They don’t realize the more they overcharge people the less long run customers they’ll have to keep their business up. Untrustworthy, don’t get scammed. Go to Mac’s Auto Service, have been there twice ever since I stopped going here and it’s great, reliable with good prices definitely will notice the difference.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I took my vehicle in to replace the throttle body kit and I got my car back with even more problems than going in! I bought a brand new throttle body for them to install when I took it to another mechanic shop they showed me the throttle body and it wasn’t even the same kit I bought! Innovative auto repair stole my brand new throttle body kit and used a piece of junk kit they had laying around!! Scam!!!!!

They did a horrible job for me in this place, my car doesnt work well, he made me change some parts that were not necessary and he charged me much more than normal for that job. I clarify, WRONG DONE took 4 months to finish something so simple that he wanted to make it complicated to overcharge me. so if you plan to take your car for any problem do not think about this place. It is a lousy place with zero honesty. 😡

I used to rant and rave about innovative. I have a small fleet and any and all problems went to Innovative.But after the last 2 interactions. I can no longer recommend them at all. I had an engine replaced but the engine had 2 oil leaks. One was Fixed and the other the company car sat at his shop in the street for 2.5 months!!!!! They never touched it and I eventually had to pick it up and take it to another shop. They ran my cc with out authorization as well. Had to change my company credit card all together. Maybe whatever changed about this shop will go back but after they Tossed around a friend I recommenced there, I call it quits there, honest review.UPDATE!!!!!! Turns out the engine I had replaced there has a cracked crank caseBad bad bad bad bad bad BUSINESS

Must go for any auto repairs! Ive had my vehicle for 8yrs and never had much done to it but the basic, oil changes, tires, etc. Took my vehicle for breaks and struts finally and must say my vehicle drives like new! I obviously needed more done for example, rotors, but even then I was left with a reasonable price! Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for one! Thank you Innovative!

This guys did a great job on my truck I drove all the way to huston fron chicago to get my swap 6.0 ls and trans with them, they did a great job built me an engine from scratch, for a really reasonable price.. the whole team takes pride on their work and treated my trick like if theirs.
