Love the first class customer service here. They were extremely respectful and conscientious when I brought in a 1999 Tahoe I purchased and wanted fully inspected and serviced. The brakes didn’t come out perfect the first time, but I was amazed at the way Aaron, the manager assigned to me, called me when he was off duty when hearing I brought it back in, and was extremely sorry it had happened and ensured me they would get it fixed asap. They did a great job and I will be back.

I have been a customer for almost three years, but after today I will no longer be a customer of this place. I was told that my car only needed a part to be replaced and that the cost of the repair will be almost $1500. I told them that I will prefer to look for a second opinion with another mechanic, they told me that the price can get drop to $998 for the total repair and that car will be ready on Monday (3/2). I decided to go for it! Big MISTAKE! I was waiting for an update all day on Monday. I finally received an update until @ 4:44 pm Monday and telling me that my car is not ready and that they have found other repairs that need to be done and that now my cost will increase and I will not get my car until Wednesday. I wish these guys would have done a full estimate of my car repairs before promising a price. Their lack of communication has decline and the service is not the same. I was promised my car would be ready by Monday! (5 days without my car now) Now I have to get a tow truck to get my car from Christian Brothers because it is not drivable anymore. Plus I had to pay $220 for 1 hr and half labor and an test they supposedly they did! Its a waste of time and money with these guys. So glad I have other options besides these people! If you want to waste your time and money this is place to go to! I will not recommend this place no any one anymore!

These people are the most honest people in the automotive business that I have experienced in a very long time. Their expertise has been better than the dealership where I purchased my car. I took my car to 5 businesses and left with 5 misdiagnosis. Thanks to the mechanic Sergio at Pearland Christian Brothers who diagnosed my problem which was nothing but a missing bolt that was causing my dash to roar like a motorcycle while in reverse. Thank God I could cancel with the dealership which was going to cost $500- $700.00 to diagnose and wasnt going to guarantee that they could find out where the noise was coming from. It took Sergio less than 5 min. to diagnose my issue with my car and replaced the missing bolt at no cost to me. Thanks Christian Brothers Pearland!

This place is trash. Terrible service. After $600 they still couldnt diagnose the problem. They recommended I get a new engine for $4,000. All I did myself was change 8 spark plugs and a coil packs and it completely fixed my issue. These guys are thieves. THIEVES.DO NOT GO HERE.

Ive had some bad experiences in recent months with auto repair shops, so when I searched the AAA website for approved automotive providers, I was hopeful. I had heard of Christian Brother on KSBJ, but had never used their services. My initial experience with Christian Brother was OUTSTANDING! The shop was clean, the employees were courteous and efficient. When I said I had to wait for my vehicle, the service writer did not pressure me to drop it off. I was kept apprised of what was going on with my vehicle. The service writer did not try to sell me services that I did not need. I went in for brake service, but it turned out that I did not need brake service. I was pleasantly pleased and will definitely return in the future. I will be purchasing a new vehicle in the next six months and plan to allow Christian Brothers to perform the routine maintenance, etc. These guys are awesome!

Christian Brother in Pearland serviced my college age daughters vehicle today and we both have raving comments about the service, turnaround time for repairs and the overall atmosphere. My daughter appreciated how the manager, Terry, took the time to educate her on the repairs needed by showing her a video to help her understand. Who does that? Not any repair shop we have been to! For a college age student who pays for her own repairs, this meant a lot! This was our first visit and we will most definitely return. My wife and I recently had our older model (2001) SUV serviced at this Christian Brothers Automotive. The experience was absolutely amazing. We knew the vehicle was leaking oil and antifreeze and had a check engine light on. We were trying to figure out what to repair and if the SUV was even worth fixing. On top of that we didnt have a ton of money. We explained the situation to the guys at the front, Terry and Justin. They looked the car over thoroughly and then took the time to go over literally everything that was wrong with it. They prioritized the repairs in order of need for us and provided separate prices for each item. We were able to get all of the essential repairs done well and still have a list of 3 or 4 things that we could do in the future. Its now running great! These guys delivered what they promised, when they promised. In terms of car repair, we couldnt ask for more. My wife and I highly recommend these guys if you need repairs.

I have taken my car to Christian Brothers multiple times and have only had great experiences. The clean and comfortable waiting room and the polite and genuine service has kept me coming back! After the recent hurricane they were incredibly busy but still offered to take me home and pick me up when maintenance was complete. I have always felt that they were honest and never felt taken advantage of.

IF THERE WERE 10 STARS ..... They earned all 10 ! Service was excellent, a class not found commonly. Even with 2 days of no car, I never missed a beat with 2 days of work being carpooled over every morning & back home in the evening. This included spending time with great servicemen and The Owner himself - leading by example in the driver seat on my last commute. Truly a blessing in this day and age. Ive been here a few times for oil changes and alignments. I do most small repairs on my own at home. Im a young female and often feel like auto shops take advantage of an opportunity to trick me. I havent felt that with these people so Ill definitely keep going.

I appreciated that Randy listened to what we were needing done and help take care of that. Needing our radiator flushed for routine maintenance. Also needed a headlight replaced. Was thinking of upgrading to halogen type lights, he checked into the different types of lights and let me know the pricing, and the pros and cons. No pressure on what choice I made. I so appreciate that. The reasoning behind going to Christian Brothers was because after more than 3 decades of going to the same mechanic, ours retired. We had to find someone we could use. So we decided to try Christian Brothers. As of right now I would say it is a good move. We have 3 vehicles so over time we shall see how things go.

Christian Brothers is all about the customer. The crew is knowledgeable, thorough, and very professional. I called to schedule an appointment at around noon and was given same day service. Some places try to squeeze you in and you end up feeling like you are not the priority; but not at Christian Brothers. I was taken care of as if I was the most important customer of the day. Great place. Took excellent care of us and our car. They even drove us home while they looked at our car, and picked us up when it was done because we only have one car. They also got it back up and running in the same day so I could get to work the next day.

These folks did a great job communicating and repairing the host of issues they found with my beat up Sentra. Ray called to review everything on the quote in detail prior to starting any work, and followed up after testing revealed additional problems. After reading all the work that was needed, I was prepared to be without my car for at least a week; I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and was back up & running on Friday afternoon.

They listen to YOU and do not try to sell you more than you need. They do not try to push an extra service and there are no additional costs than what they quoted. They have a courtesy shuttle service. They dropped me off and Terry, the owner, picked me up. Easy access on Beltway 8.

Great Experience. I took my truck here because Big Star Ford in Pearland (which I would never go to again) had an extremely high price for a repair that they diagnosed. After Christian Brothers looked at it they found out that what the Ford dealership had diagnosed was not the issue at all. It was a simple fix that cost me more than it should, and that was just because Christian Brothers had to do additional work to figure out that the Ford dealership was wrong. I appreciated all the information they gave me and their technician Mitch was extremely helpful.

Brought my Subaru Legacy to get the power steering pump replaced. They did it within that same day. Everything was taken care of that day.Even though I did have an issue at some point. Terry, the owner, made sure I was taken care of. showed me that he really cared about his customers.

I brought my car here in October and they had it for 3 weeks 4000 to fix. My light came back on with the same problem from October. The wanna charge another 3000.00. Please don’t let the Christian in the name fool you. They are a rip-off. I was sending friends but after this I suggest you stay away.

I was there a couple of weeks ago to have my brakes done. These people are thorough and easy to work with. Terry and his gang didnt try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I didnt need and they had me in and out relatively quickly considering how busy they seemed to be. I would highly recommend visiting them with your car repair needs!

Supposedly open till 6pm. Frustrating that for the 3rd time in a row I get here at 3pm and still get turned away for only an oil change. Great service at fair prices. But the only way youll get your car in is by taking the day off...Ill admit today is pretty close to Christmas so staffing may be harder. But again, its the third time so its a pervasive issue.

Amazing work done here. The estimate I received was very close to the actual price I paid. Most places add on extra fees somehow, but these guys dont. They were able to pick me up when my truck was ready. They also found other work that I need done, which I knew beforehand but didnt disclose to them, and they werent pushy about getting it done. All they did was give me an idea what was wrong and gave me a ballpark as to what I could expect to spend. Great bunch of workers and I will be taking my truck back when I can.

I went in to change my brake pads and rotors because the Volvo dealer suggested I do so immediately, they claimed they were metal to metal and wanted to charge $750.00 just for the back brakes... therefore I decided to shop around and thankfully I came across Christian Brothers where they explained that I still had 80% padding and their only suggestion was to flush out brake & power steering fluids.I would highly recommend this establishment!They are extremely honest, professional and very affordable!Thank you Team!JPUGA
