I did not get my work done with Urne. But I must warn people about the other people in his lot. Please read below:Mr. Carlos in lot N is the worst! Pretended to be a blessing and helpful and quickly became a villain. I had questions about the work he was doing on my car he blew up on me. All of my lights (tire light, engine light etc) came on a week after work was completed. Stated that once my car was off his lot he was no longer responsible. The bodywork done was not high quality. It was very stressful and heartbreaking to be treated in such a way. He was unprofessional and never helped me resolve the issue; I wouldn’t recommend his shop for service.

As a woman with very little car maintenance knowledge, I fully trust this guy. His work is top notch and he has years of dealership experience to back him up. He takes his time to explain which parts and why I need them. He even goes so far as to show me what it looks like and provides all my options for pricing and where to get my parts. Very patient and understanding individual. Ive decided that he will be he only guy that does work on my car from now on.

Wow Im getting my car fixed... and the customer service is excellent... Everyone must come to this shop...he has a love for what he do...and its clean...and his prices are good....Thank God I have found a best Mechanic the world... my car is running like a new car now...
