Hello,I am not sure who this email should go to but as a concerned, potential tenant, I am appalled at how the property is kept especially the trash area.I am looking to relocate to the area and have driven through the complex on several occasions just to see if what I observed in the trash area was a one time occurrence but to my surprise, it is a regular occurrence. It is unfortunate that this area does not present well and can TURN OFF potential tenants who is interested in leasing at this property.Also, the picture gallery on the website is most misleading because when you compare what is seen on line and what is reality.....the gallery pics are so FAR FROM THE TRUTH and the reality of the property.I am not sure whose responsibility it is to ensure this is corrected but it should be addressed IMMEDIATELY!!! When a property is kept in shambles it speaks volumes to the office management/staff. It is NOT the responsibility of the maintenance crew to clean up or behind tenants when a HUGE trash receptacle has been provided.There is trash and trash bags all over the grounds. Seeing this has deterred me as a potential tenant to look other places.Presentation is ALWAYS KEY!!!Ive added a few pics for your viewing pleasure. I feel very disrespectful right now I call the office and told them there was a rat and they didnt take me seriously and they also put rude people upstairs above us and they just be stomping and running.P.S The Maintenance cant help out either because they are USELESS JUST LIKE THE MANAGERS IN THE OFFICE.

I love Ms. Jackie. She give you this warming welcoming energy that just draws you in. She’s super understanding and her communication skills are up to par. I’m also loving my new apartment. Thank you willow green

I’ve lived here going on 2 years now & have had a great experience here. My kids love the playground, the big field in front of my apt, and how attentive maintenance is if I ever report a problem. Thanks to Ms Jackie she got me in right away.

Really not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. But I wouldn’t recommend living here. Everytime i ask the office ladies to come fix something they say they are putting the work order in but the maintenance never comes. When i call and tell them whats going on they get attitudes. Due to covid my job has slowed down ALOT im working part time and when i asked if i could please be moved to a 2 bedroom they said yes at first and then when i asked again they said no because none were available and for me to keep checking with them. Why should i keep checking when you already know my situation when a 2 bedroom because available you should notify me. Getting the office personnel to even answer the phone is task within its self. I always get the voicemail box saying to call during regular business hours. Well 8-5 is regular business hours they just don’t want to answer the phone. Getting in the apartments was easy and the ladies were nice its after you’re already here that the attitudes change! I always hear gun shots in these apartments too. So for the person saying its safe to live here, its not!

I was there for a looooong time.Why so long? Because I was trying to financially get better and it took a while. The only thing good about willow green is the location. Management does not care about the property. They never survey the property unless they are showing a customer around. Their attitudes are terrible. It’s almost like cooperate is ALLOWING them to be this way.. it’s a “either you like it or move” kind of attitude. IF YOUR ON SECTION8, THEY WILL ACCOMMODATE YOU AND FIX THINGS BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT PAYS THEM TO KEEP UP GOVERNMENT HOUSING....but if you pay regular rent, you can forget it...they don’t fix anything on time and could care less about a lot of the issues you might have. “Section 8’ers” can easily call the housing authority if they have an issue. People who pay out of pocket are treated way differently, they might as well makeThe whole complex section 8. The cameras on property don’t work, the pool is never open and when it is open they don’t clean it. It’s never open on hot holidays like the 4th of July and etc. the gym is a place where the school kids go to “mess around”. The school kids have “kickbacks” (weed smoking parties)in vacant apartments,The computer room is never open.. the playground is always inhabited by weed smokers. And a lot of the apartments have mold issues and the foundation of the staircases are dangerous!It’s all a front just to say they have “amenities”. DON’T LET THE ONLINE PICTURES FOOL YOU! That “model family” you see online IS A JOKE.. THERE IS NO SECURITY EITHER!! I do not recommend. I was so glad to finally leave.AND DON’T BELIEVE THOSE 5 STAR REVIEWS!! MOST OF IT IS A SCAM JUST TO GET YOU INTERESTED.And to the ladies in the office ....most of y’all come from different, beautiful and cultural backgrounds...THERE IS NOT ONE FAMILY THAT LOOKS LIKE THAT “ENTITLED LOOKING “ FAMILY ON THE WEBSITE. I’m surprised y’all work for people that put up pictures like that and we all know that they make most of their money off low income minorities.

I went there on 9-28-2020 at 9:30 a.m. and had a very bad experience with the leasing agent she was so rude to me. She ask why I need a two bedroom if Im by myself and told her because of my medical supplies I should of waited for MS. Jackie cause she was so polite if I was still rating apartments I would have failed them immediately she is working in the wrong business for that attitude then she tell me what she will give me if I apply you dont tell me what you going to do she make that office and company look very bad.

From the day I walked in I was welcomed by Jackie. Her honesty and personality won me over. Anytime I’ve needed anything she was very prompt with getting things done. I was so happy with my experience I hadn’t even seen the apartment due to heavy rain and a pandemic going on, however I went ahead with the process and haven’t been disappointed yet😍

Loved how helpful, respectful Jackie’s work ethic was! She went above and beyond helping every step through out my application told me everything I needed and always kept in contact! Excited to be part of the community

My daughter and I been living here for almost 5 years now. I love these apartments as you can tell I been here for a long time. I went from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom easy process. The office people are very friendly & I would suggest you to go to Ms.jackie she is very cool and she will help you get into apartment. My daughter loves the people In the office. I’ve never had maintenance problem when I call them they come. If your first time mover you should come, Or even if you looking for a home you should come check them out. Me and my daughter love it over here. The prices are very good. Especially in this area by the mall. I love it.

I am currently a resident of Willow Green Apartments. Today when I seen my neighbors come from apartment 202 I ask him very politely will you please quite down, he said I have children, what do you expect, I have hearing noise from apartment 202 for a lone time, I have been taking to Miss Gail, about the noise, So today I call the police on them, when they seen the police they got in there car and left the property. The police officer suggested that I should send a E-mail to the front office. After the officer left, the people in apartment 202 started to throw water balloons at my front door. The noise in apartment 202 is to loud I can hear them fighting, and jumping, and running Its too loud I want someone in management to take care of this situation.

Been here 6 going on 7yrs. Never had a problem with anybody. The staff is just like my family! Gayle, Tarra & Jackie are the most understanding willing to help in any way the can. Love those ladies.

My family and I lived here for a good two to three years back in 2013. The first night we moved in, I found a cockraoch on my younger sisters shoulder, and it was huge. All throughout our horrible stay, our family found lots of cockroaches (no matter how clean we were), very noisy neighbors next to us and above us, some ghetto areas, trash everywhere, poor maintenance, the kitchen sink flooding due to poor securing, and a break-in.The thing that made me really mad, was the break-in. When we called the cops, this one lady came over to our apartment. She asked us what had been stolen and she looked for fingerprints on the glass window that was broken. The cop also asked for security tapes, and guess what? No security cameras! None of any type! So now we had no assurance that our stolen items would be back, and the criminal is still at large.Sure, there were very good people here, and yes, Willow is in walking distance to almost everything that you need. But this is no place to live. Nor one to bring your children to.If you are looking for a place to live for a bit, spend a few more dollars a month on somewhere better than this.

Never leave a review for anything but I had to because of the negative reviews they were totally proven WRONG Love this apartment complex I just went in for some information spoke with two ladies Terra over the phone and Jackie when I went in they are so sweet helped me understand how tax credit property works they showed me a unit and it is very nice for the price and i will be back to apply!!!!!!!!!!

This would get zero stars if I could! If you need a pit stop to just get on your feet than call this home. As one reviewer stated there are dragon ladies in the office. None of them EVER know what is going on. Ants every summer in the apartment. The pool is always closed or way to crowded. In the gym there is always teenagers in there making out or hanging out. The park is in very bad condition and always dirty. There is only one dumpster in the back of the complex for this property which is very large. I have complained several times because the dumpster is always full and there is always trash everywhere. Nothing gets fixed properly. You will be doing your own repairs! No matter what time of day or night that you are coming or going, you will always see people doing their business in the parking lot or at the park. This is not a family oriented place. The security gate is always broken. And when it is fixed, people still ride your tail to get in or use the exit gate. Thats not security. The only positive things about living here is that it dont flood and is close to everything. I stayed to get on my feet and now Im running.

I live in a nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath, the rooms are spacious and the appliances are really nice! The apartment is in a great location and you cannot beat the price! The office staff is great. They always answer all of my annoying questions with a smile and are always so kind and warm! I would highly recommend Willow Green Apartments!

Horrible place to live, but great prices . Lived there for 7 months had a 2 bed apartment on the second floor. After the first month I noticed tons of roaches! Neighbors were constantly fighting, multiple vehicle break ins, maintenance took for ever to fix things had to call multiple times to remind them ! lots of bad people living there, cops were always out there for drugs, shooting etc . There was a shooting a few feet away from my apartment since then me and my family moved out the next week and broke the lease. No way I was gonna have my daughter around that! For a few hundred dollars more you’re better off getting a nicer apartment and better locations where it’s safe. They let anyone move here they are all about the money!

Ive been by a few times over the years and the staff is always so friendly! Great location, buildings and property are clean and kept up. We make too much for the income limit but refer people here all the time. We love this property!

Outside view of apartments are nice however inside not that great. Unfriendly staff they fail to follow up on general maintenance calls. Windows are extremely drafty making it pretty pointless to run your heating and air. Unsanitary apartment conditions to be having especially when you just move into a “new” apt unit. This apartment complex most definitely needs to be reviewed by the Houston Apartment Association.

I just moved in to the property I love my hard wood floors and the location is perfect everything is super close when first going to the office to ask for leasing information I was very hesitant because of the reviews I have read on here but the office staff proved them totally wrong they are amazing and told me everything I needed and made the process very easy for me being a first time renter. I have recommended this apartment complex to everyone I know.

Very dangerous over there, office staff never put a notice on door for when something happens. When they need to shut the water off, we never get a day in advance, we get a note on door the day of. Terra over charges everybody, never lets you know about late notice... So basically your fee adds up. She has a terrible attitude, never trust her! She will mess you over and not care. If there was communication in the office, she would have been fired. Put in my 30 day notice and my locks were changed a few days later. Lost all my kids memories from when they were a baby. Still had belongings in there and still was cleaning up. So I know Terra will charge us for not cleaning up. I have put in complaint to Apartment Association and will get corporate involved to investigate

The office staff at Willowgreen Apartments are very professional! The knowledge of the property is well personified. The grounds are always clean and my work orders are always done in a timely manner. The staff is very family oriented and Ioving individuals. I have recommended this apartment complex to family members who needed a place stay!! Wish there were more apartment complexes like it!!!

I have lived in these apartments since Nov. 2013. The day I moved in I was told my u it would be ready that morning. I drove from Mississippi to Houston only for them to tell me my unit wasnt ready. After I explained my family and I had jus drove all.ost 6 hours and had nowhere else to go, I was told they would have my u it ready by 5. My husband, kids and myself came back at 5 to unload our uhaul and the carpet was wet and smelled horrible. After cleaning and moving in months later we started telling management about a few things we noticed, like mold and mildew in the window seals in every room, the old carpet that was never replaced, the roaches coming out of the vents, etc. Has time went by we starting taking care of the things ourselves because management wasnt. A few years go by and things start to be a little better. Now here we are 6 years later still begging to get out carpet replaced because every year when we sign our lease Ms. Gail promises us she will get our carpet replaced, but doesnt!! Delcor management needs to know that when a person is paying their rent on time every month they expect to live decent, not like a refugee!!! For years we have been asking them to do a number of things such as the bathroom sinks, that they spray paint, as if the water isnt gonna make the paint peel right off. I know a few other tenants that have similar complaints. Delcor management we need your help!! We should not have to live like this!!!! I have pictures and videos to prove what I am saying dated ba k to April 2014. Instead of replacing my carpet they hot glued strings of carpet across the floor.. I wish I could post the video here.. Dont come here unless its a last resort!! I promise you will regret it.. I do!!!!!

Terrible place. I went in to the office with my deposit on hand, interested in an apartment home. The lady who helped me was so rude. She kept scoffing and had a stank face through the entire time. She was all over the place and was just so lousy at her job. She gave a terrible attitude and respond for everything. Do not rent here! The staff are a bunch of illiterate and uneducated imbeciles.

I was looking for a 3 bedroom for immediate move in. Whoever this terra or however you spell her name in the office that answers the phone is rude! I called and asked and she said uh yes and hung the phone up.. I called back and said did we get disconnected or..... she said excuse me ? I said I just called and asked you about the 3 bedroom and the phone hung up. She was like oh I don’t know what happened. Nope no thank you me and my family can do better! Thank you God for a sign that these were not the right apartments.

Morally, a landlord should not be discussing your business with neighbors .Legally, the landlords conduct could be slanderous and the source of a legal action if the landlords statements about you to others are false and cause you some actual harm.Why was this posted? It was posted because its been happening for years now and its getting out of hand when children get involved and are bullied by children and on top of that adults which leads to individuals getting physically hurt and even emotionally hurt.

I like the apartment I went to look at them I think they are really nice. Jackie is extremely nice.

They are all rude in the leasing office, the manager just sits in the office she dont do no ground walks in the apartment complex until its time for inspections. Jackie acts like shes the owner of the complex. Somebody gonna pop her in her smart mouth one day. Gail the apt manager dont do nothing about the riffraff going on around heredrug selling in front of the kids, cars being broken in 2, also as well as some apts units, school kids roaming through apartments during school hours and roaming all times of the night.They dont put out any notices on your door aboutwhat has happens on the premises. You have to see the cop cars for yourself to know something happenedor you hear it by word of your neighbors. They just like to collect rent, then give you a notice stating all your rent isnt paid which its actually current Terra is poor at book keeping when it comes to rent. The grounds are always trashy, the maintenance service is also poor. The apartment amenities like the pool never open needs new pool furniture, the gym only open during office which is crazy but the youngster be in there making love I guess thats why its no acess after office hours. They could use some upgrading to the apartment complex and the apartment units for what they trying to charge in rent. I cant wait til my lease is up.

I moved in without being able to see the actual unit. Big mistake. I have only been in my apartment for a little over a month and I am not happy. I am making the best of the situation as much as possible. This is my first review and I suggest that anyone that read reviews pay attention to them. While most reviews might be bad, they are typically not made up.The apartment itself is fine for what you pay for. Compared to the area, this place is priced well below, but theres a reason for that. The apartments are old and not as clean as youd want. Overall what you see on the pics are correct, but if you are a clean person like myself and you look deeper than the surface, then its essential you view the unit you will be moving in. There are roaches and ants. Currently the place is about to change management companies so who knows whats about to happen. I pray that they truly renovate this place.... Again, I just moved in and I am ready to leave. Yes... I can make the most of it and use this next 11 months to get ahead and get in a better financial situation; but I feel I will be unhappy in the process. The 3 bedroom is small with little space...If you have a plan and need something cheap that aint so bad, then I guess you can manage. However, its not really a home... more like a pit stop. The pool is closed, the exercise room is only open during business hours, and I cant get any maintenance assistance until the new management co.. takes over. I honestly wish theyd just let me out my lease and call it a day... but Ill be here until next year.. I guess its a sacrifice. However, I can not tolerate pests of anykind... and that is an issue here.

I have completed my 12 month lease only because of my situation. The stay here wasn’t what I expected I am going to be truly honest in this review. As far as the leasing office ladies they go through a lot of them and the only ladies that seem to stay are Jackie and the leasing manager forgot her name. Rude at times, not to me but to others . These apartments are all about presentation the office may look wonderful but the insides look basic as hell wish I can post pictures. The matinance or whoever do not stitch the carpet correctly which enables roaches to have access to crawl under the carpet into your apartment . I keep my apartment clean so I know for big roaches to come out of no where tells me when a previous tenant moved out before I did they barely did their job . There was also mold from the window sills and bath tub . My ceiling fans broke or were already broken as soon as i moved in . Matienance moves very slow. Please get the 2nd floor if you do decided to move anyway . I made that mistake on living on the 1st and when I do complain on neighbors noise the leasing office tells me to get use to it. Their corporate offices are unprofessional as well can’t even get ahold of the office lady Leeann. They only have 1 dumpster to throw your trash away which is so stupid the trash also is loud so if you live nearby it will wake u up from your sleep. Trash does pile up and sometimes ppl get lazy and will leave their trash bag at your front porch. As far as neighbors no one will mess with you or your car . I would say it’s semi safe but there is a lot of drug activity and guys playing loud music in their car for long periods of time. I suggest if you’re a first time renter please please don’t not rent here, it may look nice and cheap but it is not worth it .

I have been working with Jackie in the community and so far, me and my family have been treated fairly and she has been working with us. Unfortunately I was not able to view my apartment before leasing or I would have given 5 stars but I have trust with Jackie and her team.

The apartments complex not bad at all but the staff & management. Everything is dirty all the time, takes months for maintenance to go and fix a light buld and unprofessional most of all, the dumpster is always full and full of trash all around it which is unsanitary especially since is placed were kindergarden kids get dropped off, place is disgusting, & they should change managment a.s.a.p because all the staff illiterate wont never understand nothing and never do what they supposed to . If I could give 0 stars I would .

I never feel so discreminated, i have the need for an aparment they made me wait for two month without a call i sudmit everything they ask for they think that the own the place that the way they treat you. Dont be fooled by these people the manager is lazy with and attitude has no clue whats going on the property Tara always has a attitude for no reason at all Jackie has the worst breath ever dont put in a work order to get anything fixed it wont get done and if you ask about it you will get major attitude thugs hanging out all times of the night PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT MOVE HERE

This people are raised because they didnt want to gime a apt if I make 2800 at month and my rent is only 823 they want my w2 from the taxas I give my 6 pay stuff is all they need I hated terra the manager of the apts

They dont fix anything and lack respect for others. They misplaced money and over charged people for late fees.

This place had a ton of issues when I used to live there, and based on these reviews, I would say thats still true. The office staff were rude, there was only ONE dumpster for the entire (huge) complex, there were always people outside being loud at all hours, we couldnt cook without roaches crawling all over the kitchen, there was a ton of crime, and more. This place is not worth it at all.

Management is unprofessional rud and disrespectful.

The worst place Ive lived. Ghetto, break ins, and the worst a boy was hiding by my apartment with a gun for someone who was in the park. I immediately moved out, my lease was broken. Not a place to live, especially with kids.

Bad place. Management dont care and you cant do anything here. Pool is always closed, gym is always closed and they dont let you use dish TV. You have to have cable want it or not. Last time I checked this was a free country. Dont move here.

Im apartment hunting, I called and spoke with Jackie asking about the 1 bedroom apartments and I dont know if she was already having a bad day or what but she was very rude and seemed like she didnt even want to be bothered over the phone . I havent even stopped by yet but that conversation reassured me not to.

Instead of the manager wasting time responding to all the terrible reviews, why not take care of your property and tenants?

Terrible service with the people from the office, they stole a car from me there and twice the catalysts have been stolen from my truck and to date the office does nothing. They do not put security or want to pay anything for damages.
