If you are in the market for a new car. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I called and asked for a particular make, model and trim. I specifically asked if it was on-site and after being put on hold the guy Byron comes back and told me they had 4 on the lot, set up an appointment for a test drive. Went directly over there only to find out they did not have any. I called the number again on their website while at the dealership, got the same guy and asked him if he is sure they cars were still available. He put me on hold again and came back to say he is sure. I told him I am at the dealership and there is no car and he dropped the call. Called again, got someone else and the same thing happened. Essentially, the lie to get you in. But they were happy if I signed a purchase contract for a non-existent car that was 5k over what is obtainable somewhere else. I walked, it is my money and I choose where to spend it. After reading this and you still feel like going, dont say you werent warned.

Carlos is a great salesperson come see him. He is knowledgeable and listens to you in order to help you properly. He is patient and doesn’t rush you. He was courteous and attentive. He also helps other customers in Spanish making them feel understood.
My first maintenance on my vehicle was great. I loved the service and like how Joe came back to me to let me know that my battery in my vehicle was not good. They replaced it for me. I love the service here at Central Nissan. Compare to other dealerships, I can come to one place to get my car parts taken care of.
Should of researched for reviews before going here. Totally agree with some of these reviews about false advertising. Went there for one price and got jacked up form 13,991 to 26500plus, to end up having a broken used 2017 Jeep Compass Sport with a little less than 49,000miles after having it for 19 days not even driven for 10 days. (Bought on 5/3/2021 broke on 5/21/2021). Went back on 5/22/2021 to just get out of there with a bigger debt. We ended up getting another vehicle, because my credit is very important to me. I was sold another vehicle for a little over 18000, came out with a 31600 debt, which includes a $3200 cash back and an almost $7000 negative escrow because they took back what they sold me broken as a trade in. Oh and when I was there after the first car broke 3 other customers got there with issues with their vehicle that they had bought from there. So, is it a problem with sales person or their mechanics? Can someone direct me to corporate phone number, I have searched the web but no luck.**This is a reply to Nissan response*** What are yall going to do about it?? Nothing?

Very evident from the texts that I’m looking for a specific vehicle. I DRIVE 1 hour to Central Houston, wait almost 1 hour. For them to tell me lies. We spoke to 2 different salespersons. One could not find the keys. The other one gave us a detailed story of how the USED vehicle was in THEIR shop for a detailed inspection. We ended up talking to the manager, who told us the truck was not at Nissan, but with Ford. THEY BASICALLY WANTED TO SELL US A MORE EXPENSIVE VEHICLE, AND THIS WAS BAIT. Incompetent …liars…& manager admits his team needs training on communication. I would give zero stars if possible.
My most recent experience with Central Nissan was fabulous, fun, and I felt at home with the exceptional salesman in the name of Edward Jackson. He never stopped until I was satisfied with my purchase and completed my deal. The atmosphere was great and the staff was extremely friendly even those not working with me(even though I never received cookies). Id give ZERO starts if I could. They gave me their word they would hold a vehicle for me while I make a 4 hour drive with sales person Chris fully aware I live in Dallas. Got a text message from Chris one hour before the agreed appointment time, once I was already in Houston, saying they sold the vehicle. Still asked me to come in to the dealership to see what they could do which was nothing but keep asking to give them 10 minutes, 5 minutes, 3 minutes. What a waste of time, it was a SCAAMM!! no pleasant purchase experience here, I see this as a click bait in order to draw customers, Chris never showed up and they kept tossing us between salesmen. If Central Nissan is so hungry of money, dont do that to someone who lives 4 hours away!!!!! All they care is about their sells and their profits, they need to be respectful of peoples time. Lost a day of work and gas money, these people cant keep their word and be accountable, they dont care.
I took my car to replace the battery. When I picked it up the navigation system wasnt working. I took the car back and they told me the SD card was missing. They said they dont know what happened and pretty much blamed. And I had to pay out of my pocket to replace it 😡

I was selling furniture before I move on Facebook. Pretty good deal $5 for my couch that my dog chewed. This guy messaged me about it & when I explained that Im physically disabled so he would have to get someone to lift it down my stairs since I cannot - he began to accuse me of not looking disabled then started harassing me. I had to block this random account but saw on their profile that they work here. Very sad to see a company thats suppose to be all about customer service have an employee that harass disabled people online. His name is Darren Sparks!!!!

Bad customer service since the moment my husband and I visit the dealership. Went to get more information and planning to purchased a 2019 Yukon SLE that was listed for $45,991 which my husband and I were informed that was not the price but they will honor it. They let us take it home to test drive it and we returned it the next day because the sales representative never call me back to go over monthly payments and interest rate as we agree the prior day. The sales manager contacted me a few minutes later after dropping of the vehicle apologized and said to come the following day and that he was not going to waste my time and we will come up on the monthly payment my husband want it. By the time we agree on the price and everything the vehicle was not fully ready with the issues it had and I would have to drive back again to get them fix. Also, the Finance gentleman was rude when I asked him a couple of questions and he responded with an attitude. That made not want to purchase that vehicle.***PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE.

After dropping my vehicle off at the dealership, it was not until the next day that I was able to pick it up after service was performed. I was made aware that there would be a delay. The service agent mentioned the delay was due to the backlog of vehicles that had came before me. I understand and went about my day. I mention this to say that other customers may not be as understanding and may feel that the wait was excessive for simple maintenance. I advice that each service agent mention the delay as mine did so that customers have a expectation that is reasonable to the work load of the shop.

The employees here as well as management are absolutely horrible. I went to speak to a manager multiple times and waited hrs without speaking to anyone. They charged me thousands over MSRP and intentionally lied. They falsely advertise online prices as well. Be CAREFUL and if you read this review you were lucky. This is the honest truth! Also called the numbers they give you for customer service and you just get hung up on.
I cant believe I fell for a classic bait and switch. They had a late-model used car that was exactly what I was looking for, with low mileage and a great price. I set up a test drive via text messages. I was told to show up and ask for Melissa.When I got there, they seemed not to know who I was, and there was no Melissa available. The receptionist asked a random salesperson to help me, who took me to an office, sat me down, and asked, What can I do for you? As if they had no idea why I was there. The vehicle in question was nowhere in their system, even after we checked the VIN, and the salesperson said they normally didnt stock that type of vehicle. They left to go talk to their manager, saying maybe it had just arrived and wasnt in the system. Yet the website where I found it said it had been listed for 130 days.After waiting for fifteen minutes with no sign of the salesperson or the manager, I decided to leave. When I got home that evening, the car was no longer listed online. But the next day, it was back!Checked online reviews to find that my experience was essentially identical to the ones had by many others who have posted their stories. If you find a great deal listed online at this dealership, look elsewhere and dont waste your time like I did.

So basically all the people who call me after I bought the car (total 4) and I had mention to every single conversation that I had an unpleasant experience with the finance manager NEVER PASS THE MESSAGE ALONG TO THE OWNER. The owner instead of pulling up my info in the system would rather for me to let him know through the survey. Kevin (person who sold me the car told me the survey will look bad on him if I leave a negative review). If you care about making your customers happy I recommend to stop being lazy, search my name in your system and actually give a call if you truly care about making up for the negative experience. I REPEAT GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! They only care about money.
The Customer service was good. The sales people are nice. However, the car that was supposed to be reliable and make it, did not. The maintenance light started coming on day 2 after I bought the car. They do not refund your money nor will they take the car back. They took it back to service to fix. Then when I left with the car the maintenance light came on again, which means they did not fix it. It is a shame that they even had this car to sell knowing it has a problem. I have not had this car for 3 days and I have to take it back again to the dealership. I am missing work because of a bad used car. I just asked for my down payment back and to cancel the contract. The bank has not even processed the loan yet. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

I went in with 5k cash in hand expecting to buy a vehicle cash and of course the sales rep brought in his manager to pressure me into financing. Long story short: it was a complete waste of time and an inconvenience. I ended up leaving after hours of them wasting my time. The staff is very unprofessional.. NEVER AGAIN!!

Every time I come to the service department there is an issue. Making an appointment is pointless because they don’t honor it. They either mess something up during repairs or don’t complete everything. I came up here several times and asked for a recall to be fixed and they didn’t do it until recently because I went off. They have no concern for their customers time. If you don’t go find your service advisor they will leave you there wondering where your car is at. During my last visit my car sat untouched for over a hour because no one knew what was going on. Stay away from this service center!!!! I wish I could give it a zero.

I had my car serviced and after the payment was made, my car could not be located. It was very disturbing because I had no plans to be there longer than the allotted time. After researching the service department found out my car had been taken to a contract mechanic. They took care of a rental so they could make sure everything was in place; however, it was still an inconvenience. I had to go back to pick up my car which is on the totally opposite side of town. I feel that I could have been compensated more but I was glad to have a very detailed car and a full tank of gas before leaving. I feel good now knowing I will have only 2 people only that will help me so this will not happen in the future.
I am in the service business and needed to add a new service van. My demands are great and am sure what I needed . Chris Bennett worked tirelessly to find me a 1 ton high top van with a V-8 . Chris went above and beyond the call of duty and found me the van I needed and then worked to get me the correct shelf kit and ladder rack I need.It is no wonder that Chris Bennett is the man to go to in the USA when you need a work truck or van. He is the best and hardest working truck man I have ever dealt with!

Loved my car that I purchased a few months ago, but I was promised to have my trade in bonus on my bank account instead of it being deducted from my car payments. I spoke to my financing agent, Darrell Polk, after recognizing this error and he was VERY rude and distasteful. He dismissed me and called me crazy and refused to give me insight on the issue and I was not even disrespectful. After being referred to several different people and wasting more than an hour there, David Timer took the time to chat with me about this issue. Although I didn’t get my issue resolved, I really appreciate that the rest of staff was not rude like Darrell Polk was. Beware of doing work with Darrell Polk, I really wish he didn’t make money off of my car purchase….

I liked one specific car that I saw online, called to check availability and I was told it was available. They scheduled an appointment and in about 20 MINUTES later I was at Central Houston Nissan to see the car as I work close. Surprisingly I was told the car was no longer available and had just been sold.I only lost my lunch time as fortunately work 20 minutes away.Seller told me that had similar cars (same model) in the same price range... so showed me and the price for the two similar they had was about 25% more.Frustrating!

There was a lack of communication when I wanted updates on my car repair. I called the following day after being told that my car would be ready by 10AM yet when I said who my advisor was, the employee I spoke to dismissively said he wasn’t present and he did not provide me with any assistance until I got assertive. Once I arrived, I was then met with two employees who were not helpful and dismissively walked past me. Finally I met with an Alex, I believe his last name is Rodriguez, who came to my aid and efficiently serviced me. But overall, it was a not so pleasurable experience and I did not appreciate being not tended to not properly advised during my time there.
Zero stars. Drove for hours to look at a vehicle that was specially priced on-line and we were told that they couldnt sell it to us. So we asked why they are advertising it for sale. Of course, lies! Told the sales lady to lose my number and would post a bad review on every website possible. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

I try to leave constructive reviews. I came to get my oil changed and have them look at the other important things/ maintenance needs. This place needs more people to help.. and or to take care of their employees better. They are the face of the company. Not friendly. Poor communication. The checks they do on your car is based off the date it was changed not actually looking at the quality of the spark plugs for example. They recommended I change things that have just been changed elsewhere. I feel I CANT TRUST what they say I need on top of excessive wait times early in the morning. NOT somewhere I recommend. I was clearly not pleased with my services but no one seemed to care to even have a convo with me about my car or the customer service experience I had. The link I received had things I dont understand well…how bad is “3/32” tire tread for example. My service person just sent link and I was supposed to know this info. No one ever discussed anything with me, and then when I asked an eta, it was my fault I had not signed the link. Meanwhile I guess I would have sat here for another few hours. . Poor service.Sorry Nissan Central. You need work.

I should have known better after reading other reviews - these guys are basic scammers. They pulled a classic bait & switch, just as so many others posted. I confirmed several times that the vehicle was available, expressed my concerns about other reviews I’d read about these sales tactics, and was reassured that the vehicle was there, in stock, and available. Of course we arrive (myself, my daughter who was super eager for her first car-buying birthday experience, and my husband who took off work), and the car isn’t available - “it must have just come under contract - can we show you other similar cars?” In the last hour. Right. Waste of time, but I guess it was a blessing in disguise - definitely don’t want to do business with a group like this.
I set an appointment. No one acknowledged me or said anything to me for the first 15 minutes that I was there. Workers just walked past and 2 ignored me when I asked for help. When I finally found a responsive person and asked about my appointment and was told that everyone was at lunch and would have to wait for 30 minutes. So essentially,I set an appointment to not have my car even pulled into the garage for 45 minutes after the appointed time. No thank, I will take my money elsewhere.

Bait and switch sums it all up. Steer clear of Nissan Central. I learned a lesson here. If the deal seems too good to be true...keep shopping. I called about a car advertised by Nissan Central with very low miles at a very low price. They said there were setting up a VIP appointment for me with their manager who would be very excited to meet me. They promised to have the advertised vehicle ready for me when I arrived along with a few less expensive options. The sent me a confirmation text directing me to ask for Melissa when I arrived. I arrived at my scheduled time. A sales person greeted me, but knew nothing about my appointment or the vehicle that I came to see. He said Melissa was busy in the back making phone calls. They pulled the keys to a different vehicle than the one I came to see. The manager eventually got involved. They could not produce the advertised vehicle that I made an appointment to see. I called him on the BAIT & SWITCH tactic. I told him it was bad business as I walked out. The manager came outside to confront me as I was getting in my truck to leave. I told him that this behavior was very unprofessional. He flailed in anger...spit on the ground and stormed back inside. No integrity or professionalism with this dealership and it’s staff.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Do not take your vehicle here! Took them over 3 hours for an oil change! When the service man told me it would be 2 hours, I thought that was a long time but after sitting in the waiting room for over 2 1/2 hours to find out they had not even touched my vehicle, this is unacceptable and poor service! A simple oil change should not take so long. Bob, the service manager could only say “you’re right, sorry”. Unacceptable!

I wish I could NO STARS. This dealership is the absolute worst. DO NOT PURCHASE A PRE-OWNED VEHICLE. The service is TERRIBLE. They are unorganized and completely unprofessional. I rarely ever write reviews but this has been the worst experience ever. I purchased a 2020 Mercedes. They tried to up the price and didnt realize that I already saw the price on the website. They promised a particular interest rate but then had a higher rate when I went to sign the papers. They never gave me the second key to my vehicle, although I have the key tag that says 1 of 2 and they promised they would give it to me but never did. Now they are saying its my loss. My paper tags expired. I called numerous times to see if my tags were in. No response. Finally they blame the government and give me more paper tags. Someone just dropped the ball and they refuse to take responsibility. I shouldve purchased at the Mercedes dealership and never bought from a third party dealer. I will NEVER go back to Central Houston Nissan. Its a complete embarrassment to the car industry. It was so bad that even my car salesman quit because he was embarrassed of how I was treated. DONT BUY FROM HERE. AWFUL!
