My car was stuck on a downhill slope and needed to be towed to the garage, and Chad was AMAZING. He had to try a few different ways to get the car onto the tow-truck involving pushing it uphill in the intense heat. He was very patient and diligent, and even kept a good sense of humor! I really appreciate your help, Chad!

We had a friendly guy come help us when we needing to change our tire on our rental car. The rental was missing a special tool and he thankfully had it in his truck. Way to save us and our 5 month old baby on the side of the road!

Frances was an absolute angel.My car broke down on base, and the auto shop I called quoted $240 for diagnosis of all potential issues, with additional charges for hourly labor and parts.Frances was assigned through USAA to tow my car to the auto shop. However, upon his arrival, he tested my car battery and alternator for free, got my car running, and gave me advice on the best places on island to buy parts without getting upcharged. He didn’t end up needing to tow my car. He was extremely patient, friendly, and honest. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I appreciated his professionalism enormously. I haven’t experienced this quality of service in any previous car-related appointments.I will be using O’Sung for all future auto repair needs.

My car died on my way to work this morning. I called AAA and O’Sung Towing was sent to hep me. The dispatcher called me as soon as she received the call, asked me questions about the service I needed and advised me a tow truck was on its way to my location. Soon after Sam called me to say he would be there in a few minutes and we discussed my options. Based on his knowledge and experience, we decided to tow my car to one of his shops and he stayed with me until my friend arrived to pick me up. It turned out the drive belt broke causing my car to die and O’Sung auto shop fixed it within a couple of hours and for much less than I expected. What started out as a bad morning with a dead car on the side of the road at 5:00am was made instantly better with the wonderful people at O’Sung. I highly recommend their services!

While working a side job I had tire trouble so I pulled over to the side of the freeway. It was nighttime but didnt want to chance driving. Called AAA, who notified Osung tow. Osungs driver Kimo responded, accessed my situation and ended up changing out the tire. He was courteous and very professional. Thank you Osung!

Went on vacation for 30 days and when I returned, my car would not start. I was told that the driver would arrive in an hour and a half. The driver, Garret, showed up in less than an hour. Garret checked the battery, but it was good. He tried jumping it, but it still wouldnt start. He determined that it could possibly be the starter. It was making a winding noise. He worked some of his magic and got it started. He could have easily left after jumping it, but in my opinion, he went above and beyond just providing a jump start service. I highly recommend this company. Much mahalo to OSungs and Garret.

Called another tow company...several times. They never showed up. Called OSung who arrived between 10 to 15 minutes later. $80 for the short tow to there shop. Was going to Honolulu Ford which is near OSung. Driver looked at my issue, took pictures, called his boss. They said they could repair quickly and much less than the dealer. Repair completed in less 24 hours at a fair price. Price was lower than the Ford dealer and time in shop shorter. Expected Ford to keep truck through weekend about 4 or 5 days total. Shorter time in shop saved me on truck rental cost. Plus Enterprize Car Rental across street from shop. They offered a discount on car rental while in shop. Car rental was half price of what was quoted online. I was looking at $500 for a rental over 5 days. Paid only $48 for one day. That in itself is a huge savings. Highly recommend OSung.

Super reliable professional towing. ETA arrival by minutes. After my initial phone call, the tow truck arrived within 20 minutes. Watching the driver towing my SUV was amazing, especially towing from my high rise garage spot on the 7th floor. My husband and I were having issues with a changing one of our tires and called AAA. We can’t thank them enough and just had the best service with Josh! He was so helpful and came out super quickly. O’sung was dispatched through my insurance when I hit a pot hole heading southbound on Farrington highway coming from Kaena Point, aside from taking a bit of time to get an initial response (I don’t think that was their fault) they originally quoted me 1hr30min wait time but ended up being much quicker than that. Braddah that came out was fast and knew what he was doing. We really appreciated the good service especially during wild times in the world. Wonderful experience! I was stranded on the side of the road in the early hours of morning. Working through AAA I was able to get tow truck on the way at 5am in great time. Communication was great through ‘Glimpse’ to know when help would arrive. Sammy was very professional and abiding but the current Covid standards. Hopefully I wont need another tow anytime soon but I would definitely recommend OSung Towing!

A friend of mine called Osung Towing for me, they said they would send a driver out in 30 minutes. The driver called in 15 minutes, when he arrived I met him he asked for the keys and drove my car up on his truck. This all took less than 5 minutes, and he was on his way to the shop. Amazing!👍🏼

I requested a towing service for my much-loved, classic Mercedes SL through AAA. From the very first call by the tow truck driver to advise of his imminent arrival until the job was done he was the most professional, friendly person possible. He introduced himself as Kai and maneuvered the car with such expertise for someone so young, and he did it all with respect and a super friendly, professional manner. This young guy will go far. I hope he is appreciated by his superiors.

I had my vehicle die on me on the H3. OSung towing was quick and professional. They handled everything perfectly with a very skilled driver.

My wife had a flat tire and Chad came by to repair the flat. The one star is for Chad. He was very cordial and said a plug would be fine and be permanent. He put a plug in and inflated the tire at a cost of $52.00 cash. Less than two days later the tire was flat. We needed to buy a new tire. Called OSungs for a refund of the $52.00. Talked to Karen, who said the boss wasnt in. Left a message, but received no follow up call. Called again and talked to Noe who said the boss wasnt in, but is claiming the repair was temporary. Do not deal with this company!

One of your tow truck drivers decided that 1:00 am is the perfect time to stop in the middle of an intersection in a quiet residential area and make a whole bunch of noise. He woke up the entire neighborhood including every dog for a block.I feel bad for the owner of the truck he was towing because it sure looked like he had it hooked up incorrectly. I bet he was dragging it with the parking brake on because I saw him rooting through the cabin of the pickup being towed. Eventually he gave up and re-positioned his tow truck to lift the rear axle instead of the front.So thanks for that. Who needs sleep on a Tuesday night? Its not like anyone works tomorrow.

I broke down last night close to the Blaisdell and called AAA. They contracted with OSung to take care of my situation which they did, more quickly than was initially anticipated, which was great! Lima made it pretty painless, even hilarious with his humorous personality. HE SHOULD BE A COMEDIAN - SERIOUSLY 👍🏻

My mother who is an independent 87 years old kapuna had a flat tire today, she called AAA and was referred to O’Sung Towing. With quick response, the tow driver name Sam was very polite and respectful, she said. She continue saying on how, Sam, made her feel safe and comfortable. I would like to say also “Mahalo ‘oe” Sam, for being there and taking care of my mother.

Had to call AAA to have my car towed due to dead battery. The moment i hung Up with AAA a rep from Osungs called to ask some follow up questions and give me an estimated time. The driver then called me and let me know he was about 15 min away. Called me again to let me know he hit traffic. Super efficient, courteous and keep me updated from the moment they got the call to when they dropped my car at the shop. I wish i remembers the drivers name to give him props, as he should be recognized!Tow truck drivers and companies are not usually on anybodys list for great service but this one should be. Hopefully i wont need a tow again, but if i do i will request osungs.

Horrible service. Very rude on the phone, talk to people like they are dumb and ignorant. They told me it was a 45 min wait time, then i called about 1 hrs later and said it was another 40 min wait. only reason i used them was because they were the rental companys contractor.

Came home from a 4 day Vegas trip and my truck battery was dead at the airport parking lot. OSung came out ASAP when they were dispatched to my location.
