I love it here!!! All of the nail places I’ve been & this by far is the closest to PERFECTION!! 😊 Everyone is ALWAYS so nice and polite! Tam is my personal nail tech, and her work demonstrates how much she loves what she do! She NEVER disappoints! 💅🏾 They provide the best customer service you could ask for!!!

I will literally never go anywhere else to get my nails done. They have the most talented nail artists here (shoutout to Tam and her mom for building a successful and creative team). They also treat their clients with above and beyond customer service. Ive never been disappointed. Dont think about it, just treat yourself to the best mani/pedi youll ever get!

I love Tam and the whole Fabulous Nail Crew🥰. Always friendly, always professional and get countless compliments on my nails after every appointment. I keep a standing 2 week appointment and they never disappoint! Any picture you show Tam she will bring to life🤗

Tammy is very rude . My appointment was at 12:30 and she stopped during my service when I looked at the colors. It took me 2 minutes to decide a color. She didn’t come back until 12:45. She confused me with someone else who is black and a different situation and claimed I had an issue with her before ? . I always loved her work and referred two of my friends to her . They both said she was rude and inconsiderate as well when they went to her but I overlooked this but can’t after this situation today . I will not be returning

It has been a Hassel to find a great nail shop in Hoover. I was told to try them out and I absolutely love Jenny and her husband I think his name is Kelvin. But they are expensive but its worth it. I always get the basic Pedi and always wondered how it came to 50 bucks when it clearly says 30 didnt know they charge 20 for gel polish. So in all nails and Pedi 100 bucks. They need to inform you on their rates of things or hang a price list. But Ill be back every 2 weeks.

I will never go back to this place they charge you $20 extra dollars for gel polish which is ridiculous they are to expensive never in my life have I paid $20 for gel polish pandemic or not no other nail shop Is charging that much for gel if you gotta charge that much to keep your business running quick way for it to go down you guys are over charging people it’s ridiculous

I love Jenny she’s the absolute best. I’ve been coming for a few years and Jenny has been my GIRL every since. I love Judy as well she’s my back up.

I love getting my nails done here. They have hundreds of colors to choose from and do beautiful work. They are a little more expensive than others around but you get what you pay for.

The staff are very friendly and get u in and out fast. The people who went with me, loved It and I loved the nails they got, I was the only one with some issues with my nails, but I will have to try It one more time, but as for my other two people who went with me are diffidently going back, the girl who did my nails was very sweet and i was very mean to her, but she was very understanding and we got something solved out. Not many places in Hoover do good I would recommend this place for others. (All 3 people did It with the same person) I just had a bad experience for the first time.

Do not spend your money at this nail salon. The service is horrible and the quality is not worth the price. Tam has poor customer service etiquette with customers . I will never spend another penny with this business. Bad customer service is a deal breaker for me!

I absolutely love this place! Always great service and never a long wait. I have visited most nail salons in Birmingham and this is my favorite. My nails are always beautiful and the staff is super friendly!

I love this shop. This is my first time I been here, everyone here is so nice, and sweet, they give me water and ask if I want some wine for free. I got SNS on my nails and they charged me $40, the last shop I went to I paid $60 but it don’t work it. I definitely come back because I love my nails, love the shape they gave me.

This is my absolute favorite place. It is not a place you can go in and out very quick, so if you decide to go make sure you have enough time. They arent slow, but they take their time to do your nails perfect! There is a wide variety of different colors and polishes. All of the employees there are friendly and social and will chat with you while they do your nails. They are very detailed and their nail designs are very beautiful and elaborate. You get more than your moneys worth here!!!

I asked how long it would be before I could get a dip nail done. I was told 10 minutes. After waiting over 25 minutes I decided to just do a simple gel polish instead so I could get out a little quicker. The woman was rude and when I explained I didn’t have the same kind of timer rushed through the entire process and messed up the shape of my nails. So much so at one point I had to take the nail file and fix it myself. At the end I was charged $25 for a POLISH. She kept saying I had a manicure but I didn’t get a manicure! Over priced and not straightforward. When I asked questions she kept saying over and over “yep $25. You pay $25” I was so frustrated I just paid and left. Will not be back.

Great staff- personal level and entertaining. I love it here. You don’t feel overwhelmed or like just another person. They take their time with you. Less hectic here.

Hands down the best place I’ve ever had my nails done. Just got them done in Huntsville and they don’t compare. Fabulous nails takes their time and does a great job!! Never going anywhere unless it’s here! 10/10 recommend Judy😍!

Each family member is so welcoming! The atmosphere makes you feel really comfortable and not awkward at all. They start conversations with you and are very gentle with your hands. 10/10 highly recommend Judy but youll have to make an appointment with her. So hurry and call! :)

I do not recommend this place at all. I was given a $50 gift certificate for mothers day. I decided to go there to get a pedicure for the amount of my certificate. I told the young lady at the very beginning . She fail not to explain to me of any additional charges and my bill came to $75 which made me to to come up with $25 that i didnt have. Never again !!!!!

Came in for a full set and wanted to leave with my half chopped off old acrylics instead because they couldn’t remove the old set properly and grinder down to my nails until they burned broke and bled and spent an hour and a half there soaking my old nails off with no new set

They charged me 48 dollars for a full set of acrylic nails. My nails look horrible they didn’t do them right. Ripoff for ugly looking nails. Stuff is rude and don’t speak English. Never going back they suck. Had a bad experience it’s day three and my nails don’t even look right. I’m a kind person but I have to be honest about my experience. If l could rate it it’s a zero. Rude ass people and want to charge me extra for the bad looking nails. It’s hard to gain a customer sorry to say you just lost one

I love this salon!!! I came here to get a spa pedicure, and it was so relaxing. I got the Aroma Deluxe and got the scent cucumber. The atmosphere is great!! And the staff is wonderful. I tell my friends from my job to come here whenever they ask where I get my nails and toes done. Thank you☺️☺️

Worst experience . . They literally made me cry . . I asked the lady I wanted squared nails . . Short and showed her the theme that I wanted . . But she decided to do a different thing when I told her not to . . And she said they would look pretty . . She did long and pointy nails and one color only and payed over $60 . . Never coming here again!!!!!!!!!Would have done it somewhere else for cheaper and would have got what I wanted 😒😒

Very relaxing! The staff were family, which made the atmosphere very casual and welcoming. Will definitely be back! I got a pedicure, gel mani, and eyebrow wax. So happy with the result of all.

TERRIBLE! BE WARNED! If you get the BASIC pedicure that is advertised as $25, and you get gel polish on your toes, you’re going to pay $50 for that pedicure. They charge $25 for gel polish just on your toes! THIS IS NOT ADVERTISED!!!! I never give crappy reviews but I feel like I was just taken advantage of. There was a lady beside me that this happened to as well and she was shocked too.

I will never go there again! I went there 1 hour and 30 mins before closing to get gel polish on my nails and a pedicure. He took forever doing my gel coat and at 30 mins before closing they rushed me out saying they have to many customers and are closing soon. I explained to them that I really needed a pedicure and they told me to come back tomorrow. So now I’m another nail salon to get my pedicure... I am furious!!

Been a couple times and every time I goMy nails either pop off or they are not done correctly. Last month I got yellow gel it peeled of like a sticker and they charge $20 for gel so another $90 for nailed and toes gone down the drain ...Got them did on last Saturday 3 days later they are popping off and coming up I just paid them $85 for my nails and toes which is too much for the gel and it’s peeling off again soo the girl who did them try to charge $40 to fix them . Smh they are getting over with this $20 gelI was told they pay $20 a bottle and that’s how much they charge one person never will i be back here I will .

Linda & her daughters are the best. I have never felt so good getting my nails done with either of the three. I love my nails everytime I get them done by them. I moved to Hoover recently & this is the only place I will go to get my nails done.

Worst pedicure ever! If I could, I wouldve given it no stars. The technician kept getting up to do other things. First the water was boiling hot, then later on it was ice cold. Others who came in after me had to wait for hot water. Also had to repeatedly ask the tech to scrape my feet. Unprofessional atmosphere and concerns about cleanliness and sanitation as there was a client who was holding a cute little dog the whole time I was there.

Very nice staff! Wait may be a little long but it is worth it! I came in here after having an ordeal at another nail salon & I left very pleased and the manager made sure of that!

Service was prompt and good. A bit disappointed that we could not get holiday themed designs done on our nails.

By far the worst experience. My nails look awful. I have 3 bleeding fingers, nail polish all over the place. Lady stayed on the phone the WHOLE time. Then went to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady actually tried to wax my eyebrows while still on the phone. I will never ever go back or recommend.

Dont go for SNS. WASTE OF MONEY! I went last week to get SNS and I had a nail chip that night. So I Went back to them the day after to get my nail fixed. Two days after that I had more nails chip. SNS is way too expensive for the nails to chip within days. Obviously they have no idea how to do SNS. Even the nail I had fixed cracked. So I called to speak to the owner and they tell me she is on vacation. I asked to leave a message and to be contacted for a refund and left my number. You think Ive been contacted? Poor customer service.

Poor work for it to be so expensive, very nonchalant, got my daughter a pedicure said her feet wouldnt reach under dryer as if i was gonna let her walk out with wet feet, i got up to fan them so they could at least dry...she said thats very tiring ill carry her to the car for you, clearly im 8 mths pregnant and had to carry her out in my arms !!! My feet are still hard as a brick at the bottom so basically i got my toes painted and a hot as towel laid accross them only went here because i was in the area but NEVER again!! I didnt see anything FABULOUS about this place, the staff or service!!
