Good and true Muay Thai school (not just a fitness club), Kru Dan is an excellent teacher for all levels of fighters whether youre just starting off or already have experience.

Due to Covid, I took private instruction outside from Kru Dan with our masks on. After my second session, I can vouch for his knowledge and teaching method. Goes at your pace/abilities and makes sure you have clear understanding of each technique. Overall chill and patient teacher. Mahalo
