We had a major renovation that included removing a load bearing wall, kitchen redo, flooring, etc - basically redoing our whole kitchen / living / dining area. I got quotes from several different companies but it quickly became apparent that I could not trust any other company but Trifection to handle this complex renovation. From the beginning to the end, all of the Trifection team members were very skilled, professional and really good to work with. During the 3 months of work, everyone from demo folks, painters, carpenters, tiler, flooring and Project Mgr Mike - were excellent. Kudos to Jeff, Erica and Melanie for all the help and guidance they gave early in the process to make us comfortable with what we were about to embark on. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience for our first major home reno. I would definitely recommend Trifection to anyone who wants a quality, professional job. Thanks alot!!

We contacted TriFection to discuss remodeling our kitchen after seeing the work TriFection had previously done on the kitchens of two of our neighbors. Our concern with undertaking a kitchen remodel was the amount of time we would be without a functioning kitchen. In addition to the quality of their work, an important factor in choosing TriFection is their policy not to commence the project until newly purchased appliances, plumbing fixtures, or other materials have arrived and are available for installation and this insures that construction can continue without downtime while waiting for delivery of such items. A Project Manager came by our house daily to check on the work and advise what work was scheduled for the next several days. The craftsmen were extremely professional, conscientious, courteous and always cleaned the work area at the end of the day. TriFection’s attention to detail and quality are very apparent in their work product. If we had a question, issue or a change order, such matters were promptly addressed to our complete satisfaction by TriFection’s personnel. Our kitchen remodel was concluded in a timely manner and our kitchen looks fantastic. We highly recommend TriFection and would use them again for future work on our home.

I was scared to start a kitchen remodel because I had friends who seemed to live in a construction site for months. TriFection is so organized, from the day of tear down to the day of completion was only 4 weeks. They could tell me day for day what the schedule was. It is beautiful. Jeff, and his team did a fairly large remodel of Our Home in Richmond TX, and did and unbelievable job. Was very well planned in great detail, and although that process took some time, it was very well executed and the results were very professional. Nothing we asked to be done was promised without first confirming with the craftsmen. Their craftsmen ALWAYS cleaned the premise at the end of each day, even though we were not living in the house at the time!The attention to detail is second to none! Jeff Roberts does not begin the construction of the custom cabinets until he has personally gone through the measurements on the premises. We always get comments on our cabinets! Everyone says the look like furniture rather than kitchen and bathroom cabinets!I have recommended TriFection to several friends and they have all been more than satisfied with their remodel!

My wife & I bought our 2,100 sq. ft. home in 1986. Because the home had been built in the mid-1970s, it needed updating and modernizing. I had listened to Tom Tynan over the years and he regularly recommended TriFection for kitchens, baths, and general remodeling projects. I think I called them in early/mid 2013 to inquire about their services, etc.We first used TriFection for major bath projects in late 2013 and early 2014. In late 2016 we decided to do a significant remodeling project including replacing the entire kitchen, replacing carpeting with hardwood floors, rewiring and changing many light fixtures, painting, etc. We were fortunate to have the same project manager (Stuart Whitehair) that we had with the bath projects in 2013.We were and are still very pleased with their design, attention to detail, and actual construction. All of the people we dealt with were professionals in their individual areas of expertise. Those included cabinet design and work, electrical, plumbing, painting, tile and granite, etc. There are three people that we spent the most time with. Those were Jeff Reina, Melanie Heinrich, and Stuart Whitehair. They were the key folks who ensured that we would be pleased with the finished product. We couldnt have asked for more. We will not hesitate call TriFection the next time we have a remodeling project.

We have used Trifection on several occasions and each time, it has been an excellent experience. We are notified each day who will be coming and at what approximate time. And when each subcontractor leaves, they clean up the area thoroughly. Every time we have a question, it is answered immediately. We are in constant communication. Of course, the best part of the remodeling experience is the finished product! We feel extremely comfortable with Trifection and recommend them whenever we can.

Trifection remodeled our master bathroom. We were extremely satisfied with the results! The workmanship was exceptional and very professional. The work crew cleaned up daily before leaving the premises. I just love my bathroom! It is so beautiful!! I definitely will keep Trifection in mind for any future remodeling!

Trifection has remodeled our kitchen, master bath, and guest and powder baths over the last two years. Everyone we worked with was very professional and trustworthy. The custom cabinets and attention to detail in all aspects of the remodel are exceptional! Our kitchen and bathrooms are both beautiful and functional.

We selected TriFection to remodel our entire home which was damaged by hurricane Harvey and we couldnt be more pleased. Having watched several neighbors struggle with their contractors our experience was wonderful. Their team of employees and subs worked very well together and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They were flexible, polite and above all, they kept our house and yard extremely neat and tidy throughout the process. They created great custom cabinets and the entire experience could not have been better.

Edited review after follow up call from a Trifection owner on 2/26:We had initial meeting with a Trifection sales rep on 12/18 and explained we wanted our kitchen remodeled (except for cabinets) and needed it done by end of April to mid-May. It took 55 days (got it on 2/10) to receive their quote/proposal. There were also some communication problems with their sales rep, so we decided to go in another direction. After hearing about our experiences with getting this quote, one of the owners, Jeff, kindly followed up with us to address these issues (which was appreciated), thus showing his genuine concern for his potential customers experiences with Trifection. We wish them well with their future endeavors.

Remodeling any part of your home is such a tough decision. Usually the biggest anxiety concerns which company do I trust to do a professional and timely remodel. When I asked TriFection Remodeling & Construction to remodel my master bathroom I made the best decision in all my remodeling experiences. They were well organized, very professional and very trustworthy. Every single day some phase of my remodel was being worked. Almost every day the same foreman showed up for some period of time to follow the work being done each day. I had such full confidence in their work ethics that I even traveled out of town while the work was being done. They gave me an estimate of the time frame for the job completion and completed the job within the time estimate. All workers in the employ of TriFection are well vetted and took great care to protect any other portion of my house that might be affected by the master bathroom remodel. They did an amazing job adding a wall between two rooms in our home. It made our space More functional for our family. The detail is perfect. Looks like the wall has always been there, with glass shelving, insets, lighting, and a chair rail.

Trifection did a kitchen remodel for us. This was a large project including removal of a load bearing wall and the necessary structural changes required. This allowed for the expansion of the kitchen length from 16 feet to 26 feet. Demo was down to the studs then began the rebuilding process. Details of the work were too extensive to go into in detail, I will note that the custom cabinetry is furniture quality. Every aspect of this project: planning, scheduling, product, and execution was completely professional and customer friendly.A few months later we again used Trifection to remodel a guest bath suite, including converting a tub enclosure to a walk-in shower. Trifection helped me rebuild after flooding from Hurricane Harvey. I could not have worked with a better company! Our two remodeling projects with Trifection enabled us to create a more comfortable living space, first, for our teen-aged daughters and us and, later, for just the two of us. Both times, someone from Trifection was here working virtually every day - often more than one someone. In the most recent renovation, we learned from team members about some problems wed had that we werent even aware of (termite damage, under-sink leak in the kitchen, and electrical issues) and were able to have those repaired and updated. Master Painter Armando Marquez and Master Electrician Enrique Cabrera were so knowledgeable and easy to work with, and Designer Melanie Heinrich always had great design ideas. Project Manager Stuart Whitehair practically became family. If we remodel further, we will again call on Trifection.
