All I can say is that Cassandra the lady in the front desk was pleasant and gave good customer service.

I called up to ask a question about a vehicle. And the lady that picked up. Was very very rude. And had a attitude when I was talking to her. Even hung up on me. She was very unprofessional. I dont know her name she didnt give it to me.

The attendant here was genuinely wretched and miserable. Having my vehicle towed was stressful enough, but then to have absolutely no help at the vehicle storage location was just the cherry on top. The attendant kept repeating the same three things over and over, and if I asked a question or needed clarification he would just repeat what he had said previously and offer no further assistance. I genuinely felt as though this person was actively trying to prevent me from getting my car. It felt like a scam.

These people have stolen $174 dollars from me after spending $312. nobody wants to be responsible for disabling my truck which caused me to pay for an unnecessary tow. They disabled the linkage in my truck. They dont tell me. I have to pay to move it and when i find oit their dirty tactics they tell me nobody will refund my money. All this during the blizzard. Houston strong right?

Horrible customer service. If you can avoid your car getting towed to this place by all means do so. They even threaten to call the cops on customers who are unhappy with their service.

Tried to over charge me 20$ after we agreed upon the price of 209.41 to get my towed vehicle. Luckily I had cash app and put the exact amount on my card. The guy laughed when I called him out. These people are thiefs!

My daughter was lied to on the free tow from her accident. as opposed to towed to our collision place that would have cost $180.Excessive towing/storage charge. $20 a day turned into $260+ for overnight? $75 a day additional after all the b/s charges gets added on. I was offered collision service to their sister site which would be another $250 to move the vehicle a few blocks over with more b/s to follow. I took off work and came down to get it out of hock, found out the car was drivable which my daughter was bamboozled and not allowed to check at the time. Mind you the police officer and the tow truck operator could not have known all this and was doing this for the good of my daughter... right? Drove it back to intended collision place that only charge for intended work. To top it off, my credit card got spammed every day by UBER charges every day right after which was only used on trusted online and filtered through Paypal. Now I have to shutoff the card and get a new one. What a memorable Christmas experience!

The lady at the front desk was very rude and i had to walk alone across this huge rocky parking lot to carry five arm loads worth of personal items because i wasn’t allowed to drive in or have someone come in to help me. i also had to stop and drop my arm load of items to open their heavy door every single time i walked through because the rude lady refused to open the sliding door for me and offered no explanation as to why. if you have just undergone a traumatic accident, this is the last experience you want. have your vehicle taken somewhere else.

I was very furious of course because my vehicle was towed. But, Ms. Lynn was very nice and not at all snobbish and miserable like most receptionist at a lot of tow yards. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes very fast service.

Smh... My car was towed and when I went to go pick it up I asked him was my car towed from and he told me an apartment which was completely incorrect.... Smh

This place will steal the remaining workable parts off your vehicle before you can make it to the lot the next day to take pictures of car for insurance. DO NOT GET CAR TOWED HERE. nothing but thieves. Including the manager.

I understand that this job is rough. I understand that people are probably often extremely rude to these people. What I do not understand, is lying about the amount of the charges by $1, and even when given exact change, you keep the $1 and give back the change. I would like my 88 cents back. I also do not appreciate being talked down to. Yes, my car got parked in a no parking zone... By friends that do not live in the area. That still doesnt mean you need to look down on me and speak to my boyfriend and I in the incredibly rude tone that you did. ESPECIALLY after I tried keeping myself calm and apologized if I seemed upset. Cussing at me in return after you stole my money is NOT OK by me.

My sister was overcharged, then they had the audacity to not move another car so she can remove her car off the lot. The guy and management laughed . Very disrespectful annoying . Highly upset .

This place is absolutely terrible. I’m not a person to make reviews so this isn’t something I would ever want to do but this place unfortunately took my car after an accident and then tried to hold on to my car even though my insurance wanted to take my car to the location I wanted it fixed at. They wanted to repair my car instead and insisted even though I told them no and then wouldn’t answer my phone calls or the repair shop/my insurance phone calls and even tried to consider selling my car as well even though for three weeks I tried to get my car out of there. This place is trash and the employees are as well. I hope no one gets to have the bad luck to get their vehicle here.

Auction went by really really fast and could hardly hear the lady conducting it. There is no stopping or asking questions or the opportunity to view the vehicle before bidding begins. Its like a clique, if you are in you are good but if not its like you are treated like it and then some.

The worst incompetent place I have ever met. My mom is a double organ recipient and has diabetes. Her sugar was in extreme measures. She had a fender bender on 59 south. She went to st Lukes all I did her oldest was try to get her car. Cant afford storage. Rachel and Cassandra offered no help. I simply asked questions because I am handicapped. My moms tire was flat.i went up there to pay bill only to find I have to be there with wrecker. Saaaaaaad. I cant believe our mayor gives such gravy to a place like this.

This was the worst tow service I have ever encountered. I wish I could have left no stars. They do not care about customer service, the young lady working the window was beyond rude. She even went as far as to attempt to slam my hand in the payment drawer. I am filling a formal complaint.

Well, respect to the people that knew that one of the tow truck guys illegally stolen my car. I dont blame the company, I blame the guy who tried to steal my car. Tried my best to file full charges on him. Cause he knew he was wrong. But Lockwood Vehicle was extremely professional about returning my car.

Horrible place... Came to parking lot (in area I was shopping!) To my car missing, had no way to find out what happened to it, they never posted info online of where my car went until the next day that way they could charge me more. This place is incredibly fraudulent.

My vehicle was towed while I was sitting at the Starbucks where my vehicle was parked, except i had had the misfortune to cross the street before going to said Starbucks. Where I sat, ate and drank for an hour.The people at this place are rude and have no issues with going against the law. They are simply thieves.

For this industry, Lockwood is the worst establishment. I had got my car towed as a mistake. I came to pick up my car and the manager just kept telling me that they haven’t received a call to release my car. I am been in communication with the towing company and they confirmed. I still had to wait here for over an hour and half to get my car IN THE RAIN. I think it’s dehumanizing to not be considerate and want to help others who are victims of a MISTAKE. But this establishment and business is so corrupt and money hungry. THEY ALL HAVE BECOME INCOMPETENT!

Towed my daughters car on move in day at college when she hadn’t been given a parking pass yet.

Confused as to when there are ‘masks required’ plastered all over the facility but the staff are not following this requirement.

So unprofessional. Car got towed coz I went across the street on campus and they are trying to add all those fees along on it.And after I asked the lady to break down the fees for me, it was still less than what she told me.She also hung up on me on the phone.Over there it was worse. My car wheel was turned all the way and they placed rocks under my tire so I could not move it. After I went back and told them I could not turn my car on, the lady asked me if I turned the wheel. I said of course I tried that before asking for help. She sent a guy to help me. On the way back to my car, I noticed the rocks and removed some from under my tire and he was able to turn it on.He then said 20 dollars I replied Are you serious right now? Then he laughed and said just kidding.If I was a shy person I would have given him $20 and Im sure he would have taken it. And the placement of the rocks was clearly intentional. I usually hate paranoid people or conspiracy theorists but this place reeks of dishonesty.

Was hit by another car towtruck driver Ray towed my car, gave me all the information and even looked for my missing keys from the accident site and the lady that lets you in the yard was nice, had no problems getting my belongings from my car or any problems going in the second time for the rest

My vehicle ended up here after being involved in a predatory towing operation. These people work on the very edge of state law, charging the maximum amount possible to tow and store your car. If you dont pay up, it gets auctioned off. Thankfully, most credit card companies will backcharge whatever payment you make. Pay early, get it over with, fight it in court, or back charge it. You have a lot of ways to fight.
