Today was the LAST time that I will EVER step foot in this place. I came in for my 5:30 appointment that I called in last week to reschedule for today and when I come to sign in, Bobby specifically…says what can I help you with? I said I have a 5:30 appointment and stated my name…AGAIN, cause he acts as though he can’t remember it every time I come even though he’s the only one I allowed to touch my nails. Anyways…so he goes to tell me that my appointment was yesterday. I said no, I called on last Tuesday to be exact to reschedule for today, September 28th which is a week from last Tuesday. It’s not my fault that you misunderstood what I initially said on the phone last week when I called. He said anyways and brushed me off and said that they’ll “try to fit me in”. I sat down and thought to myself, I’m getting ready to walk out this door. So he comes over and says he has to soak my nails and I asked, how long will the wait be? He said I still have to soak your nails and I should be done by the time he was done with some other lady. I said you know what…never mind, I’m going somewhere else and he got extremely quiet. I happily walked out and will never return to this place again. I’m going back to my old faithful nail shop!

This was the first time I have been to nail image. I looked at reviews and they were great for nail art and such, so the hour drive seemed worth it. I asked for a dip manicure with a red and silver gel design and Alabama As. The As are always tough so I made no complaints there. But when I got home, I noticed 2 of my nails, thumb and middle finger, she completely missed the sides with the clear top coat. So I had to go to a local place and get them fixed. Then the next day as I was settling in to bed, I noticed my other thumb the red design all across the tip has completely come off! Lets face it, its not cheap to get your nails beautified... This should not happen right after getting them done! Not happy at all! I gave a 2 star bc they were all very nice.Update: went back the 3rd day after getting them done to get them fixed, I expressed my concerns as I live an hour away and cant continue to come back every day to every other day, they insisted she fix them and it would stay and they have a 2 week guarantee if anything happens they will fix it....again hour drive.. This was yesterday and today almost all the red on my middle finger has come off. All I have done is picked up, and washed my hands and slept. I dont know what to do at this point...2 of my nails at the cuticle area were grinded so thin its sensitive and feels like there isnt much nail there. Never had this happen anywhere else. Im nervous to get them done again by anyone. Its so thin is there enough nail to even remove whats there without more damage...😣🥺

Every visit is pleasant and inviting. If you have an appointment, they are sure to politely explain excuse themselves from non-appointment or walk-in clients. I really appreciate the promptness in prioritizing appointments without insulting walk-ins. The atmosphere is always embracing and the ‘Hey, Tracey,’ is an extra added layer of personalized service.

I absolutely love this place. I come here to relax and get pampered every month faithfully. The staff are all very kind and generous. They take their time to make sure you are satisfied and comfortable. Everything is clean, neat, and organized.

First time going here and everyone was so helpful and they were very kind. Great customer service and they told me about how it works, earning points for free services, and I was attended by Sue and she was great and made sure I was satisfied with my nails shape and color. I dropped the ball and came in later for a manicure than I should have and they greeted me with kindness and a can-do attitude. Sue did a fantastic job on my manicure and paid such close attention to detail. What resonated most with me, however, is how the owner/manager treated each employee with respect, appreciation, and kindness. What a wonderful example of servant leadership.I was also able to relax and enjoy my spa treatment and that is rare these days! I will definitely be back soon

Got my second ever SNS dip powder. My tips had grown out and I did not want any more acrylic on my nails. No matter where you go your nails are going to be thin and damaged after you take off the acrylic and the tips. I was astounded at how bad they were. Nothing against this place they did a great job. I You was worked on by Cam and she assured me that it would be 4 weeks for me to need to come back and at that time when they took this off my nails would be better. Im praying thats true. She was sweet. She was grateful for her tip. I was a walk in and they had no problem sitting me right down. I will continue to go here. You can see in the photos how shiny and real that my nails look and they are my nails with just that polish on them. They were so sweet to give me a container rather large of their hand and cuticle scrub. They make it in house and they gave everybody a $5 bottle for christmas. Ive never used it but it smells amazing and I cant wait to be able to use it soon.

Pedicures at Nail Image are always relaxing and very professional. The salon is clean, all products are individually packaged and the pedicure chair wells are covered with a disposable cover to protect from germs. My family all got pedicures today and had a fabulous experience!

Went for the first time today, and I loved it! Bobby did my dip manicure, and he did such a great job! He was so nice and made me feel like family. Will definitely be back!

Sue Was amazing. Not only was she gorgeous herself she offered things that was healthy for me. She was very gentle and I got right in. Very organized place and thorough about COVID-19. Got my temp checked before signing in! Refreshments was offered. Will go again and recommend them.

We have been to many nail salons in Hoover, to find a good one, and we really love this one. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and my nails always look great. They offer a two week “warranty” on your nails, so if you chip or break a nail within two weeks of your service, you can come back and have it repaired. My pictures are of the color change gel, so note that when you see the color is different on some nails, it’s not a mistake in the manicure, but because the color was actively changing when I took the picture.Also note that you cannot add a tip on a credit/debit card here, so bring cash to tip your nail tech.

This was my first time at this salon. Sue and Bobby were friendly and professional, the entire establishment was welcoming. The pedicure and manicure are beautiful. Will most definitely return.

I have been searching all over Birmingham to find a great nail salon that doesn’t cut corners on service - Nail Image is everything and more! Even just being there our first time, you can tell how incredible they are. Fantastic customer service, genuinely beautiful nails (like an ACTUAL gradient dip nail you’d see on Instagram). My mother and I usually use galleria nails but couldnt get ahold of them, I called around to several salons and most were booked we stumbled across nail image. I called and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely polite and said come in when we arrived the entire staff was very nice we were offered something to drink, they did make us use hand sanitizer and took our temperature we waited just a few minutes but I had noticed their rating was 80 which was a concern of mine, all the pedicure chairs were extremely close to one another so they werent practicing social distancing . I received a pedicure which wasnt that good my soles of my feet are still rough and has visible cracks Ive never left galleria nails with this problem I mentioned something to Mary and she said she scrubbed my feet and if I wanted her to go back over them it would be an extra 7 dollars, I politely declined. My manicure was decent I usually get a clear coat put on my nails the polish she used didnt leave my nails with a good shine. Overall the salon was clean and neat and all the staff was extremely nice, but for me personally i will not go back.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I paid for a spa pedicure and gel nails manicure didn’t get either done. The staff caters to certain people, being Africa American I felt out of place as though I was not welcomed there. My finger was cut by one of the technicians and my nails was left unmanicured I was still asked to pay and paid. My nails look horrible cuticles was not cut back and nails all shaped differently. I pray that the staff be friendly to all customers who pay for a service and treat all with the same courtesy.

Du Nguyen was amazing! It was very delicate and careful to detail. He took his time, while also making sure to have me in and out in a timely manner. I will absolutely be returning.

Wonderful place! It was my sister and Is first time there and we felt very comfortable from the get go. I got acrylic extensions and a chrome powder dip and it looks amazing. Bobby got the length just right and the chrome was worth the little extra money. My sister got acrylic extensions and a regular powder dip. She really enjoyed Kevin and how engaging he was. They have a 2 week guarantee in case we accidentally damage the nails and that alone makes me and my sister want to come back very soon!!

My mother and I have gone here for years and both love it. Every worker here is so nice and they even offer drinks. I’ve always loved how my nails looked after and it’s a very soothing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Bobby is the best nail technician I have ever gone to. Hes super friendly, fast as heck, and never fails to give me what I want. This place is AMAZING!! The customer service here is top notch, everything they do it’s about making sure their guest leaves satisfied! Cam was exceptional in making sure that my color was exactly right! My nail technician Kevin was the best to do my nails yet, since my technician moved to Georgia. He was very attentive to how I wanted my nails as well as making sure he checked with me about everything he did the whole way through! They also provided free beverages to all guests, while being serviced. I will definitely be back soon!

I love that they have young guys at the pedicure stations. The best part about a pedi is the massage. I loved my foot/leg massage he was firm and consistent. And he did a wonderful job actually painting my toes!!

I was have my vehicle serviced at Hendricks and called them around 9:17am they accepted my walk in and had me in the chair soaking before 9:30. The place is clean, professional and friendly! Im seriously considering the drive from trussville to here to become a regular customer.

We always make a stop to visit Nail Image when were in town for the girls to get pampered, and Bobby and his staff are very welcoming. Its a nice and friendly atmosphere. Their gel and dipping is very durable and resistance to chipping. Itll last you a good two weeks or so.

This place is awesome! It’s very clean and affordable. I felt so relaxed when I came here. The nail technician was very nice; he advised me to get either gel polish or the dipping (SNS) on my nails because there is a 2 week guarantee. So far, I am very pleased and my nails have been holding up!

This is the worst place ever. I wanted to get manicure for my daughter as her Christmas gift and the lady who did my child’s nails was doing just nails and there was not even a single massage on her hands. That lady was even very rude in her behavior. It seemed she was in a hurry and just wanted to finish this off as fast as she could. I am not at all satisfied and would never visit again.

The staff was so so sweet and attentive, even though we got there only a hour before close.This was my first time having SNS nails and Bobby was very informative and explained the whole process to me. My friend had the delux pedicure and it looked like it felt amazing. They spent so much time on her, unlike most places that speed through it. They also have a reward system. I have been looking for a new nail place and Im confident that Ive found that.

While I got my nails done here I was treated as if I was a burden. The guy who was doing my nails kept leaving to go take care of other customers, offer them refreshments, and chit chat. He didn’t offer me anything to drink the whole time. I’m very indecisive when it comes to my nails and I realize that can be annoying but I’m going to be looking at these nails for awhile so I want to leave happy and satisfied. He kept getting annoyed and he did not make the ombré on my nails match both hands. I pointed out that one side was darker than the other and he just said “oh” and didn’t offer to fix it. This was my first day time at this nail place and I will not be returning.

Rude. No price list. I asked initially how much for 2 colors said 45. Then charged 50. Took 2.5 hours for dip with no wait. Super slow. I do not recommend at all!
