I have lived here since November 2019 and I have absolutely no complaints. They treat the residents, the property and the grounds top notch. Excellent service all the way around. Excellent staff and wonderful customer service!!!!! If you are looking for a reputable place to live, Camden is an excellent choice. The best rental experience I have had since moving to Houston in 2015. This is our third location.Highly Satisfied Resident!!

We just moved in and its already quieter, cleaner, and friendlier than our previous complex! Even though its on the beltway, you barely hear the traffic.

I would like to share my experience with Airiel, Assistant Manager at Camden Woodson Park. I was looking for an apartment in the area, and Camden was high on the list. I had to have an unexpected surgery, which postponed my search. During my recovery Airiel checked on me a few times....nothing about Camden....just checking on me!!! Once I recovered and was ready to resume I visited Camden again, and Airiel was eager to assist. She followed up, and even when I chose a different property she wished me well and promised shed check on me in a year....LOL!!Airiel is the kind of employee that every complex needs!! I honestly wish she would leave Camden and come with me to my complex, but I know that isnt happening. You can tell she loves her job....it shows!!Thanks Airiel

Juan Aguilar since day one has been extremely helpful, very professional always. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly and the quality of his work is always the best.

Car break-ins every other week, gate is always broken and no privacy. The staff went in our apartment while we were at work to look through our things when they said they were only changing a air filter. Shower and washer spit out brown water when you first turn them on. Washer only has hot water. Do yourself a favor and move elsewhere.

My kid loves the pool, and say he wishes this was our forever home.

I love the Camden team they will go out of there way to help you. The maintenance team will work around the clock to make sure your comfortable. We made a great move and we very happy.

Woodson Park is a great place to live, it’s quite and well maintained. love Pool área. I love living in the Summerwood area, I like how it has stores and restaurants near by. Rosalyn and everyone in the office are great, they are always kind and attentive. Definitely recommend.

I’ve lived here since November, and everything and everyone who work here are very nice. The only thing I have an issue with are the outdated appliances. You would think for as much rent we pay, we would have quieter washers and dryers. The washer will NOT wash bulky things like bedding, so you have to go do that somewhere else, and the dryer is annoyingly loud. (I can hear it from my room with the door closed) We’ve already had the dryer replaced once, and they gave us an even louder dryer.

Rosalyn Valeriano is amazing she gives excellent customer servicie. We love living at Camden Woodson Park. We love Jose and Juan, they are always great in servicing our service requests.We enjoy swimming pool and office amenities.

As a guest this place is horrible, a friend lives here and i’m here almost every day of the week and the gate has only worked one single time, the only time i can get through the gate is when i speed through after someone else and the pole hits my car, other than that i have to park in future resident parking and walk to my friends apartment, and sometimes there’s not even a parking spot, currently they have three ginormous dumpsters taking up spaces so there’s nowhere for me to park.

My apartment search started off a little rough, until I visited Camden Woodson Park. My leasing agent was Rosalyn. She assisted me every step of the way in the process. She was available to answer questions whether it was through phone or email. During my scheduled move, she told me she would be on vacation and gave me the information of the person who would further assist me. I really appreciated the notice. Kenisha assisted me further from the time I moved in and got settled. she was also great. The staff have all been great. When I did the walk through and provided the minor things that needed fixing, the next day maintenance arrived and fixed everything on the list which was magnificent. I would definitely recommend these beautiful apartment homes. I love it here!

When we contacted the Camden Woodson Park staff regarding some issues we were having. Ms. Ariel and Mr. Aquilar inspected and both agreed to correct the problems. It was a very hot, humid day and Mr. Aquilar worked alone to complete the job.. Ms. Ariel, Mr. Aquilar and all the staff WE THANK YOU . All of you have always been courteous and professional towards us. I had the most enjoyable tour of the facility with Miss Lacy who had all bases covered and made me feel comfortable with becoming a new tenant of Camden Woodson Park and the facility was so clean inside and out felt to be a great place to raise a family or just for individual living there is no doubt she cares for her tenants and well-being of people in general and is a true asset for the community

I am a previous resident and former employee at Camden Woodson Park and I must say it was my favorite place to live! I moved here as a resident and about a month later started working in the office. This place is amazing and an incredible place to call home! The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you. Maintenance is INCREDIBLE and the office staff are the best ever. My pup and I miss this place so much and after living in numerous apartments this one is GREAT. THANK YOU EVERYONE. WONDERFUL SERVICE.

I had the best experience here! I needed to move ASAP and l went in on a Saturday and was moved in within the next two weeks! Michelle Schick is the best, she was very sweet and was eager to help me find exactly what me and my family needed. She kept me up to date on everything leading up to my move in date by email and phone correspondence. I love this place! It is very well kept up and any service requests that are made are taken care of very quickly. I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else 😊

I would highly recommend Camden Woodson Park to anyone who is currently looking for a new place in this area. My cousin lives in this property and every time I come over the place is CLEAN, quiet and the people who work here are very friendly. I myself am considering moving here when my lease is up due to the accessibility of the highway and how close it is to everything. The shopping center across the highway has most of the stores that I shop at on a regular basis and a lot of new restaurants have been opened within a mile radius. The community has a nice pool with a swim-up bar to their outdoor kitchen, their gym is in good condition with operable equipment and the best part is they have a dog area to let your dog loose to run and a wash station in case you dont want to bathe your dog in your tub. If youre looking for an apartment they have some real nice people in the office that will help you.

I am a new resident of Camden and I am enjoying it. Everyone I have worked with has been very friendly and helpful. Any requests I have are taken care of right away. So far I love it here.

The apartment complex is very quiet with a great location that in itself is worth 4 stars. However the ladies at the front office put it over the top. They have always stopped whatever they were doing to accommodate me anytime I needed anything. They treat me with the same kindness after a year as they did when they were showing me the apartment!

Living here has been an excellent experience. Since my first day everything has been prompt and professional. From the front desk to the amazing maintenance team. The property is kept super clean and super safe. This is a big deal for all of us with children. Im very pleased living here.

From trying to find an apartment, during our stay and even after our move out, it has been such a great living experience that I never thought possible. Maintenance is reliable and good people. The Camden Woodson complex is beautiful and well maintained from the landscaping,pool,gym, painting of black steel gate, painting of the parking lot lanes, etc. The staff at Camden Woodson Park always treated us as top priority.(Michelle is amazing!) So far my family and I have been living here for almost 4 months now and we love it. When we decided to go look around this was the only place that really caught my eye the ladies in the front provide you with all the information you need. They even send you emails to keep you updated, this place is very organized. And let me tell y’all about the Maintenance it is always on point, within a couple of mins they come knocking at your door. The area is so nice and clean, this place makes me feel safe and I’m happy to say that we choose our first place to move in here.

I absolutely LOVE IT HERE! I have been a resident here at Camden Woodson Park for 2 years now and it has been the best apartment experience! The girls in the office, especially Michelle, are super nice and friendly! I love it that they know my name when I walk in or see them around the complex. Love my home! Camden is the community I was dreaming of when I was first searching for a new place to live over three years ago! The entire staff has been so amazing and helpful from day one! Over priced. Old apartments. Cars are often broken into. Gates are also broken often which is way cars get broken into often. The live in cop is a joke. No space for guests. The school in front causes a lot of traffic as they like to park on the street to wait for their kids. Where it clearly states no parking. Wish I had looked at other apartments before signing the lease here..reviews were so good. total disappointment!!!

It’s over priced for what these apartments are. It’s true cars are often broken into. Gate system is fixed kinda the other day the gate was open for awhile. Prior to that it was like 2 weeks of no type of gate system. For $1400 you’d think this place would be better.. it’s just the area the places around it. Apartments inside are old. Don’t even think about having guests there’s no space. Why? Because nobody wants to pay $50 for a sticker to park at your own “HOME” if you so happen to lose it or it get stolen. So people park there to avoid getting TOWED at your own home.

I have been so happy to be a resident at Camden Woodson Park! The maintenance team is efficient. The location is amazing being so accessible to the Sam Houston Tollway and an easy trip to downtown happenings via US 59. There are two grocery stores and numerous restaurants and stores in nearby retail spaces. There is an accessible bike trail through a nearby neighborhood that leads to the lakes of Summerwood! My neighbors are quiet yet friendly. The pool is resort style and so fun during the warm months. The gym is clean and a great accessible place to work out! Thank you Camden Woodson Park staff for being home sweet home!

When my roommates and I were checking out apartments in the area, Camden Woodson Park definitely caught our eye. The complex is clean, quiet, family friendly and the staff are exceptional and helpful.The staff reaches out to the community and tries to bring the community together by offering special events like food/pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus this past Christmas. They keep us well informed on gate issues or by sending out reminders on how to stay safe or any safety issues that may arise. I personally haven’t experienced any safety issues (knock on wood) and feel pretty safe which is very important to me.Our leasing agent, Kaneshia H., has been nothing but helpful and inviting since we walked into the leasing office. She even still helps us out with any questions we might have a month in of us living here. The process of leasing our apartment went by so smoothly as she helped us through it especially since it’s our first time moving into a real apartment on our own. She constantly kept us updated through email and made sure we had all the documents we needed at the proper times. Kaneshia definitely made an impact on us! (:Maintenance issues are also resolved fairly quickly. After doing the inventory of the apartment, maintenance came by not even a week after we had moved everything in to address some of the issues we had (very minor). When my roommates got locked out of the apartment late one night, Juan came out to help them despite it being midnight and very cold. He even followed up with the door the next two days.I can certainly say that we have enjoyed our stay here so far and hope to remain so for the remainder of our lease.

Very clean, and quiet, the maintenance team always come when you call and get the job done. Since day one the Camden staff was able to speak and address me by my name, and always in a cheerful mood. Anybody who knows me im a person that will constantly move until i find that place, with a welcoming home feeling, and Camden at Woodson Park has been that place that me and my family felt comfortable and a place to call home.

The grounds are very well kept and the units are very nice.The management team were all very helpful and friendly.The surrounding area is nice and growing rapidly!This apartment is right on 59, giving you access to most of Houston.If you are looking for a nice suburban apartment, then this may be the place for you!

My girlfriend and I stay in the large 1 bedroom, and love the space! Its bigger than the other apartments weve seen and a great location. We can actually fit our furniture and actually have a full size washer and dryer. The staff is really friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Especially the maintenance guys. Over all, I cant wait to show our friends and family our new home!

I would like to give a review of my experience here as a resident of Camden Woodson Park but I find that it is not an easy task. Why?,because I cant find the right words to express how pleased and fortunate I am to be a part of this exclusive community.There is so many wonderful things that I would like to point out in this report but there is simply not enough room so I will only mention a few.Ill start with my major concerns...., first there is safety. We are in a very strategic and comfortable location with above average security providing peace and tranquility that other properties could only wish for.Then there is the equally important things such as our customer service which in my opinion is peerless and incomparable. Besides the convenience, trust and professionalism..., you have to look far and wide to find a staff thats courteous, considerate and kind like the ones who serve here. (Not only that..., All the girls are as pretty as they are smart)My only complaint is that this place is too wonderful and I cant find enough good things to say about it. My family and I love living at Camden Woodson Park. The staff is incredible and the maintenance gets service requests done so quick! It is located in a great area, and food and shopping are so close by! Parking is awesome and we never have any issues parking near our apartment home. I am very pleased with my new apartment! Camden Woodson Park was my first stop when I started apartment hunting, and from the beginning I felt I was home. Michelle took care of me, and showed me around. When it was time to move in, she went above and beyond to make this feel like home. Even after moving in, she made sure to check up on me. I have lived here just around a month and have loved it so far. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly, very easy to work with. I also find that it is a great place to have a dog. There are potty stations everywhere on the property and even a dog park, which makes it very easy being in an apartment with a pet. I also used the painting service they provide, which really makes it feel like home. The beautiful landscaping really makes the community a nice place to live.

Tina, Tanya and Laverne are awesome! I am on my second lease at this location. They are always very helpful and attentive to my needs. They leave birthday cards on my door and randomly a little note for my Boxer pup. This location is very friendly and well maintained. They have a dog park with a doggy fountain and a dog wash station too. Lastly, this location is in a classy up-in-coming area, but is also not too far from stores and restaurants.

Have lived in several apartments in Humble/North Houston area...by far the best experience. The team in the leasing office go far and beyond the standard to accommodate residents. Weve come home to gifts, birthday cards and other pleasant experiences in our 10 month stay. Would recommend this complex over ANY other in the area..

I have lived at Camden Woodson Place for a little over a year now. I am still amazed at what a great place this is to live! It is quiet, the staff are courteous and responsive, maintenance is handled promptly...and everything is on line which is great! Since I rented a covered parking space along with my unit, I have had no issues whatsoever. No one parks in my space and I always come home with a smile! Oh, did I mention the great facilities available?

Best apaprtments ever!! The ladies in leasing office are super sweet! They are consistently going out of their way to make you happy. The maintenance team!!! I don’t even have words! I’ve never had such a quick response to anything big or small. Most times on the same day i put the request in. Very clean complex. We will miss everyone!

These apartments are excellent! I live in the Samoa style apartment; which is 662 SqFt. The ceilings are high, and the space is really open and well lit. The layout of the apartments makes them feel private and personal.Staff are friendly and on top of things, and maintenance comes the day you ask. Everything works perfectly, and the only maintenance issue Ive had has been a burned out light. No pests either! Staff do a great job of keeping the facilities clean and beautiful. Nothing looks run down or worn out. Its obvious that a lot of hard work is put into keeping these apartments a great place to live.To top it all off, the area outside of the apartments is beautiful as well. There are two enormous parks just a couple minutes away, and the location is extremely convenient (15 min from airport, 25 min from downtown). You can pretty much get anywhere within Houston in less than 30 min. I love it.

Called this place home for the last six months. Pros: Very friendly and helpful leasing office (Thank you Kaneshia!), nice units, well maintained complex, very prompt maintenance. Cons: units next to the beltway are pretty noisy (I should have checked, lesson learnt), no choices in internet, more security cameras would be helpful. Overall, would definitely recommend!

New resident since July 2018. So far so good. Very quiet place and appears safe. The grounds are kept up very well and always clean. Office staff are very nice and helpful anytime you need them. I had a small roof leak and this was handled right away. Im very pleased living here and likely will be here for a few years until Im ready to buy my own home.

I am new to Camden Woodson Park but it is by far the best apartment complex Ive lived in. It is a beautifully maintained, well kept community. What makes it outstanding is the staff--I have never lived anywhere with such genuinely kind and friendly staff. I also appreciate how fast maintenance will come out when I submit a request. There is an online community web page as well as the ability to pay rent online.

Very nice, well kept property. Amenities are nice and well cared for. Very nice pool area. Maintenance gets to your issues very quickly which is impressive to me. The two issues for me are the apartments are rather small and there is no outside storage/patio. Other than that, its been a great experience.

Front office staff (Kaneshia and Rosalyn) are amazing...responds to issues immediately and always feel warming!! Theyre GREAT

I have had several tickets for service for my apartment. I have nothing but great things to say about Michelle Schick and maintenance man Jose Lopez. Michelle has been awesome and very friendly and helpful. Jose has taken care of all my issues and even helped me unload heavy items out of my truck and help me move them inside my apartment. How many people are willing to help out like that? Thanks so much and great job.

Great staff and maintenance team hands down. They are always warm and welcoming. They’re always showing small token off appreciation weather breakfast at the gate, birthday cards at your door or just a simple smile and greeting by name when passing. Maintenance let me tell you I can put in a request at 2:30 and at 2:35 there’s a knock at the door to fix the problem. I’ve even had them come do work on my unit on there off days. The grounds are always kept so nicely.

I have lived here since late Dec. and I love it. This is the first apt complex I have ever lived in, and always thought I would hate it since Im used to the open country. This complex made me change my mind, am really glad we choose this as our living area. I love that the staff are always polite and helpful. Not the fake kind of nice you get at most places, but a genuine nice. When something needs fixed they are very quick to respond. It being a gated community is very nice too. The grounds are very clean and well kept. All in all I would recommend this apt complex to anyone looking.

Tanya was very nice and her genuine positivity is what sold us. We visited the place again and she happily gave us a second tour and then we decided to move in. The grounds are well kept and the environment is quiet. There is a middle school across the street but that shouldnt be much of an issue. I will update or post a new review later when we move-in and/or have an issue we need management to resolve.

Ive lived here for 5 months now, and I couldnt be happier. The best thing about living here is easily the staff. They respond to my emails and they are polite and friendly! I love having an online interface to put in work tickets and keep in touch with the community as well! I really dont have any complaints about living here!

My husband and I moved here back in February . We have truly enjoyed our experience. The place is super clean and quiet. The staff is awesome super helpful and know you by name. I would recommend to all my friends.

We lived here on two different occasions. Staff was always friendly. Grounds are well maintained. Traffic can kind of suck during pick up and drop off for the school across the street. They host holiday parties which was nice. We had zero issues with anyone our first time renting. Our second time however we had a horrible neighbor. (Miss Dark) She was crazy. The apartment tried to help handle the situation as best they could but honestly theres nothing they could do until her lease was over. They did let us break our lease to get away from her which was very kind of them. Her review is an exaggeration of events. However she did call the police a handful of times. Once for her door being hit by another car and she tried saying I did it. But the police proved that wasnt the case because my door sits to high. Another time because she was outside screaming at me for my dog going to the bathroom in the grass and she felt threatened by my eight month pregnant self. The police told her Im allowed to have the dog and since the dog didnt bite her and I didnt touch her there was nothing they could do for her. And the final time was when my husband parked next to her car... in his own spot. Not over the lines. In the unassigned parking lot. So honestly take her review with a grain of salt. I highly doubt the staff is racist. Mainly because the office staff and maintenance staff are a mix of all races. (White, black, Mexican...)

My husband and I have been residents of Camden Woodson Park for quite some time now and the staff, Tina, Tanya, Laverne and others are always so nice and take the time to talk and get to know you. That makes them be an extended family in my opinion. I love the cleanliness of the property, the beautiful greenery abd how quiet and beautiful it looks at night. I get so many compliments when people visit me especially because of my massive closet space. The setup for paying your rent, requesting assistance and receiving packages are extremely convenient especially for someone with little time to spare. 2 thumbs up Camden Woodson Park. ..you rock!

I have lived in this complex for over 5 years now, the facilities are spotless, clubhouse, pool and workout gym. All my maintenance request have been resolved in 1 to 4 hrs. The ladies that work in the clubhouse are very kind and courteous and take good care of all my Amazon packages with fast notifications.

Great property, management is amazing Always on their A game. I would recommend to anyone. All staff personnel are kind and welcoming.

Lived here for about a year, besides minor issues that about every apartment is going to have, I really have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Its quiet, the staff has always been very nice and when those minor things do occur they get right to it! The gates almost ALWAYS work, Ive never seen them be down longer than a few hours, it feels safe here ands been an easy place to live.

Honestly, the apartments themselves are great, the layout is super spacious. However, there is SO many problems within the complex. The gate is broken 80% of the time. There is minimum to ZERO guest parking. I am a current resident and we cannot wait to move out of these over priced apartments. Every single comment on the community wall is a complaint, yet the office does nothing about it. Were paying $1,300 a month for this BS.

Camden is a great place to live with a ton of great amenities. The community is kept in top shape with a great pool, workout facility, dog park and an amazing staff! Keep it up Camden!

The staff @ Camden are a delight. Prompt, professional and willing to go that extra step to make life easier. Camden is in an ideal location, close to work and easy to get downtown for a night out or a day shopping. Lots of amenities and a wonderful place to call home.

Customer service was great . Leasing agent was very detailed and informative and I ended up finding out she was only an intern. She was so professional I thought she had been working there for a while. Nevertheless i am exited about my new apartment . Everything in the pictures look exactly the same in real life.

I really like Camden Woodson Park so far. The complex is pretty, the units come with nice appliances, and my only maintenance request was fixed quickly. Id like even more community parties/get-togethers, though! (Preferably after 7 on weekdays or during the weekend, due to normal office work schedules of most residents.)

Ive only lived at this property since the beginning of the year, but I have had no problems. My service requests are promptly resolved, and the office staff is always pleasant. I love the size and floor plan of my apartment as well as the general kind feeling of the community. Thanks!

I have been living in Camden Woodson Park for approx. 4 months. I love the property, amenities and location. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are respectful of each others space. Parking is not always the best situation and I often find myself rushing home to make sure I get a spot within a reasonable distance of my front door (not the case on weekends) and visitor parking is virtually non-existent and is typically full before resident parking (TELL VISiTORS TO GET THERE EARLY!). However, other than this I have no complaints. The ladies in the office are efficient, helpful and responsive to any issues or concerns.

For the most part this is a great place to live. Ive lived here for 5 years so I KNOW HUNNY! Maintenance is excellent they dont complain at all they fix every and anything.

From the very first time me & my wife coming to Camden, Michelle Shick has been very friendly and helpful. They also respond our complaint about the faucet prior to our moving day in a glimpse and put a security pole in our gate as residents requested, to keep the residence more secured.All staff here are superb! The service are great! Have been here for almost 2 months and feels very homey compare to my last one. You will not regret choosing CWP Apt. as your home.

We moved into the Camden in December 2017. The staff is very nice and helpful, as well as the maintenance team. Maintenance issues are handled very quickly, which is quite impressive! They keep the landscaping nice all the time and they listen to their tenants concerns. What I really like about this Camden is that the group page is transparent- meaning that they dont hide anything and allow open dialogue between the staff and tenants. Most apartments dont do this and make it seem like everything is great. Trust is everything and Camden Woodson Park definitely has mine.

The community is quite peaceful. The staff have been cooperative and responsive.
