They werent able to help me fix my car, but Dillard (sp) was gracious and allowed me to leave my car there so I can get it towed. The entire staff was friendly, working well together and keeping everyone updated. Definitely recommend.

Was Slow today- usually quicker

I wouldn’t go here, the service is slow, and very pricey. Yes, the customer service is good dont get me wrong but waited an hour 1/2 for an oil change and tire rotation. First time here an honestly probably my last. I’m just disappointed that I had to wait that long and it still cost a gold monkey with an additional 10 dollars off coupon. But, on a positive, the customer service is good without the time it took.

Don’t use this place. It took over an hour for a basic oil change and there was only one other customer there.

Dont tell someone they dont need and appointment when in fact you do. If you dont know the answer to someones question then go ask someone else or something dont just say what you think people want to here.

I’ve had my truck serviced several times when it was Havoline Express lube . It’s now Jiffy Lube,,,,,,,, there is nothing Jiffy about it …….

I broke a serpentine belt on the road, and called ahead worried they wouldnt get to me. They told me to come on they would take care of me. I wasnt let down. In less than 30 minutes they fixed my belt and serviced my van while we waited in the cool waiting room. Very good prices, cheaper than my local shop would have done it. I couldnt have been happier. I highly suggest Jiffy Lube of Corinth!

Great place with great customer service. They were quick and on point with oil change and a fix on a headlight.

The place is pretty small and their waiting room is really small. Their prices are decent but I did buy my own oil and oil filter and air filter. I was suppose to get a 2$ discount for my air filter but did not get it. Overall its not a bad place.

Went yesterday to get a tire fixed granted they were closing in 5 minutes but still i had a flat and one guy there was like nope we close in 5 minutes i mean come on i am a woman for 1 and 2 i had a flat they could have stay a bit over to help me out i was 1 hour late leaving work because i didnt want to just leave my customers not taken care of so needless to say Walmart Tire Center helped me out

I tried taking my truck up there twice for wheel alignment and there was always a reason they couldnt do it. So today I called and the guy said if I dropped it off they would have it done by end of the day. I dropped it off this morning for the alignment and an oil change. So when I called up there to check on it I was informed the other person I spoke with didnt know he was talking about and they would not be able to do it today. When I asked y I was told different he said you can leave it for tomorrow or I can bring your keys out since we havent done anything to it. Will never go back or refer anyone to them...

Went to get coolant flush performed,but after an hour of waiting,he tells me it cant be done due to a tee being installed in heater hose.That it was a liability due to the pressure would blow out the tee or elsewhere!But yet any flush kit that is on the shelf has tees and tells you to install in hose?Either unprofessional or idiots! Leaning more towards the 2nd.I would not recommend for any mechanical service to be performed there!!!

Had my own oil and it was less than 20 minute but 40 bucks wow you do what you have to do it needed it so....#itiswatitis

Pretty pricey place!!! 75 dollars for an oil change? That’s why I always loved the shade tree mechanic, they get the job done and let you leave with your arm and leg. 😂😂

In the past,this particular Havoline in Corinth has provided my entire family with Superior customer service, consistently, especially a female representative who is considerate, clearly knowledgeable and very professional. For some reason, sometime within the past year, a rude, disrespectful guy who never removes his sunglasses and clearly hasn’t had any training on how to interact with customers now has us looking for alternatives. Seriously. This new Jiffy Lube is losing 5 longtime customers who had nothing but great experiences before this guy showed up. I don’t know her name, but she used to appear to run the place, but my heart goes out to her if she has to work under this guy. I’ve personally witnessed other customers having very negative reactions to this goober who clearly needs a humility check. Sad for other patrons who will miss having such an awesome, friendly and reliable resource in our community as we had with Havoline and as we counted on with the woman who appeared to be in charge and was so pleasant to deal with. Dump the Goober with his shades.

Always a great help. Theyve solved my car problems 3 separate times. Very friendly staffEdit:Havoline is my familys go-to for auto services. I sent my younger brother up there with his first car and he was messed over. He took his car in for a tune-up and the staff changed spark plugs. Upon leaving, his car tried to die on him and the check engine light came on. When he returned the next day to resolve the issue, he was charged for spark plug wires that the staff neglected to put on. Turns out his motor had been misfiring because the service wasnt done properly. Instead of doing the honorable thing and fixing the issue that was created by visiting the shop, he was charged $100. Ive never been so displeased with this auto shop.

Dude was rude. On the bill they checked off stuff they didnt do, nothing huge, but still.

They put between 14 to 16 quarts of oil in my suburban. It was smoking and shaking very bad. I told them something is wrong all I needed was all change and my car is not right. At that point the manager and mechanic said you must have a misfire just drive it until the check engine light comes on and come back. Told them I do not want to drive it I dont want to tear the motor up something is wrong with an a misfire. He said he can hook it up to the computer for $45 plus tax and run a diagnostic but but the oil change cannot make the engine do what its doing and white smoke coming out of the exhaust. I told him I will have my mechanic come look at it. My mechanic got out of the car went straight over there pull the dipstick had oil all the way to the top of the dip stick. I showed it to them they realize they had messed up. The manager stated upon inspection of the equipment that the digital reader on the oil trigger was messed up and was pumping 3 quarts for every 1 quart that it was reading. I ask him do they still not check the oil level upon completion of oil change as they always have he said yes. Moral of the story is if you got your oil changed in the month of September during the first or second week you may want to check your oil level before you blow your engine up. Will say after that he did refund me my money and did apologize.

Very courteous. Clean facilities and knowledge staff. They do what you ask and inform without pressuring you.

Very helpful staff, they have always come through for me at a reasonable price although their oil change is a little pricey. Also their in stock tires are not the beat quality but they can order whatever you would like.

When I first starting using them they were really fast. Could get an oil change and tire rotation in 25 minutes. Now takes them 45 minutes to do an oil change with no one else in the pit...

They broke my hubcap refused to fix it, also broke a stud off my tire and charged me 90 hr to fix it so I could put the tire back on. I sent my teenage daughter down there to get her oil changed on a different occasion and they over charged her. Pathetic

If your not satisfied, they make it right.I would only use them for my repairs.I appreciate the top notch Mecanics working there.

Asked for full synthetic and they put revular oil in the vehicle. They did change it but I am disappointed. Will think about it before I go back. I have had good experiences until now.

Radiator flush and fill...they splattered fluid in my engine compartment and didnt clean up. Did not find until several weeks later...hard to clean after dried on.
