This is the worst place I ever been. The lady in the front desk is very rude she think shes all that in the bag of chips, when we talk to her she cant even give us eye contact nor give us a good response to our questions, from the manager, front desk and the wrecker driver are very rude people, i wonder how they sleep at night taking advantage of people like that. shame on them, they should out of business!!!!! I wish i can post review without putting *, the way they treat us theyre not deserving to have even 1*.

Because who wants to pay to pick up their own vehicle that a tow truck stole in the middle of the night.

This is the shadiest place ever!!!!! Blinds covering the little window so you cant see who you are talking to! They only take CASH because their credit card machine is broken! Total SCAM!!!! Have reported to the BBB, HPD, IRS and State of TX.....and be careful! So shady.....Have also registered my complaint with La Pasha....They should lease the lot for the evenings....I wont go back! $240-!!! Signage so small you dont see....and as soon as you park, they pounce! PREDATORY!!!! Its a racket!!!! Total scam!!!!

I wish i could give them 0. Alright you guys towed it but they give you hard time getting your car back. Front desk lady is very rude and slow. She was not at the business when i arrived. She came after 25 minutes and took another 40 minutes to just make copy of my ID and insurance. Also it says they must accept card payment but she denied it and wanted cash. Ghetto people!1¹

This place deserves a dang “0”. They don’t even deserve the “1” star. I recently was involved in an accident and my car was towed to this place. It was sitting there for about a month or two while the insurance took care of everything and was figuring out who was at fault. When I finally was able to get a good look at my vehicle and retrieve items out of it, I noticed that it looked as though it had been ransacked and belongings were taken out of the car. They stole a $200 crossbow that was sitting in the trunk of the car, the car windshield blocker amongst other things that was left in the vehicle. They tried to blame the company that had the car last however that company is more professional and JUST gotAhold of the vehicle, and when I asked about it they all told me to contact the tow truck company, and that this happens all the time. When I contacted them I told the manager what was missing and that I know they stole my stuff out of my car. However, he tried to place the blame on Carport and hung up in my face Because he didn’t like what I was saying to him. When I called back the receptionist hung up in my face again and proceeded to cut the phones off.Don’t do business with this place, and get your vehicle s out immediately because they will steal from you and protect there employees and make it seem like they’ve done nothing wrong.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK FOR YOUR BELONGINGS. EVEN YOUR SPARE TIRE WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR CAR OUT OF THE LOT. I was in a car accident recently and L. Angel auto storage was the company that towed my car since it could not drive anymore. I was still in shock after the accident and I just followed the directions from the officer and the tow truck driver. I wanted to keep my car keys or leave with them with the officer but the tow truck driver said that it is necessary that I leave it in the ignition. I did not know any better so I did what he told me. When i got the car out, I noticed a lot of tools were missing and my spare tire was changed to a completely useless one that has many cracks. The one I had before that was in great condition. Please just be careful and make sure everything is there before the car is removed.

Abusive, unprofessional, rude...! They wont even let you see their face. Window is covered up. They are supposed to accept credit cards payment but will only take cash.

First problem Janet, The owner Louis or Silvia wasn’t there when I got there and I spoke with the company to let them know I was coming and I waited a long time before someone showed up. Second problem Silva told me the price was 218 over the phone knowning well they starting prices is 239.90 so once you get there the same day they will tell you another higher price. Another person heard my complaints to the employee and also said that’s what happened to them but they raised it even higher.

My car was flooded so they tow my car on Friday. I called them next day want to pick up my car, but they lie me doesnt open on Saturday，so they can charge me two more days storage fee.
