Worst service ever. My insurance company contracted them to come out. They never showed up. They never answered a single phone call. I waited hours for nothing. Had to call another tow company. Luckily my insurance company sent out a very reputable company. Empire Towing was the best. They contacted me immediately, and the towing technician was very professional.

One of the many towing companies that prey upon the tourist, and on the poor people of this city. They impound their cars but they end up keeping the cars because people can not afford the fees and fines. Police often work along side these companies.

Our fiat needed to be towed this evening. The gentleman that came was prompt, friendly, professional, and respectful. I read the reviews and to be honest, it scared me. Thankfully, our experience was the exact opposite. I highly recommend this company.

Called by our insurance company, they said they would be there in an hour. I tried calling several times when they didnt show up, but no one answered the phone. They never did show up. Finally had to call another company.

Listen to the reviews. When youre reading this, you probably waited for them for 1 hour or more. Theyll never show up. We called our insurance and they told us that theyre coming in 15-20 mins. They never showed up.

The guy literally gave up picking me up because I was nearby a military base. Wow

Used Allstate motorclub and they sent this company. Excellent service. My car was parked in Queen’s Medical Center Miller Garage. Dayton was awesome. Showed up at the time stated, maneuvered through a tight garage with heavy car flow and got it back to my house that had a tight driveway. Helped me manually push it into my awkward parking space. Would definitely use these guys again!!!!

ALL reviews posted are true. No response, no call backs, no voicemail set up, waited over 2 hours on side on the dangerous highway. If I had to rate this company in one word, it would be “TRASH”. If USAA insurance office them for service, immediately call and request cancellation and referral to different company.

Terrible service! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I waited over an hour for a tow that I did not get. Nearing the hour wait I called at least 5 times and got no answer each time. Finally got a hold of them through my insurance company who said that theyre backed up and wanted to reschedule a tow... the next day! Had I been notified that they were backed up I wouldnt have wasted my time waiting on them and would have called another towing company (which I did) sooner rather than later.

We called USAA for roadside assistance, someone was supposed to be there within an hour. Nearing the timeframe the man called my husband and said he took the wrong exit and needed to cancel the trip. He LEFT my husband stranded on the side of the road. They are seriously unprofessional and never answer the phone. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

NO ALOHA! Braddah left me stranded on the side of the road for an hour. Roadside called n stated tow company claimed they called me and I didn’t answer. First of all I’m on the side of the road on the highway with my phone in my hand. No one called. I tried to call back and no answer. Roadside reassigned the tow and I had to wait another hour. Unbelievable that PROTOWCOL was a no show and Lied to cover it. I made complaint with Roadside who reassigned to PINKYS TOW. Let me say in my experience with Pinky’s. Better service provider and much more professional. So in the future, ask for Pinkys when needing Service. Say NO to Protowcol. Shady mofos. When dealing with roadside service you can request a certain tow company as long as they are in the network of providers n available to accept the tow at the time service is needed.

I was astounded that a tow truck driver would mock my husbands request who is currently serving Overseas & the owner of the car.
