Great job. Professional handling. I have a car lot in another state, and this company helped me retrieve my car. They did everything they said they would. They were nice polite, and helpful. I would definitely recommend you use them.

This is the WORST repo experience I have ever had. They stole my money & my personal belongings! And then the manager had the audacity to ask me WHY they would take my things? Like people aren’t thieves? If you get your car towed here, good luck & you better hope that you don’t have nothing in your car that you would miss.

Staff and management are awesome. Very real and down to earth people. Its always fascinating to encounter people who are polite and down to earth.

The nicest repo men in the business! The people are what make it so good. If you find yourself in a situation where you have to come get your car you couldnt find a better place. The facilities are clean, and they take excellent care of your vehicle and any belongings you may have left in it. The entrance is on Brookfield Drive (look for the Sonic Drive Up) just past the long fence and is clearly marked with a sign.

Personal items were stolen. Someone went through my wallet. My debit cards, driver’s license, and social security were out of my wallet and just placed on top of my wallet.

Google, where is the zero star? Very shady people and place. Worst of the worst. I asked to speak with a manager and they brought the person who opens the gate. I was advised to leave the waiting room, if not police was going to be called. I left, sat in the car outside the lot with a flat tire that they messed up and surprise, a black gentlemen came out saying he was the manager. He did not solve my issue, he said they were not responsible for any damages.

This company not law storage lot because I dont work on my state laws that are recommended by BSF storage lights

My experience with this business was smooth. I made my appointment online I was even 10 minutes late due to heavy traffic that day and I was able to get my car. The guy who bought me my car was nice and helpful. My suggestion is to people who have had bad experience with is location is The Golden Rule...Treat people how you want to be treated and you will get that same respect. If you go in there with an attitude you may receive attitude back. JS.....

The time I was there, they were very unprofessional and rude. My items were missing plus the items I had in the bag were damaged. I was treated worse than an animal. Horrible and frightening experience.

Automobile Recovery Bureau was very courteous and treated us with the utmost level of respect and professionalism. Overall it was an excellent experience.

10 minutes and I was done! Ninfa is very professional and the yard person in the blue rain pancho was courteous and thorough. I really appreciate that the whole experience there was superb.

I was worried for a week that I would find my vehicle without the $2k of valuables inside, but it was all for nothing. These guys are honest. I wasn’t missing a thing and had everything from my canoe still on top to my gun and several 3-400 fishing poles to my gopros and a $500 fishfinder plus tons of random equipment. Nothing was touched. Office staff was professional as well. They made the best of a crappy situation and for that I am Thankful.

Rude staff. No details over the phone so dont know what to expect. Didnt know we needed an appointment, didnt know it was cash only, and they broke into the car and put everything in a bag. Stuff was still missing from the vehicle, and I bet well never get it back. Unprofessional people.

I unfortunately had my car picked up for non payment the tow truck driver Dennis was real professional gave me the opportunity to retrieve my belongings before taking my car. He was helpful in explaining what the process will more or like be to get my vehicle back and checked with me regularly to see if I needed help. I was able to get my vehicle back in 48 hours of him picking it up I really appreciate his great customer service and taking time to make sure I was following policy.
