Amazing experience renting my uhaul truck. Mr. Scott was knowledgeable and resourceful. Furthermore he made my moving experience a breeze. So I went ahead and took him up on his offer for a storage. This was helpful because I needed a place to store things for my small business.

Been here for a little over a year and have had zero issues. The property stays clean and well protected, and Scott has always been a great help when needed. I’ve recently started renting a second unit because of how great the service is here.

This was the perfect storage facility for our family to store all of our belongings for the next few months at great rates as well. We were welcomed by facility staff and treated as if we were family. Each visit to storage they’ve been nothing, but extremely helpful. Today, Arlene helped me by preparing a UHaul for us on short notice and making certain we had everything we would need to make this move go as smoothly as possible and walked me through the after hour return. We really appreciate this facility and look forward to our time with them.

I was in need of immediate storage and going through a rough time personally with a separation. Craig, the manager was so pleasant, and considerate. He made me feel at home and the whole process was seamless. The facility does monthly garage sales, and they are always doing things for charity for the community. The place is clean always, well organized and just a nice place to store. I highly recommend it.

I LOVE this Storage!!! I’ve had other storage units and the doors always either get off track or some other oddity and it takes forever and many trips to the office just to get it fixed . I’ve never had this problem at this place. If I ever have a question, I ask for Property Manager Bobby and he is able to get me the answers I need. Keep up the good work!!!

Have been a customer for 19 years and live within walking distance of the storage. Since the new manager took over 2 years ago the place has seen a huge improvement. Me and my husband park both our vehicles there and are completely satisfied.

The new management team is awesome. They are very understanding and willing to work with you.. You can also email payments to them and they communicate well. The prices are reasonable..

My son in law suggested I try this storage unit to store some items. I reserved a space on line and immeadiately got an email from the property manager, Craig, confirming the reservation. When I arrived to sign the lease agreement and move in some boxes, Craig was extremely helpful, fast and efficient. The storage area was clean, there were two bottles of water waiting for us. There were several dollies for our use. The entire process was pleasant and easy.

I have used several storage unit locations in Houston for the past 5-6 years and this West 18th storage is absolutely the best. They have carts available and they are in good shape and clean - great security - neat, clean floors, hallways and best of all really nice, caring, professional help from the office. I couldnt go anywhere else again.

Only putting it at a 4 star because of the age of the property and the small elevator. Craig, PM, is very helpful and polite. He is very knowledgeable about the business and will point you in the right direction. He is not there trying to get you with hidden fees. Price for a storage unit is lower than anyone else. Public Storage, Community Storage and Extra Space where all priced to high. all 5x10s or 10x10s are the same.

Me and my wife just moved out over the weekend. We been in Timbergrove 8 years and are moving to Washington. The storage experience was pretty bad up until 2 years ago when Craig came on as the new manager. Sine then the place has changed 100% for the better. Always clean, easy access, monthly garage sales, and friendly service. We would recommend West 18th to anybody.

Location and fees are great for me. New management has made changes. All changes have been for improvements. The new manager is really fun and truly understands the business.

This place won me BACK!! I had storage there 4 years ago and swore I would never go back! However, new management took over and completely performed a 180 on the whole complex and facilities that I gave it a second chance. I have to say that I couldn’t be more pleased by the service and staff there!
