FANTASTIC BATHROOM RENOVATION- Jeremy and Oliver did an amazing job from start to finish for our master bathroom remodel. At the proposal phase of the project, Oliver provided 3D models of the renovation to give us a realistic idea of the final product. He was also mindful of our budget and provided multiple price options for consideration.As the building materials and fixtures were selected, Jeremy and Oliver reviewed all specifications to ensure compatibility and completeness so once the project started, there would be not delays due to materials. The also used high quality materials, especially the cabinets which were constructed from solid wood, elegantly painted and included soft-close drawers.Once the project got started, Jeremy and the various sub-contractors will all very respectful, arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. All the work was done with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. There were a couple of times minor issue were identified and they were quickly fixed the following day.Throughout the process, both Jeremy and Oliver were responsive via e-mail and text letting us know what was happening each day and answering any questions we had. As we got to know them over the number of weeks, it was clear they loved what they did and took pride in the quality of the work. We are extremely happy with working with Twelve 12, not just for how beautiful our renovation turned out but the peace of mind that the Oliver and Jeremy would do everything to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

We had Built -in cabinets and a desk made as well as having our kitchen island redone. Jeremy understood exactly what we wanted, drew up the plans for us and completed the job quickly. The quality was excellent. We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to a few friends.

Working with Oliver and Jeremy on a kitchen remodel was terrific. They are two genuinely nice guys who care about the end result and getting the job done right. Invite a few contractors to bid your project and you will be able to tell the difference. Oliver provided 3 sketches of our project with different options in our price point. Other contractors who bid the project provided little effort in the quotation stage, providing verbal or vaguely written quotes.When it came to getting the work done, Jeremy managed his crews and clean up very well and made sure that all of the work was done to my satisfaction level. If something needed to be fixed, he made it happen. His subcontractors were all respectful and Jeremy holds them to a high standard for cleanliness. Remodeling jobs get dirty, but the effort they put in to minimize the impact on your daily life during the project makes a difference.When selecting materials, Jeremy was willing to double check the specs and provide recommendations where I needed help before I made my purchases. Thats helpful if you dont have much experience in construction.At the end of the day we love the results and really enjoyed working with Twelve12.

Id like to thank Daniel and Oliver for remodeling our master bathroom. My wife and I have been wanting to remodel our master bathroom for a long time and it was stressful as weve never done remodeling before. But Im glad I chose twelve12. Oliver made the design experience very pleasant for us, showing us different materials and colors at the warehouse. The project did take a little longer than expected as we found few issues and few details missing in early discussion. However, Daniel (our project manager) made sure that at the end of the day the remodeling will be completed to our full satisfaction and to their high standard. We hired Twelve/12 to remodel our small home office and to create for us a handmade wooden mantel for our fireplace. Jeremy and Oliver were very easy to work with. We gave them our ideas and they provided their expert advice to make our project come to life. Communication was prompt and professional. Twelve 12 replaced a bathroom door in our newly built home to widen the doorway 4 inches to accommodate a family member in a wheelchair. Twelve 12 completed all work quickly and efficiently as promised. The door, trim, drywall, texture and tile work were all replaced to exactly match the original home so that no one can tell the door was replaced. It was a pleasure working with Jeremy. He called regularly to update us on the status and schedule of the work. The tradesmen that came to the house were all courteous and professional. The job was completed on time, and the results were above my expectations. Would definitely recommend, and will use again.

If I could, I would give Twelve12 4.5 stars. We really enjoyed working with both Oliver and Jeremy. Both listened to our thoughts and were reaponsive to questions and concerns we had. We are happy with and enjoying our new bathroom. There were a few small details that had to be dealt with more then once before issues were resolved. Jeremy worked hard to make that happen though, calling out a plumbing about 4 times before an issue was resolved. Also our flooring started coming up a few days after it was put down. Jeremy called the flooring guy back out and resolved the main issue, there are still a few noticeable spots where balls of adhesive can be felt through the flooring. So overall very happy with a few minor issues. Bottom line, we’d recommend Twelve12 and would hire them again.

Twelve12 did an absolutely wonderful job on my kitchen remodel! They removed tile backsplash and replaced it with brick. The project was completed in a timely manner, all employees were very professional, and the outcome of the project has exceeded my expectations!

Our new countertop and backsplash are gorgeous! The Twelve12 team provided expertise in design and installation throughout the project. They also regrouted the tile in our master bath and attended to detail even in the small things. Ill certainly call on them again for our next project.

After combing through numerous reviews for countless bathroom remodelers, we decided to go with Twelve12 and we’re glad we did. Oliver and Jeremy make a great team. Oliver is the mastermind behind the designs and Jeremy brings it all to life. We had just bought a home and had a move in date that was a month out. I spent time with Oliver explaining to him what I was hoping to achieve for our shower remodel and our daughter’s vanity update and he took my thoughts and brought them to fruition with the tiles and accessories. Initially, we were told that our project would be completed before our move in date. However, as time progressed, it became obvious that wasn’t going to happen. The tiling of our shower took a lot longer than expected due to a contractor being spread too thin. What should have taken 4 days ended up taking 11 days. Despite the time delay, I was very pleased with the way Jeremy handled the situation. He could tell that I was upset and he empathized and both he and Oliver gave us $150 gift card for our inconvenience. There will always be mishaps along the road, but the true tale is the way they’re handled. All said, the end result was beautiful and we are all very happy. You can definitely tell that these guys really love what they do and they take great pride in seeing happy and satisfied customers. They can add us to that list! I would definitely recommend Twelve12!
