Had three cars detailed here my daughters cars and my car. I paid 18 for my wash and 22 for their wash. So I didnt expect my car to get thoroughly cleaned like theirs was suppose my daughters outside was ok but had smudge on all her tires. So they didnt really clean them. My other daughter car hadnt been wiped in certain spots inside her car. But I give them effort they were busy that day.

Pretty disappointed. The people here were very nice, but the quality of the job was terrible. I paid for the Premium $30 service, and got back a dirty car. 😓😓 Outside and inside. Didnt even get the air freshener I paid for.

Their prices are good for detailing. All the services they had were under $50. But if you want a combo of services then they can do that too. Like I got a wash, wax outside and my rims, and detail shampoo of the floors and vacuum of my seats, they cleaned the inside good. Just missed a few spots. Cost me $55. I got there around 9:20am and they were very busy by 10am. The guys here work their butts off. It took them 2 hours for my car but I understand. If you want a detail outside and inside then I’d come early, right when they open so they don’t have to rush and miss any spots.

If i do come back just for the express car wash cause they did not do a good job with the royal car wash package left greasy spots on my car left my car to air dry and did not dry it immediately.the staff was nice ill give them that.

Needs a lot of improvement. To start with when vaccuming one of the folks is so rude in responding when I was being patient. There was a lot of noise and I could see some dust settling inside my car and his voice was not audible due to vaccum noise and he keeps saying how many times I have to say.. And later when shampooing the car the smell of those cleaning fluids was super strong and pungent. And finally when mopping the car they left so many spots untouched and I had to pin point each of them. Some body might say you get what you pay for.. But when you advertise everything will be perfect this is not how one would expect. For the parts what they did it was just okay. I was happy to see so many four star reviews and assumed it to be great. But I can say its just okay and definitely decieveing unless you are careful.

They do a great job detailing and cleaning my car and there prices are reasonably.

Nice place for drive thru wash, they offer Express Wash for $6 for wash and dry, $10 for wash, dry and tires. You stay in the car during Express Wash. I tip the dryer person but they usually do a bad job.

Cheaper than Mister Car Wash. You get to choose the freshener that you want out of their 12 scents. They spent a lot of time cleaning the inside out of your car (if u dont want them to clean the inside you can choose the express wash look pretty good too). My car is spotless and shiny after done.

While I was unable to actually use the services, I called the store to get some more information and the lady who answered the phone completely ignored me. I received no response from the other end of the line, other than the “greeting” I received when she answered the phone. I could definitely hear noise in the back ground and considering I was never asked to “hold for a moment” it was extremely unprofessional.

I had the carpets shampooed, there were still stains and certain areas overlooked as far as vacuuming goes. So not sure if this is standard practice or not. But will try someone else in the future. Staff was a little gruff & intimidating when trying to point these things out.

My car felt like brand new when going for a detail before covid-19 happened. They stopped doing details due to covid-19 unfortunately. The cashier lady was okay. Has public restrooms, good! This place provides much needed service in Houston!

Great place to get a small car cleaned for $30. My girlfriend always takes her toyota here, and they do a great job. I took my truck to this same location and got the $30 package deal. They cleaned it and did a decent job but left trash in the back of my pickup, I was ready to give the person a $10 tip because they were doing a good job until I noticed how the back bumper and license plate was dirty and also the empty coffee cups in the back of the pickup were just left there and it would of taken 5 seconds to pick them up.... they did a decent job. I will be back but just a quick tip for the people with trucks.

I usually bring my car here and its always good, I dont know what happened today that I decided to bring my truck. Im so disappointed that I pay for something that I couldve done at home. I told the guy outside that I wanted only the inside to be clean and as soon as i picked up my truck the seats werent even clean i told the guy and he got offended and said i didnt pay for that service like wth, so what did i pay for? cause it seems like nothing was done besides just cleaning up my mats (they were still dirty) which they could have done that with a water pressure machine. Its sad that i have to go back home and do it myself again because they dont know how to do their job. Oh and btw they should have somebody at the front that knows what theyre doing and they should have a phone number there for any questions or concerns cause there is no number for management.

Not too bad; however, they took care of two trucks that arrived after me. Also, they let all the water that was left from the car wash to dry under the sun and there are spots all over the truck... the lady that did the vacuuming did a really good job

$6 express wash, drive car thru car wash and then they quickdry with a towel. You get what you pay for a quick rinse. Bring your towel to finish drying or ask another attendant and tip.

Not the most thorough when cleaning but theyll make your vehicle shine and smell good. The prices are very reasonable. For $22 you can get your car cleaned inside and out, perfect if you need a quick total car wash or on a budget.

I will like to say I like this car wash I take all my cars thier the only thing I dont like is that yesterday I went over and saw how the manager treated his employes he even fiscally punch the guy in the face and stared screaming and cuzing at them thats not a good way to treat employees especially when they do a good job and know what they are doing.

Left streaking on windows. When asked about tire shine he declined to add some cause he said i didnt pay enough, dash board was still dirty and left a streak on my radio face that I cant remove any more.

Great job. Fast and over all a good value for the money. Not 5 stars? Debris left after vacuuming and everything was wiped except the bottoms of the door pull handles and cup holders.

Simply went to get my car detailed, needed to have the floors steam cleaned, they said they would detail my car for 55$ total, however when they went to go hand me the ticket they had cirlcled 55$ but had not circled the outside cleaning of 30$, I told him that if he was charging me 55$ total then he needed to write the word total on the ticket, I asked him multiple times to do this and he did not, what this leads me to believe is that they were going to charge me 30+55 when I left, the total was not clear and they did not provide documentation of a clear total..... basically they were trying to rip me off, I asked to speak with Their owner but they just kept putting me off and handed me a card and telephone for the location and not a direct cell for the owner. They obviously did not care about my business and wanted to rip me off. Do not go here, it’s a waste of time.

Terrible experience, avoid this car wash! The manager and owner refused to respond after a detailed cleaning ended up in the car not being able to start right out of the car wash! Vehicle was rolled and upon the mechanic’s inspection they found they had damaged parts by excessive water! Not only that, the day after the alleged detailed cleaning the car stinks!! Seats were incredibly wet. Poor service and even worst customer service. Avoid at all costs!!

Had a terrible experience, the most expensive car wash of my life. A couple of days ago, I went to This car wash to get my car detailed and was charged $90 dollars for it. I arrived driving my car and was perfectly working but when I got it back it didn’t start. I had to invest over $900 dollars fixing the electrical components they’d gotten wet. I called them to claim money back for a terrible car wash (it smells worse than before) and for the reparations I had to do in orther for it to work again. I talked with the manager and he told me that the owner was going to call me, which never happened. I am right now sitting on the car wash waiting for my claim to be attended and apparently it never will be.

Come here to get my car washed. People are nice, during weekends its when its most busy, so they tend to be a bit slower. But over all they always leave the cars clean and smelling great

Went for the early bird special. Left my car pretty clean. Only problem is they dont have coffee.

They did a fine job of detailing and washing my car. I thought it was a tad expensive, but still within reason. What I didnt like, was having to wait 2 hours for it to get done. They dont seem to have enough personnel to keep up with the Saturday rush.

This is a large car wash that employs many people to clean your vehicle. They even have early bird special which you should take advantage of if its convenient for you. Be prepared to spend about half an hour here. The automatic wash track is pretty cool to observe and they even built a little walk path for the little ones to view your vehicle as it rolls down the track. Most people that work here will try to do a thorough job wiping and vacuuming the inside of your vehicle.I

Seats and baby seat looks that they havent vacuumed well. They still have dirt. I guess thats what I get for paying $16

I purchased The weekend for $27 and was very pleased with the service. The detail that it took would of taken me hours considering I had a lot of short dog hair in the interior of my vehicle. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.

Went for a carpet shampoo cleaning. I found scratches on the inside interior of the passenger seat. I told the manager and he completly ignored. They denied to give me the management details so I could complain. They gave me a card with phone no of the location only. Lets see if I get a call.

The guy that gives you the paper is so rude! I asked why is he so rude and they told me he’s the manager, are you kidding me? A manager very rude? I’ll never go again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone, also the car was still dirty inside and out, I paid $20 for a bad job. I paid $27, 00 plus tips, was just a little clean, the aluminum wheel was dirty, they DONT DO half the what the website promise. They didnt WAX the car either $27, its not enough to wash and wax a car??!!!Any gasoline station o can drive- thru the wash machine will cust less than $27, the whole clean take less than 20 min. For me was just a rip-off. I will not come back.
