We had a great experience with Milbrook. Timely, helpful, gave good advice in terms of spacing ect.He did an addition and we’ve had zero issues.
OMG, I wish we never worked with Millbrook. They did a kitchen/bathroom renovation in 2014. And we are still fixing corners they cut, and POOR workmanship. The latest is the down-draft for the cook top. The gears went out, so we had to replace it. In removing the downdraft we found they did not vent it to the outside. It just went to the floor-boards below (see pic).Similar to this, after the remodel, we had a bad smell in the kitchen. We crawled under the house and found the disposal was just draining under the house, not to the sewer. We hired a plumber to fix it, and the plumber found several other issues that were not up to code.We also needed a plumber to fix a leak in the bathtub plumbing they installed. We also had to properly secure the Tub faucet. The bathroom tile job was not done correctly with corner tiles, and we had to hire someone to redo/fix the tile job.The Kitchen cabinetry was poorly done (visible gabs in the joints, handles that were loose and wobbly). We were able to get them to repair this, but that was not easy. Finally during the construction process, we would find fast-food bags and cups in the walls they opened up. We had to monitor this the entire time. In retrospect this contractor needs daily monitoring as they cut corners whenever possible.I would be very skeptical of any work done by Millbrook.
