She is professional, proactive, knowledgeable and accurate in providing billing/payment services. In addition, her sweet personality and can do spirit makes it a pleasure to do business with Houston Self Storage. I have been in the Customer Service industry (City of Houston) for 30 years-we strive for excellence. Marias work ethic is described in one word - EXCELLENT.Overall rating for the storage facility is Five Star (accessible, clean, safe, regularly maintained inside/out and courteous staff).

This storage took unauthorized payments from my 87 year old grandmothers bank account and claimed it was a computing error. I would understand if it was her same monthly bill charged three times, but these other 2 charges were vastly different!! $100+ for one and +$150 on the other. There are better self storage places.

Been a loyal customer of this place for over 3 years now, since then this place has updated its entry system by now installing a gate with code for each customer to open and use till the late hours, which is good for some of us who work till the late hours. The units aren’t climate controlled but they are still very nice and secure to store your valuables. And i got to say during the hurricane where the bayous flooded and it being close to the bayou near 45/cavalcade the units didnt get flooded, so definitely an A+ for that.
