Ive been coming here for a while now and usually Ive had a good experience. But this last visit was questionable. They said it was ready and got in without really looking at it. When I got home I realized they hadnt wiped down any of the interior. The exterior wash was fine but inside not worth almost 50$ (including tip). Ill try once more but this time was very disappointed.

Excellent car washI dont wash my car often because I work from home. Instead of trying to find a place cheaper or do the work myself, this time I decided to treat myself. It was, indeed, a treat. With a 17 year old economy SUV, I found myself among very high value cars, but no one made me feel uncomfortable.When I pulled in the attendant told me my tire pressure was low which caused me to go to Discount Tire after the wash and found all four tires low. Added value.My car was dirty, including spilled fresh cat litter in the back. They almost forgot to put my rubber floor mats back, but upon inspection someone noticed. The clean door mats were put into place.Everyone was courteous, friendly, and did a great job.

Just took my vehicle to the Wirt location and had an excellent experience. I was most impressed with the two women (manager and assistant). I didnt ask the managers name but her energy and attitude was PHENOMENAL. To the ownership at SOAP, these ladies and staff are the reasons I will return in the future. Hold onto them. - Tiger

When i showed up yesterday I specifically said I had 30 min for them to detail my Yukon Denali XL. There was only one other car being washed. After an hour i told them i had to leave. They still hadnt waxed my car. Then i had to wait 5 min for them to move cars they had pushed in front of me to be able to leave. I had no one offer to reimburse me and i had pre-tipped them 15% on my cc. I will never go back. Awful

They left my truck out in the sun while they tended to another customer and let my vehicle dry with water spots on the sun roof, windows and paint. Once I brought it to the attention of the attendant he made a half hearted attempt to correct and said they don’t have enough employees.

Exotic, High-End Car Owners Beware! I dropped my 2019 Acura NSX off to get the executive detail. Upon picking it up I noticed SEVERAL micro scratches on the touchscreen. Called, Emailed and asked for the manager. NO RESPONSE. Would advise taking your car to somewhere where they will be responsible for damages.

Josh and the team are amazing! My car was in rough shape after a road trip with my dog and they brought it back to former glory in no time! I am thrilled with the results and will keep coming back!

I am constant customer to Soap Hand Car Wash because I feel like they’re the best in the area! I always leave satisfied! Not only with their work but their friendly service too. They make sure their customers are taken care of.

Okay... So they did good.. just good on the inside. Paid $40. Not perfect, but does look what I paid for. However, they did not even bother to look in the trunk. I mean I dont know if they forgot or something, but this is not acceptable. I dont expect the most detailed cleaning in the trunk, but people cmon.

Treated myself (and my car) to the Supreme Detail and it was not a disappointment. The manager, Josh, was customer service personified, as I observed him personally going out several times to oversee the progress, pick up a towel to wipe down, and provide me with progress reports. I couldnt have had a better experience... if you ever just want to go to another level in taking care of your car, Soaps Supreme Detail is worth it💯.

First time going got one of their packages was pretty busy but done in a good time and looks great in and out also liked the info given on some of thier products they use definitely going back!

Took my daughters car there. Car seemed clean so we jumped in and took off. When we got hone, she pointed out they didnt bother with the tire dressing. Nice

Exterior car wash was amazing. Interior: had to ask them to come and wipe down the interior and clean cup holders which were filthy. And since I had to wait 50 min I didn’t want to wait longer to micromanage them, so interior is still dirty. Then they forgot to put car mats back in car: and when I got home realized they didn’t put my expensive Weather Tech mats in car either! Now I have to, on a busy Monday, deal with the incompetence.

I highly recommend Soap Hand Car Wash on Wirt, they did an amazing job on my SUV. Josh the manager was spot on everything. I will use them again for sure!!

Paid $70 for the executive plus leather polishing. For that price I expected much more higher quality results. Interior vacuuming was not completely finished :/ Wheels were barely touched. And dirty patches were left un cleaned on the exterior.

I paid for an $80 car wash and my vehicle got even dirtier than before it was washed by these people because of the soap stained.Interior was not even properly vacuumed.It was a waste of time and money.If there was a negative 100 thats what I would rate this place. Stay away from this place.

I had my boss car wash. It was a simple wash. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Josh and his staff was very professional and courtesous.

I got my car washed And detail. It was a rushed job! They left my seats completely wet and gave me a towel to sit on on the way home. Next day told me to let all my windows down and let my sis drive when I get home. I had to come back because they didn’t even put my Chevrolet floor mats back in my Chevrolet truck. At first they play like they couldn’t even find my floor mats. What a waste of my time and money.

Josh was very nice. His staff was very friendly. They really took their time to make sure they got every detail of the car spic and span. They weren’t perfect, but the price was exceptional for the time and effort they put in. I will go back again!!!

I went a couple of times and everything was good, they wash my truck really good and all people was friendly, until I went the last time and they stole my back floor mat and I went couple of times and they always tell me the same thing “we going to call the owner and we call you” I still waiting

Was pretty disappointed with paying $50 for an executive wash and end up getting the worst wash ever. Pretty much had to clean and vacuum the car again myself because it was that awful of a job. Unfortunately I trusted that I would get a good wash so didn’t bother looking at the car while I was still there.

Friendly place but I was pretty disappointed when lots of smears and sloppy washing left my truck looking like it got washed at a cheap car wash. I paid 80.00 and didnt do my part and walk my truck before I left in it. Im very disappointed with this place and their lack of attention to detail.

Absolutely outstanding! They have every price point. This is an old fashioned take your time, not in a hurry but, quick to get you finished type of establishment. The staff was courteous and friendly. This is a 5 star experience. Make sure you give them a try.

Worst place high dollar car wash for any convertible 2 seater!! $ 25 dollars for just the body, no vaccum no top, no tire dressing..RIP OFF!!

Josh was so helpful! I spilt live crawfish in the back of my car and couldn’t get to the car wash for a week. It smelled horrible after a week in the Texas heat, and they were able to completely eliminate the odor. My car feels brand new again!

Definitely not impressed... first time coming here, wash was good... got the executive service the interior job was wack... paid 37 dollars and a tip.... not worth it... ive gone to other places and paid less and they did more inside and out... leather still looks dry .... hell they didnt even try to wipe it.... also tire shine was poor

I have used this carwash before and never have been very impressed with the final product, but its convenient, so I took it there Sunday and dropped it off. They were supposed to call me when it was finished. I never got a call. The next day I went by and they had closed early. Same thing Tuesday - they closed before 3:00. Now its raining and they seem to close if theres even a slight chance of rain in the forecast. I have called all 3 Houston locations - no one answers the phone - it just has a recording that this person has a voice mail that has not been set up yet. Theres no way to contact anyone or get any response. No emergency number, its Wednesday. I have been without my car for 4 days now. I have emailed each of the locations daily and text the numbers multiple times, And we have rain in our forecast until next week. So, I could possibly be without my car for over a week. I am beyond frustrated. I am desperate and there is no reason why I cant get someone to help me, answer a phone or anything. This is extremely unprofessional.

Hand soap did an amazing job🤩 the girl at the counter was very polite and helped me in selecting my car wash option. She made sure my car was clean on the inside. I noticed a spot that was missed and she had it cleaned right away. Great customer service. I strongly recommend this place.

The man who took my vehicle in did not offer me the same deal he offered my husband, after he waxed my car faster then lightning he then told my husband we owed the entire wax package! Service there is horrible.

I’ve been to this location several times before and have always received quality service. Today was a different story. First I’ll point out that their google listing shows that they close at 6pm. Their website shows that they close at 5:30 (which is it). I got off work and rushed over there to be told at 5:27 that they had already done “last call”. I literally had this man look me in the face and tell me that he didn’t want my $50 to clean my truck because they were “about to close”. I will NEVER spend my money with this company and will make sure nobody I know does either. I’ve been in the customer service business for over 20 years and know one thing for sure, that was not the owner turning away business. Hopefully he/she sees this and corrects that employee so they don’t continue to lose business over 3 minutes. I’m sure the guys out there that normally Receive the tips appreciate him taking money out of their pockets too.

Absolutely recommend. They did a wonderful job on my vehicle with a very dirty interior, and wiped everything down. The exterior was well done and completely dried. Its a very nice change from the other places that dont put in that extra effort to make it look good. You can tell the people doing the work take pride in a good job. I even tipped them a second time! First at the register upon entering and then again when i was blown away by how clean they managed to get it. The price was about $10 more than similar places like MCW, but so worth it.

Ive had my car washed here many times and Im never disappointed. The owner/manager was very friendly and I feel the price was fair. I believe it was $45+ tip for a thorough vacuuming and an exterior wash. I would definitely come back here again. Great establishment!

This car wash is not far from my home so I decided to give it a try. I was disappointed that they left the grill of my car wet & the interior fluid they use to wipe down the dashboard was left on the interior windshield. Now I’m riding around with a terrible film all over my interior. Looks like someone sneezed all over my dash. Won’t be returning.

Despite the fact I have a Mr. Car Wash membership, Soap being close to home I decided to give them a second chance. Regretfully so. Not only I have to come back for the windshield to be really cleaned out of the zillions of bugs, which still wasn’t done properly but also as you can see from the picture bellow, the right side mirror was completely wacked off, I’m guessing for no reason. Complete Waste of time and money.

The team at Soap did an incredible job on my SUV. It is a 2006 and looks brand new! They shined the headlights and it literally looks like I had new ones installed. Great job. Very pleased with the results and will be returning.

Like that they are local and wash by hand. First time customer. Service was good, but not great. Several things were missed but they were happy to correct when brought to their attention. Will return for a 2nd visit. Hope to be able to give more stars next time.

Went there for the first time, paid for executive and they didnt clean the rearview mirror or windshield. The entire bottom of the windshield from the inside is untouched and on the outside of the car many stains from a RT drive are still there. They were friendly but I paid for the upgraded service and didnt receive it

Hands down the best car wash I get since hopping around several car washes. No longer will I run my truck through automated machines. Soap Hand pays attention to every detail and really took care of my exterior paint, wheels, tires and interior. My truck looked brand new and I didnt even have swirl marks or left water spots like I usually do coming out of machine washes. The inside lobby is relaxing and staff was awesome.

One of my pet peeves is when a hand car wash leaves water spots after a car wash....but Soap Hand Car Wash made sure my car was completely dry and the wheels/tires are sparkling now! Phenomenal! I bring all my cars here and Im never disappointed. Management is wonderful and makes sure everything runs quickly without sacrificing quality. I often need to drop my car off before an event, and its always cleaned quickly and thoroughly so I can show up in style.

I use to visit the Richmond location, and was pleased to see one closer. The quality of the car washes has begun to decline, and all to often left with what you would not expect after a wash. However, this last time was the worst the the manager was unprofessional and rude it is a place I will never return to and not recommend to anyone. I definitely would never trust my car there again.

I just needed the outside of my car cleaned while visiting family in Houston. They were quick and did a great job. I wish they were in Charlotte where I live!

This is probably one of the worst carwashes I have ever used. It was right next to my job and I decided to use them while I worked and pick my shinny car after work. Smart Idea right? No. It was not well done. The inside was lazily vacuumed and not well cleaned. The car had water streak marks and was not even wiped down. A lot of my other colleagues that went there had the same experience. Seems like people use them once and dont go back. Have seen similar reviews here mention the same problems with poor finishing.

Victor is the best! I was early and waiting. He came out and greeted me personally and invited me in to enjoy fresh coffee. He explained my services and the time frame. They even finished early. I was VERY pleased with my results!

Please dont put it up.Result = car seat is up and I need to find a way to get it back down, which equals time and/or money.Their response Sorry about that. I have friends who go often for their $30 wash and are generally satisfied. I went for the wax Wednesday special at $50 and added a leather conditioning for $20. I appreciate the speed of the job, but not at the sacrifice of the quality. I had to walk around the car and have them clean spots they missed, there was water streaks all around, I sat on some left over leather conditioner (I assume), I had to clean my reverse mirror myself, had streaks on my console and my window was dirty. With tip the bill was $84 and I left an additional $10 cause I felt bad for having them come back and spot check my car. Not returning. I feel I got the $30 wash service at the $94 price.
