I am very happy with the work that was done. My installer,Arnold, was amazing! He was very professional and his work was amazing. He took pride in his work and attended to every little detail. He even took care of a couple of little things that he saw when he was working on other things. I would recommend Arnold to everyone. He is worth waiting for to get on his schedule. The only issue I had was that the work took longer than originally expected because of material shortages.

Isaac Mendoza just completed a bath/shower install at my house and did a wonderful job. I often have a hard time with contractors because I see details others might miss, but he didnt fall short on anything and Im pleased. He cleaned up after himself each day after the project and respected my space. I will request him for future projects.A+ from start to finish .

Matt was the first one who came out to our house to do the measurements of our bathrooms. He then showed us several samples of what he had. He took a picture of my master bathroom & put in the sample of the flooring we chose into an App he has. It shows what it looks like with the new flooring. They allowed us to buy some of our items on our own for them to install to make them more personal. We picked out our faucets for both bathrooms. We also bought lights above one of the sinks to match the rest of the bathroom & it made it perfect!Matt was always involved and stayed on top of everything. He told me to feel free to call him & gave me his cell phone #. He is a truly kind considerate young man professional in every way, easy to talk to & deal with. By the time your experience with Re-Bath is complete, you will feel like you have made a new friend.I am a demanding customer and I want things to be done my, way. I believe most people are when you are talking about spending quite a bit of money to remodel your home. Re-Bath lets you know you are the boss and anything you want is what you deserve. They want you to be happy from the start and throughout the process. Each day as a step is complete, you are brought in and asked if it meets your satisfaction. If it does not, they will redo whatever you see is wrong. They will follow your contract to the letter. If you need your contract changed; say you want another light to put in, give the office a call & the concierge will work with you & they will contact the appropriate people to get things taken care of.The first day, when Marcel and Tuan arrived, we told them they had to always have masks on before they could come in & they had to have their temperatures taken every day. They agreed that that would be fine. They brought in clean floor coverings from the door to each bathroom. We have had work in our home done before and the coverings looked so dirty you did not even want them on your floor. Re-Baths looked like they were brand new. I have a low immune system, allergies, asthma & more. Marcel was incredibly careful to put up a double crisscrossed door of plastic, he taped it up over the doors making sure to keep all dust out of the rest of the house. He even closed the bathroom door after going through the plastic. He never once complained he would ask if I was OK with genuine concern. He had a funny sense of humor too & you could hear him teaching Tuan with a sense of humor. Even though he was teaching Tuan they would accomplish more in a day than you thought was possible. I have seen workers constantly take breaks when not staying on top of them, but these guys worked constantly. I know they had to have eaten but I never saw them even take a break.Marcel went beyond his work scope one day. The electricians had shown up and my husband did not make it to the door to take their temperature, so Marcel stopped them & told them he needed to take their temperatures. He picked up the touchless thermometer gun and did it himself before he let them into our home. I thought that was cool of him. Every day before they left, they picked up the area making it neat and tidy at the end of each workday.Every day they showed up on time, usually a little early. I liked not having to wonder if the workers were coming each day. We dont like to get up early, so we asked not to start work until 9:00 AM. And once again they said, “What the customer wants the customer gets”. They make you feel important and want you to be happy and by the end of the job we felt like everyone involved was family. We even had a pizza lunch for the guys one day because we wanted to show how much they meant to us. We liked the finished bathrooms, they turned out great! I am going to put up a few pictures because I think pictures are worth a thousand words. I am more than happy with the finished results of both bathrooms even if I had to wait through COVID-19 and a snow week delay to get them done it was worth it!! I highly recommend Re-Bath to anyone who asks me!!

Alan Vasquez was my installer and he did a fabulous job! I cant say enough about how detail oriented he was taking care to ask where I wanted hand rails and shelves located and making sure everything was perfect. He cleaned up perfectly each evening he finished. He made me want to use Rebath again on my other bathroom. I really dont have much nice to say about my representative, Kiana Lara. For example, when inclement weather was present she didnt notify me that the company wasnt sending out workers until 1:00 pm. She didnt have much contact with me at all.

L J was punctual, hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. I was extremely satisfied with his work and expertise.

Overall things were done well. Unfortunately with the flooring part of the job they did not completely apply the leveling material. Id say 90% of the bathroom had the leveling material. They laid the floors and said the project was complete, we felt a mushy spot under the flooring in the area where they hadnt used the self leveling concrete. The guys who did the installation tried to assure us that it would get better. It didnt. I asked them to come back to fix it around the time of installation and they just put shims in to try leveling it. There was still a gap I could feel walking over it, they said give it a few months. Now its been about 6 months since they finished and its still mushy in that spot.I called last week to have someone come take a look at this to rectify our problem, but for the price of this installation I should not be having these kind of issues.EDIT 4/26/21:The people from Re-Bath came out, looked at the flooring in our bathroom and saw the issue. Upon seeing it for themselves they scheduled an appointment to fix it. Today they came out and poured more leveling concrete then laid flooring over it. Our floors are level. They did a great job resolving our problem. Thank you for taking care of us.

Re-Bath installers Sam and Marcel delivered excellence, beauty and above all top notch professionalism. In recognizing the pandemic delayed our project start from November to January, we were eager to start. Sam and Marcel came and WORKED! From arrival to departure, they kept us informed on what to expect from the days activities. If there were adjustments, they we very communicative of what we could expect. They took down walls that separated the room and created pony walls, opening up the bathroom. With a a new enlarged shower, deeper tub and new vanity. Sam and Marcel, did extra to make sure all the installed pieces were secured and reinforced. I mean an elephant could probably stand in our shower and tub, thats how solid it is! At the end of each day, they left the bathroom area clean and with all items/tools safely tucked away, that alone was impressive. These two worked tirelessly to complete our bathroom and we are grateful to have had them on our project, as we know they are truly the best!!! THANK YOU Sam and Marcel!

Re-Bath converted a bathtub with tile ledges in front/side and back of tub to a beautiful walk in shower with nice bench and glass doors. The installers, Steven Morales and his assistant, Andreus, worked hard and cleaned up at end of each work day. Could not have asked for better service. Also, the production manager, John Cobb, came out to tweak a small detail. He came in a timely manner, got the job done and even got on my ladder and changed 2 light bulbs for me! We spent a ton on a new shower from this company. From the first day the door leaked everywhere. the installer came out several times to fix it and never did fix it. So for years weve been stuck with a shower that non stop leaks. The base has a ridge on it that makes the water run towards the door and good luck with that life time warranty because you cant get anyone to ever reply or call you back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

Lejon Smith was the person to remodeedl my bathroom. He installed a walk-in shower as well as an oversized countertop. He was always on time and completed the jobs in a timely manner. He suggested improvements that I had not envisioned. Remodeling was above my expectations. I havent used this business and now I dont know if I even will. I was supposed to have an appointment last night at 6PM but noone ever showed up. I got a confirmation email, but after that, it was crickets. If this is how they conduct communication with their customers and dont even have the courtesy to let you know that they cant make it, then right away, it puts a HUGE question mark in my mind if I even want to do business with them. Makes me wonder what customer service is like, after installation, if they cant even get the initial appointment done correctly.FYI...after I made this comment I received a call from one of the owners. I guess my review got their attention. Sort of sad that a bad review was what it took to get some good customer service, which I was really greatful for. He was super super nice, and very attentive, however, the cost was almost $20,000.00,not a typo, so needless to say its wayyyy over my budget, just to remodel one bathroom which is extremely small, only a 4 x 8 space just converting a bathtub to a shower and a new vanity top. They have some nice choices for the walls and floor, but nothing that just wowed me. So even though they were super attentive on the 2nd try, I wont be choosing them to do my remodel. Thank you Matt for being very professional and on time the 2nd time around. I have changed my 1 star response to a 3 star for this reason.

Our Re-Bath Houston experience has been phenomenal! So many times, Ive read horror stories of other companies and then Ill shy away from contacting anyone to do needed work. In fact, before our first Re-Bath consultation, I intensely searched for bad reviews, but everything I read was ravingly positive! Now, because of the holidays and covid, many of our items are back-ordered, however Re-Bath scheduled the work for our bathtub to walk-in shower conversion, so that we could start using the wet area quickly. Lupe and Andreas arrived early and stayed late for 3 1/2 days, to get our shower usable. It looks wonderful! Wow-we were so impressed with Lupe and Andreas for their great skills, responsible professionalism, their respect of our project and their kind communication throughout. Their hard work is completely appreciated and at the end of each day, they took the time to clean up any mess that was made. Jonathan, Viri and everyone from Re-Bath we encountered have been amazing with communication and customer service--two things we highly value. We couldnt have asked for a better first experience with Re-Bath! Re-Bath should be proud that their employees go above and beyond to treat their clients right! Their expertise certainly shows in their work--the rimless glass shower door with barn door railing mechanism looks so good! My new shower is great...excellent workmanship, and the color scheme is perfect. Even the materials behind the new acrylic walls and below the floor plus the drain piping is all new. And now I have a new tub spout to finish with my feet each shower. No more tile to catch dirt or to mold, just smooth surfaces that will clean easily. The new glass door is bigger and 3/4 in thick, so has some weight/heft to it, plus a new squeegee that hangs behind the shower head will help keep the walls and door clean. Also the new guest bathroom floor looks great too, with a good fit (calking) around the toilet base. I am totally satisfied. Thank you!

We recently contracted with Re-Bath for a tub to shower conversion. This was the second conversion done for us by Re-Bath. We were not disappointed. As with the first conversion, the project was handled in a very professional manner keeping us updated on status of materials, arrival time of installers and in progress status. Installers were pleasant, courteous and respectful of the property. We have the master bath that we want to renovate in the future and will be going back to Re-Bath for it.

Christian did a spectacular job remaking our bathroom. His skills are very professional and clean! After hes done with his job, he cleans up and organize the bathroom and also changes the toilet. The remodeling of two bathrooms at my home came out very well!!! Chris Castro is a craftsman not just an installer. He made recommendations as well that I am extremely pleased were done. A very nice and professional gentleman. It took longer than I expected but the results were worth the wait!!!

We are very happy with our ReBath remodeling job. Izak Silbernagel was our installer and he did a fantastic job. Hes very friendly, talented and a master craftsman. He did carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting. He always left the house very neat at the end of the day. At this point were still waiting for the glass shower doors to arrive, but our bathroom looks so much better with all the old stuff ripped out and the ReBath products installed. I love my new linen closet that was created from our old small shower stall. The new shower stall created where a bathtub used to be is very pretty and larger than the old stall. We love the glass block window and the high quality solid wood vanity. I highly recommend this company and Isak as your installer.

The results of our totally redone bathroom was beautiful beyond our expectations. The craftsmanship of Jeff, Jose, LJ, Chris, and all other workers was done to perfection. All of our friends, family and neighbors cannot believe the incredible transformation of our home. It was worth every penny!

We just had our jacuzzi tub replaced with a walk in shower and couldnt be happier with the results! Our installer Danny did an amazing job, not only was he professional and on time but he was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were in the loop for every aspect of the remodel. He took the time to make sure the placement of all the fixtures was exactly in the best possible place and gave great suggestions that we never thought of. I would recommend using rebath for any remodel work and would use them again.

Chris Castro was the most capable installer I have ever worked with on a remodeling project. Along with occasional helpers Jose and Mike, the tiny master bathroom was transformed into a completely accessible area that my wheelchair could maneuver. He kept me in the loop on every step and modified Olivers original design to meet my physical requirements as needed. His kindness and thoroughness made the 9 and 1/2 day job fly by. He always made sure everything was cleaned up at night so I could use the bathroom as needed. I feel like I met an installer but made a good friend. The materials are first rate and the work is top notch. Do not hesitate to use Rebath of Houston for your bathroom remodel project--you will be pleased beyond your expectations! This review is specific to the installation process. My tub-to-shower conversion was completed from start to finish in five days (except for glass), and almost solely by Brian. He was fantastic: very knowledgable and attentive to details, personable, explained things clearly, kept the job site as clean as possible, and seemed to make very good use of his time. He transformed my old and busted shower and cracked, unused jetted tub into a huge, spa-like oasis of cleanliness. The rest of my house is jealous.
