Took my ‘18 Camaro SS to American Dent Specialists for a hail repair recently. When I called the shop to inquire about PDR service, Dan completely walked me through the PDR procedure and also explained the insurance process! Andy did a fine job of communicating with my insurance and is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions throughly, so much so that they gained my trust and I decided to get my car Ceramic coated as well. Jason absolutely knocked it out the park with PDR repair, paint correction and ceramic application. My Camaro is now completely dent free and fully Ceramic coated! I needed to have my dents taken out of my Jeep. The ones caused by the wind slamming my doors around as I was putting them back on. They got right to it and I had a great chat with Andy the owner. Over the past two years, I have found myself needing paint-less dent repair on a few of my personal cars. I began looking for service providers and was immediately impressed with the fact that American Dent Specialists have a brink and mortar location and great reviews.So many dent repair service providers are strictly mobile and some are fly-by-night outfits. Most recently, one of my cars was damaged by a hail storm and I took my car to their shop. Previously, they did fantastic job at repairing my vintage Porsche - perfect.I dropped off my car after I initiated the insurance claim. Once they got my car they were able to deal with the insurance company without much input from me. The repair did take a few days longer than I think it should have, but I lay that blame on my insurance company not on ADS.When I got my car back is was beautiful, I couldnt even tell there had been any damage. If and when I need dent repair again these are my number one go-to folks. Great job!!!

Sent an email to get a quote to repair a dent on my Accord. Within 5 minutes of sending the email, Andy called me and talked me through the process of fixing it and an estimate based on the approximate size. I set up an appointment and dropped off my car the following morning. Andy even drove me back to work (~ 3 miles). When I went to pick up the car I could not tell there was ever a dent. While picking it up, I asked about how to remove a small scuff on the bumper. A fellow employee happily grabbed a cleaning solution and wiped away the scuff. I had also asked about removing all of the bugs from the front of the car and their master detailer offered to get them off for me, free of charge. The three different guys I talked to all went above and beyond for me. I will 100% recommend this company to anyone for dent repair, detailing, or any of the services they offer. They rock!

I had a big dent on my car as some SUV or truck hit me with their bumper, as no paint was scratched, but it made a long dent above my front left tire. Since there was no paint scratches, I never noticed it until my mechanic noticed it the other day. I got on Yelp and ran a few bid request on a Sunday night. I got two quick replies, one sounded like an auto-reply and one from Andy. After submitting photos, Andy came up with the lowest bid. His bid actually reflected in detail how the estimated was based on, so I felt comfortable booking an appointment with his shop, prior to receiving the other 2 bids. I arrived the next day and Andy took an actual measurement of the dent. He said he could get it fixed but not 100% perfect. Since I was looking to roll my fenders, I was happy to get it 80% perfect, as I was looking for function over cosmetics. The actual dent measured 6 inches, while the bid was only based on 5 inches. I was happy to offer to pay half for the additional inch, but Andy refused to take a dime more than his original bid. When the work was done, I went into the shop to examine the work. To the naked eye, it was 100% perfect, but Andy was quick to point out the imperfections that on the inside there was a slight bent that could not be fixed due to the impact. Well, nobody wasn’t going to see that slight bent on the inside, so I was happy with the work performed. Andy noticed other trim pieces (I forgot what they were called) that were missing, which I noticed as well, but luckily he had those trim pieces as replacement. See Before and After photos...

It saved me a lot of money and keep value on my car vs traditional body shop. So my 2020 GMC Sierra had 4 of the smallest yet most visible dents you could imagine after a fence panel blew down onto the front drivers side fender and literally brushed past it as it fell leaving minor scuff and tiny dents. I had a Maserati GranTurismo that sustained a big dent right at the fender above the front wheel well. I went into the grocery store and when I came out, there was this big dent. It was awful, a softball sized area crushed in, right at the area where three lines in the fender bodywork are converging. I’m assuming someone rammed it with a shopping cart. Anyway, I was livid and envisioning the high cost of repairing a Maserati and all the other negative thoughts that go along with having one’s car damaged like this.Thankfully a friend recommended American Dent Specialists. I kid you not, they fixed the dent so you truly can’t tell it even happened. And I’ve been looking hard! He said mine were easy and that he could knock them out while I wait. It took him about 30-40 minutes. I have to say, he continued to work on the dents well after I couldn’t see them anymore. Received hail damage in April of this year. Didnt realize how much damage was done to my Yukon XL. After having the damage assessed by Andy and the professionals at American Dent Specialists, I made a claim with my insurance company. Once I had a claim number, I dropped the vehicle off and they handled everything from there. I was informed by them when the estimate was submitted and when the work was approved by State Farm. Recently took my Vehicle in to American Dent Specialist to have a door dent looked at. I did not know if they could do this type of repair. I met with Randy, he looked at the vehicle and said they would give it a try, advising me up front they may not be able to get it out completely. To my surprise when I picked it up, they had gotten the complete dent out, and it looked like a normal door. I can’t say enough about these guys they do fantastic work. I recently took my vehicle to American Dent Specialists for extensive hail damage. I was told by the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and others that the vehicle could not be fully repaired. When my husband and I reached out to American Dent Specialists, we were completely frustrated and discouraged. Andy and Jason immediately reassured us that the vehicle could be made like new again. From that moment, they took charge, worked with our insurance company, and completely removed us from the headache of the situation. Our two cars suffered hail damage in a storm. We were referred to American Dent Specialists by our dealer. We met with Andy and explained about the damage to our cars. I got a very small dent, less than 1”, in the back of my new vehicle and took it to a local body shop who quoted me $700 with a four day turn around time. They said they’d have to repaint the entire lower part of my hatch, remove the emblems, blah, blah, blah, which is why it would cost so much. Needless to say, I left.I googled “car dent companies Houston” and found American Dent Specialists. The owner is so nice, and told me they charge $85 per inch, and would get it done in less than 20 minutes. I took my vehicle in today. They only charged me $68 (20% February discount) and had it done in about 8 minutes. It looks perfect - like brand new!If you have any dents and dings, I totally recommend bringing your vehicle to them. 🥳

Do not go anywhere else because you should going here. I got my dents removed at this business and it was a wonderful experience. The team looked at the dent, gave me an estimate, then proceeded to fix the dents on the spot right then and there. I was thinking I might have to make another appointment. On top of that the price was cheaper than other businesses and the owner Andy dropped me off and picked me up at a breakfast place. I had not brought my work laptop so I really appreciated this favor.You have to use American dent because they do quality work, prices are great, and they really care about you. I dropped my car off at American Dent Specialists for a ceramic coating and was extremely impressed with not only the results, but the amazing customer service. The specialist explained the ceramic coating process in detail, and were patient with all of my questions. The coating made the color on my red mustang pop. It looked better than it did the first day that I bought it! I would highly recommended their services.

I was lucky enough to get stuck in hail storms 2 days in a row. I was desperate to get my Mini looking like new, but never had to find a dent repair place before so I didnt really know where to start. I called 4 different places that came highly recommended. The guys at American Dent Specialists were the first to call me back and the first estimate I received. They made time for me see them the same day I called. The office was very clean and everyone was extremely helpful. Not only was their estimate the least expensive, which was a plus, I felt completely comfortable having them take care of my Mini. Hail damage can be tricky, you cant always see all of the damage caused. They took the time to explain everything to me including the process for repair. They even pointed out some damage from the previous owner which was tricky to see because my car color hid it well. I did not hesitate to have that repaired as well. Amazing customer service . Dan was professional from start to finish. They picked up the car, fixed all the hail damage we had on two vehicles, and brought it back clean ! They even helped with deductible as a bonus! I would definitely recommend American Dent Specialists .
