the problem between myself, employment and the bank. There had been lies told to me that there talked to the bank but never have and I’ve been nothing but nice and payed my hard earned money for someone to call my phone yelling and telling me that i do not have a job that I’ve confirmed already. And in reality employment verification should be done before you leave the lot and it wasn’t. It’s no way i should call someone’s personal phone and someone picks up without even authorizing who I’m speaking to which is very inappropriately unprofessional. You have within 10 days to return a contract and it’s been over 18 days that I’ve had to deal with the finance department because they’re too lazy to do their job. And wants me to return a car to them while I’m working and my down payment isn’t returned to me in that instance. That is not how business is done or handled and i for sure have been discriminated against and I’m almost having to look into a legal issue over for the discrimination and disrespect for unprofessional employees. The finance manage Ahmad is distinctively disrespectful and no one deserves to go through that.
I bought 2 vehicles from Bayway and have always been very satisfied with the vehicles and the service. This week, I experienced a flat tire (on tires that I bought at Bayway)---for the first time, I used the Lincoln Roadside Assist. That service was prompt and excellent. The car was delivered to Bayway at 9:00pm --and first thing the next morning, the service manager contacted me and the vehicles tire had been replaced, the oil changed and the car washed....(this was before I had gotten out of bed!)---The service manager kept me informed the entire time. Due to warranties and service agreements, I had no fees. Needless to say, I will buy my next car with Bayway, no matter what.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They are LIARS and very poor salesmen, and the finance manager AMAHD is the ultimate antagonist behind this whole LIE. A friend of mine purchased a car last month. Approval was almost instant and everything seemed to be perfect. Almost a month later my friend started getting calls and text messages from the dealer saying that there was a problem with “funding” because “the bank” couldn’t verify his employment, basically blaming everything on the bank & all they were waiting on was for the dealership to send the contract back which they refused to do. As you know Employment verification is supposed to be completed upon being approved and leaving with the car. So instead of making a big deal he reverified through the bank. Just when he thought everything was settled AMHAD the finance manager whose been rude, DIFFICULT and judgemental from day one started calling and threatening to come repo the car if he doesn’t return it and basically started to accuse him of being unemployed. MIND YOU a car dealership has 10 Days to cancel a contract in which they had surpassed. As the threats continued my poor friend just gave up and returned the vehicle because he was tired of being harassed. What AMHAD did was unfair and unlawful and we will make sure that EVERY person involved in discriminating against my friend pays for what they’ve done legally! especially AMHAD the finance manager! There is NO doubt in my mind that he was the one behind this whole entire thing. But it’s okay because just when they thought they could get over on someone and LIE their way out of the deal is the day they met their match, and justice will be served one way or another.
They repaired my car quickly and gave me a great new loaner also!! So helpful
