Very nice truck rental place, rates were much better than the chain rental stores, it was cheaper to drive it empty for half the trip than a one way rental from the other places. The box truck we rented was like new and over the 1,400 miles it averaged 10.5 mpg!

They dont clean the vehicles that well. They like to hide dirt with shine chemicals. I used to be a detailer, so I know what Im talking about. I guest there more about quantity than quality here.

Terrible company to work with i will absolutely not recommend it, i rented a van foe 3 years, latterly paid it off for them and they over charged me for one month. Now theyre saying i owe them an additional month and one day even though i have submitted all my bank statement showing that im actually been overcharged, what a terrible way to end years of relationship :(

Will definitely be coming back! Everyone in this location is absolutely wonderful, but Agustin was an exceptional employee. He explained my contract in a very detailed manner and answered all of my questions, even though they were busy, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything since it was my first time renting from them. I rented a passenger van for a work event and everything was perfect, from the rates to the cleanliness of the vehicle. I’ve already referred some friends here for upcoming events and will definitely be back myself.

Best customer service team. They always address any issues or questions I have. Never a long wait time - hands down best car rental place in the city!! I enjoy walking in and seeing Josue Lopezs smile, it is rare to see that kind of customer service nowadays. He is very attentive and charming! The process is very easy even for new customers on a last minute need, will definitely be coming back!

Good collaboration

I love PV because they have the most reliable trucks of all rental places. They maintain the trucks well or replace them. I have had smooth rides with their trucks all over the country and back and would not be willing try other companies based on my in town experiences. All of the Staff at the 3 location in Houston treat me like they know me, the inside people and the outside guys. They have a great reputation and so you need to book your vehicle as soon as possible because are often booked to maximum level. Rock on!

This lady tried to charge us a $250.00 smoking fee and neither one of us smoke. Trust me, she didnt get that.

Always use PV rentals at south rice for my church trips. They have great Vans always so clean and great shape. Never had an issue with them. Angie samano always makes sure we get the newest Vans available for our long trips. Will recommend to everyone

PV rentals really know how to deliver. I needed a 15 passenger van for a family vacation, and they did not disappoint. The vehicle we received was clean and in good working condition. Furthermore, the agent Kirby exceeded beyond my expectations and made my experience so much better by providing a very smooth transaction as well as exceptional customer service.

I love PV rentals! My summer art camp rented a passenger van and box truck. The vehicles were exactly what we needed. A special thanks to Maria she made our rental experience even better.

In and out in seven minutes. We picked up our two vans, they had all paperwork ready to be signed, and as soon as we signed the contract, they already had the Vans pulled up by the office, just stepped out and did a visual inspection, hopped in and took off. Everyone I encountered had a big smile on their faces. I will use them again and recomend them to my friends.

I work with a theater. When we are doing a traveling show PV Rentals is our first choice for trucks. They have dependable clean equipment. In our 12 years of working with this company, they have never failed to satisfy.

I booked a ford large 15 passenger van to go to Florida with two families. I booked 3 weeks in advance. 24 hours before my date, they called me to tell me the van is not available due to a seat belt recall from ford. I researched myself and called the local ford commercial dealer, no such recall exists. Dont rely on these guys for a vehicle.

This is possibly one of the most disappointing experiences Ive ever had with a rental company. We had made our reservations for 4 15 passenger vans a couple months in advance in order to make sure we would have them. I was notified 4 days before our scheduled pickup that our reservation was cancelled because they did not have the vans.It is incredibly difficult to get 15 passenger vans at the last second. We were depending on this company to supply our needs, but they were unreliable. If you actually need a reliable service, I do not reccomend this company.

If you need a van, this place has them. I was here to rent some Vans for work, and the two vans that we got were both nice and clean.

Got the runaround when reservation was cancelled due to a refinery renting most of all they had (is story given to me). Should have walked away then, but was eventually able to rent pickup and do what I need to do. Expensive.

Excellent service, attentive staff, excellent vehicles. Consider for your commercial business needs from pickup trucks to refrigerated box trucks. Call them for annual fleet leasing as well.

I had a great experience at PV Rentals due to Ms. Lorena Diosdado and the manager.I was able to pick up the rental early.The fee per mile was a dollar and a half cheaper than U-Hauls rate at the time I rented the truck. Plus you get the rental for 24hrs.Ms. Lorena Diosadado is wonderful, and I will never forget the excellent service she provided.Next time I move I am definitely calling PV Rentals! :)

Great Place to Get Vans and Trucks for my Logistics

They had exactly what we needed for our medical mission transportation.

Gave us a faulty van. We drove hours away and stopped for gas..turns out the van didn’t start back up and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere.

Service was good. Vans were not clean and smelled when I picked them up. I would rather go to Capps van rental.

Very convenient and much more cost effective than renting a uhaul. Process was quick amd easy. Vans are clean and not old. Great experience. Only downside is the downtown location parking will be an issue if you. They close and lock up the lot so you have to park on street. I dont recommend doing this in downtown. For this i had to choose their other location

Crooks, charged me an additional 200$. I called to see what the issue was they claimed that it wasnt returned with a full tank but of course I did fill the tank before returning it even submitted a receipt the woman who answered my call was pretty much not trying to help or even trying to hear me out even told me that she was going to ask person who inspected it and give me a call back I asked what her name was and she just hung up she hung up basically just so she wont have to deal with me oh and also never called me back

Wide variety of trucks and some cars and even ATVs. Flatbed, box, with or with out lift gates. Passenger vans. My default place for large truck rentals. I believe you can rent upto a 26 flat or box truck with out needing a CDL.

Kinda slow service . but really friendly

Will not be renting here again. Have rented several times for my business but my last experience left a sour taste. The first time I rented the prices stated on the website were not correct according to the agent working. I was promised a call from the manager which never arrived, I followed up with an email that included a screenshot of the website proces per mile and my reservation confirmation. This first experience left me with reservations but I returbre again. My last experience involved me returning an early morning rental in a hour and a half late and being charged a full day. The staff working was bou sure on policy as I was told I would be charged $36 a hour then told $120 for a whole day rental. These people are unsure of their own policies, lack customer service, and professionalism. I have 3 rentals for the next 3 weekends scheduled that I have now cancelled. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.UPDATE: The confusion continues because your reply simply isnt true. At 3:26pm an agent not a manager called me looking for a vehicle that I was charged a 3rd day for and had no clue that I spent over a hour in your office this morning. This agent informed me the manager would reach out but they did not happen. I was very disappointed by the phone call because at the very least I thought it was an apology for the confusion but instead it wasnt.This company is out of touch and this reply has further solidified their lack of customer service. I had no confusion with my rental, your agents did and still do. If I was charged for 2 days I would have never wrote this review but then again maybe its just me thats confused.

You fleet manager Brian thinks its ok to go to a bar and start threatening to go get his gun and shoot everyone at the bar, patrons and employees. Police report was filed. Good job hiring a psychopath.

Ive dealt with this business for more than 2 years. This most recent experience was so bad that Im now switching trucking companies due to the bad customer service and total disrespect of the employees operating the front desk. Not only did the battery die on their truck 30 mins after we picked it up. The company felt as though the most positive course of action was to blame us and then attempt to charge us additional fees for sending a mechanic out to service their own equipment. Their behavior was 100% unacceptable. They avoided being solution oriented and cost me 4 hrs of downtime while waiting for their mechanic to show up. I highly doubt we will do business with this company again.

I dont usually rant and rave but I will when I am a consumer of a product and have been treated unfairly. I travel with my team several times throughout the year and rent vans from PV Rentals Galleria only. We experienced bad weather and daylight savings time on our return trip and was charged an ENTIRE day because of this. The manager Nelson is not willing to work with me regarding these charges, and no I did not ask for a full refund because I understand late is late. I have additional charges that they cannot explain. The pickup process was a nightmare as well with additional deposits that I have never heard of. Needless to say I will NEVER patronize this business again and if you plan on it BEWARE!!!
