My daughters car was picked up and taken to the auto storage, the lady was very informative, and we get out of there in no time, thank you.

Javon on the night shift was COMPLETELY rude. Her customer service skills are terrible. We tried asking her about our car and while talking to her she answers a phone call & started talking. After that she was upset because we said something about it & while trying to pay we dropped the card into the window & she throws it back out & it hits the ground, later she slams the window shut & calls police on us.

This location is extremely rude. Javon was VERY unprofessional. She slammed the window in our face, ignored us while we were talking to her. Javon does not need an job in customer service with this attitude

Bad experience. I am a business owner from 150 miles away. They made it very difficult to get the vehicle paid for and picked up the same day as the vehicle was picked up from the accident scene. My assumption is that they wanted the $75 per day storage that I did not want to pay so they just kept throwing up more and more road blocks in and effort to prevent me from getting it paid for and picked up on the same day. 1st I tried to pay over the phone with a company credit card. We dont do that here. Was the answer I received. So I got my employee to turn around and go back to pay for the charges with his company debit card. We must have the wrecker who is picking up the vehicle and the person paying for the vehicle here at the same time. was the next road block. Fine, I have the next wrecker service en route and have my employee wait...Frustrating! Oh wait! Now, they have ANOTHER requirement. They want a form filled out and notarized before they will release the car. Guess what, got you covered. I have a notary in the office, access to the internet, and tea pot that has not hit boil yet.

I love when my car gets impounded here. It’s honestly my favorite place to visit after a rough night out on the town, nothing cures a hangover more than visiting your local storage lot. Will definitely recommend

Illegally 3 cars from a place that we park every night at a music rehearsal Studio. One of the cars what is the night managers!Does anybody anything that can be done? Has anyone ever gotten their money from an illegal tow back? We have all the paperwork and photos to prove this

While at this facility to pick up my car after it being towed in less than 5 minutes from a parking spot. The lady had horrible customer service. I received 3 names she said her name was. Which was Sam Rica and Ashley. She also stated she was the supervisor after she didn’t want to give me her managers number. She was verbally abusive. I have made complaints and a police report about her throwing an object and striking my 6 MONTH OLD in the face and leaving him a scratch on his cheek. No customer should have to experience this especially one who didn’t bother to argue back with this lady. She needs jail time for crime against a child.

So my car got towed cause I forgot to place the parking pass BUT when we told the young lady in the office here she was SOOOOOO nice and respectful, she walked out to our car with us just to double check that the pass wasnt in the window before charging us.... THATS great customer service and even though it cost me $311.00 I would hope IF my car ever gets towed again, that itll go here lol

Only one lady was nice there taylor I think her name was. Ai cant remember her name and I hate to point her out by her race but she was an African American lady. She gave me hope and d serves the best. The two Hispanic ladies I felt with were very very rude. Unprofessional and I feel they were helping the tow truck drivers because my car battery was dead and they absolutely would not help me get a jump with a jump box that I knew they had nor would they allow me to go get a box from my husbands job. They said my only option was to have a tow truck driver help for $50 after I already paid $760!!!! I had my receipt and had to leave my car there another night! I went back to try again and it costed me another $175!! Little did they know I had just had a house fire lost everything and was living in my truck. Was the worse month of my life! What made it worse before I talked to the girls I was so nice to them but they were to busy flirting and laughing with the tow truck driver to even come to the window for 5 min. I was so excited to have been able to finally pay the $760 and they broke my heart and stomped on my spirit. I almost had up on humanity until the sweet lady helped me. God bless her! Even thought I knew the money was out her hands that I had to pay she gave the best service and words of encouragement. Thank you again!

Got towed by an honest mistake, was misinformed by an Airbnb host on where to park. Crazy hoops to go through to get our car on a Sunday afternoon to get back home to nola. After several calls to Allstate insurance company, paid for new addition to policy, Allstate provided as much documentation as they could on a Sunday, and it wasn’t enough. Was told we would have to get a notary for forms on top of 240 dollar towing fee. Finally, hours later we somehow got our car. No stranger to dodgy tow companies but this was by far the most complicated and worst process I’ve ever been through. The worker did at least call a notary out for us, and the notary lady on call for them was polite. Thankfully she accepted less than her $50 charge (we didn’t have enough cash and it was the only form of payment she accepted) otherwise we would have been thoroughly screwed. The desk ladies tried their best to help but the management and policies were totally wacko. Avoid at all costs.

Literally the worst place ever. My car got towed ILLEGALLY! Paid around $800 to get it out. They said I had no apartment sticker which I did...they apparently roam and just tow cars for fun because there was zero reason to tow mine. Customer service was ridiculous. Their prices changed daily and hourly. I didn’t have my key and needed to get a new one made quick and I couldn’t find anyone who would go there. They ALL said that place is so horrible and they refuse to work anywhere around them. Heard owner threaten a guy in front of me and when it was my turn he yelled at me. I told him if anyone should be angry it’s me and you don’t see me yelling. Incredibly unprofessional. I pity you if your car gets towed here. It will be a NIGHTMARE to get it out!

They take their sweet time helping you. The obese one kept turning away to finish telling a story to his friend while holding on to my ID and credit card. What could have been a five minute transaction took him half an hour.

Absolutely the worst people I’ve ever came across in my ENTIRE life. I’ve dealt with rude people before but I’ve never dealt with anyone more rude than those work at this place. And when you try to resolve your problem quickly so you can get back on the road, they will find whatever ways they can to slow you down and cause more troubles for you. If you have a contract with them, shame on you and your business.

Slow and unorganized pretty much sums it up. They take their SWEET time because they realize you’re at their mercy and they take full advantage. Very unprofessional group.

The owner guy started yelling at my wife and started his talk by I cant care less. His look seemed like hes at a high cholesterol level and his blessed business get him angry as a routine. He may not last long and the hell, can be a nicer place than his workplace.

I had my car tolled and put at this location. I understand that that wasnt this places fault, but the customer service was subpar and made the experience worse than it could have been. The employee at the front took a really long time to process the paperwork, and she looked like she was at the verge of laughing, which was super inappropriate considering how stressful we felt at getting our car tollec. The employees behind her were also just joking around and laughing, and didnt look like they were on task.

The owner tried to fight me after taking my money. Followed me to my vehicle and cussed at me trying to get me to attack him on his property inside a gated area where they only let one person in at a time.They probably do that so they have employees outnumber people and try to be intimidating.Hopefully someone does give him what he’s asking for one day.

This place is a scam.United transport solutions (2423 Hargis st, East Bernard TX 77435)work with Harwin Auto Storage to tow innocent peoples car illegally.My car was improperly towed from my apartment complex garage. They cited the reason being that I didnt have a parking permit.The parking pass was inside the car but they claim that they were not able to see it.I called them multiple times to discuss but they yelled at me and said you could have taken a picture of the parking pass and he mentioned that I am just being a pain in a butt. I asked If I can talk to a supervisor but the guy on the phone said we have no supervisor and hung up.At the parking the guy was very rude! Took my money made copies of my dl and card and refused to return my car.Please see pictures I attached which shows how they damaged to the car window.

Im not going to post a bad review because they towed my car. Im going a different direction. WHEN I TRIED TO PAY, they wouldnt take my card because the name didnt match the license. LUCKILY, I had another card with my full name and they took that. I think the main lady there is racist...

This was the worst experience EVER. It’s 3 am and our vehicle is ILLEGALLY towed. No none could/ would give an explanation. The lady at the window ( heavy set), is REALLY rude and her little back up ( skinny, light - skinned), worker tried it also. The business seems like a scam. They wanted to run our CC several times. Ilegal operation. Theyll intentionally check to see if you car is unlocked. Then they mess with your car under the hood so it wont start. Then they bullshit you and say its against city ordinance to look under your hood. Which is wrong. Do not pay them. Call the police. Call a different towing company. Do not let them pray on you.

Worst people I have dealt with. The person (a black guy working the midnight shift) behind the window even cursed me for telling him to be nice to a lady. If a place like this is licensed/contracted by the City of Houston then I dont know where my tax dollars are going. Honestly, this place deserves to be shut down!

Its a place your towed. So obviously your not going to like them. Getting past that, its in a bad part of town. Its really hard to find if you have never been there before. The gate to get out is super slow. The muddy lot is a nightmare if your wearing anything nice. But they dont park cars too close to each other and there was no damage so Ill give them 2 stars.

These people are crooks and if you question something about the bills they threaten you with calling the cops and charging more on your bill. Seriously these towing companies are out of control and the authorities seem to let it slide. Worst towing company ever

My vehicle was towed frm my apartment complex. I recently purchased the vehicle and did not get the chance to get a permit yet bc office was closed. I didnt think it would be a problem since their is TONS of vehicles there without a permit. Coincidently only mines got towed. I had to pay $230 to get it out which is ridiculous for the few hours it was there. These ppl are rude and quick to charge but dont bother answering any questions. I had to wait an hour an a half to get my vehicle after I had already paid just bc the guy with the keys was sleeping. He took his sweet time while I was waiting outside in the cold with my infant. They should reimburse me for wasting my time. And they wrote on my windshield with their stupid paint. Never do I want to deal with these greedy people who dont care about anything but taking ppls hard earned money. I hope this place gets shut down.

Omg, I cant believe I survived that place. I was charged 350$ for having my car towed from my own appt, they only had it one day. II tried asking why and asking questions. The guy began screaming at me and threatened to shut the window and keep my new German car if I didnt give him 350$. Then he was waving a 9 mm gun around and screaming, keeping eye contact. My dad tried calming him down and paid him. My car had a knife scratch on both back windows all across. I felt so helpless. Gosh what is wrong with this world... T.T

They are extremely rude here. Especially this blonde girl who was wearing a Pink brand shirt. She has a lot of attitude. It is ridiculous how you cant pay with 2 different cards and the card has to be under your name not someone elses. They didnt even tell me where my car was they expected me to go find it from all the cars and know where to get out myself.

They will tow your vehicle for the most bs reasons and can get away with it because they have HPD backing them. My car wasnt parked in a tow away zone, and they still towed it.

Bad customer service

They rob your money by towing your car away from your apartment and trapping your car in their business storage. And charge you 200 to 300 dollars. Even if you have a parking permit, they can still deny they “ did not see it!”
