Pray your car never ends up at this place, the attitude of the place and their employees are one of the worst. They clearly have signs that says we accept credit cards but when you ask them they say no. EXACT Payment in Cash Only, $241 to be “exact”. The receipt states the exact amount is $240.18 NOT $241, so you already know you are getting scammed if they ask for $241. They do the job of rounding up to $241 for you without telling you first, and you have to pay first before even seeing this receipt.

Spoke to jose and he charged me for 2days when my vehicle was just picked up yesterday. she overcharged me and unfortunately we would have to take legal action since he does not want to refund my money that he overcharged me.

I can’t believe I’m writing this about a towing company, but our overall experience was cool. We are not from the area, let alone the state .. and with Uber fares being $70+ for an 8 minute drive to the towing company itself already set the tone for how the night was going to be. But surprisingly, it went pretty smooth. The lady told us the price once we arrived which was way cheaper than what she originally said on the phone, so we were grateful about that.However, no one was rude. I felt this was necessary to put because I was surprised after looking at the reviews. Tbh, we were in the wrong and had to pay the consequence for it.But a tip for the business.. The place is definitely sketchy looking on the outside. So I f you are a woman I would NOT suggest going by yourself late at night. They should invest in some lighting to make people feel like it’s an actual establishment, especially for late night tows.

I came with a young woman who had her car towed from my apartment complex and we had to walk into this shady little alley so I accompanied her to ensure she wasn’t alone and they forced me to wait outside. This is a horrible place in an unsafe area unwilling to allow people to keep one another safe. They also accuse people of not having the same signature as their drivers license. This place shouldn’t be allowed to operate anymore.

The absolutely worse towing company.. the window attendant was very slow. My car had got towed from my apartments and was literally sitting for 3 hours.. I got charged an additional $20 for a “day” tow of my car sitting in their raggedy yard. The tow itself was $174 but they added extra expenses on top of that.. don’t let your nicely up to date year car get towed because your vehicle will NOT be returned the same way.. it’s been a couple hours since my tow and returned car and my car is squeaking.. the tow company is definitely a rip off..

Anyone who gets their vehicle towed here should call the police and have them meet you at the location because this place does not operate within the standards of Texas penal code. I wish I could post 0 stars! My colleague vehicle was towed from my apartment. The man behind the counter had absolutely no customer service or approach. On arrival he greated us with an aggressive tone and said no ID then you cannot touch the vehicle, when we asked him what alternative methods we could us to prove ownership he slammed the door in my face and close the blind. We had to call the police.

I called to ask for information about my car, in which was towed from my apartment complex. My vehicle had a valid parking permit. The man first told me that it would be $200 and then changed it to $240. When I stated that he first told me a different amount he told me that I needed to get my ears cleaned. This has been by far the worst customer service experience.

This place lied to us several times when our family members called to find out the situation. They damaged my son car and then told me his car was on hold by the police and would not let any pick it up though they are on the insurance. My son is not from Houston, he was there for an interview. He just graduated college last week, and had received his new car for his graduation. This company is fully aware that their tow truck drivers have been wrongfully towing cars on private property. They have been going into privately owned Condominium Properties and towing away cars that are legally parked in the visitors parking spaces. They have been doing so for a very long time and action should be taken against them immediately.

They are always finding ways to tag on fees even when you have accepted to pay their fee stated clearly on their notice board outside.I had to call the police just to get them to release my car although i had agreed to pay. They think they are law enforcement group over there. Please know your rights before you get there and i encourage you to call the police if the start playing these games. My car was towed 2 hours ago and they charged me $240. Someone stood there and watched us park and as soon as we walked away they towed our car. The man at the window when we got there could barley speak English, couldn’t understand anything he was saying. The people were screaming back and forth to eachother and were super unprofessional. We weren’t in a towing zone so we took pictures and videos of where we were parked. Taking it to court. These people and this company are trash.

The company is running an illegal racketerring scam. Their tow truck driver waits in a parking lot and targets vehicles parked in safe and legal parking zones. They do this as soon as you turn your back and walk into a business. It happens in seconds. They impound your vehicle and keep raising the release price with exorbitant fees as soon as you show up to get your vehicle. They have been reported to BBB and the Houston Police. Do everything possible to put these people out of business.

When I told the guy I was in a rush to get my car for an interview he responded “Well if you’re a man, go back there and get it” they wrecked my car and the engine sounds different now. Man this is a huge racket. Called the cops on their bluff, the bro behind the glass tried to act like some sort of bouncer while his dad (presumably the owner of the trailer) talked mad crap about me in Spanish. Hey buddy this is Houston I know what youre saying. Didnt even feel comfortable giving them my card, more or less worried about potential fraud.

They charged me $500 for my truck being there for about 4 days, told me i was not allowed to have it towed off their lot, only one of there people could do it for another $55, and forgot about me. I waited 2 hours for someone to tow it off the lot and had to make my repairs at 10:30 at night on the side of the road.

An employee who goes by Kal forged my signature on a receipt and stole almost half the money he charged me to get my car out of storage. I have already reported this to the HPD Auto Dealer Detail and hope they punish this crime and ensure it is not repeated. If not, I will taking this to court myself. A bunch of no good crooks. And another employee Gina may also be involved. If your car is towed there be very careful when you approach. They are sick evil people.

The tow truck driver for this company (also known as Parking Management Company) illegally entered my vehicle and removed my parking decal from the windshield area and placed it in the back floorboards, took a photo of my windshield to show there was no decal displayed, then towed my car to Poppys auto salvage yard off Campbell Road that ended up costing me $218.00 (that I didnt have to spare due to my upcoming heart surgery). This company is not listed with the Texas State Comptrollers Officer nor is the Assume Name Certificate valid for the business. I will report and file a complaint against this company with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration. I have every reason to believe the tow truck driver has served time in the Tex. Dept. of Corrections for theft. The company is not legit...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.

These guys have a pretty good scam going by towing folks with really deceptive signs. They will lie to you and say the are not associated with the towing company PMC so they can charge you more. They stake out customers eating at Pollo Campero on Bellaire by sitting across the street regardless if you go into the businesses next door or not. I was told by one of the business there that they tow about 10 cars a day from where they got me. $218.00 I was charged and they charge you a full day for storage even though I picked up the car in less then 30 minutes.
