Excellent experience. Driver and manager were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged our pick up in such a short notice, despite being a very busy day,, it took them less than 30 mins to prepare a car for pick up from the airport to our hotel. We used them again from the hotel to the airport and this time the manager dropped by to say hello. That was a very kind gesture. Vans are exceptionally clean and newer models. Our family was a little skeptical to book a limo, it’s Hawaii and limos are typically expensive. When we got to Hawaii, our driver had to wait a bit cause of the line for QR code’s and she just told us where we’d be and to take our time. We had a limo ride from the airport to our hotel, and an Escalade from the hotel to the airport at the end of our vacation. My limo was cheaper than the current Uber estimated rate (May 2021). It got me from the HON Airport to a Waikiki hotel for $65 in style. There are other options, but it was late at night & this company responds fast to emails. Good follow up, good service, quick reservations & all questions answered. Would take them again, especially if I want to feel special. Those leather seats were very very nice.

Phenomenal Car Service!!!This is an amazing family owned company. I found them online when searching for car service in Honolulu area and their service is superb from the very first phone call to the final confirmation email with very clear attached direction for meeting their chauffeur at the airport. Then on arrival day our name sign was holding at meeting point and it happened to be the same person that I spoke with on the phone throughout my reservation. My wife, 2 little girls and I flew in to HNL in December expecting a stretch town car to pick us up and take us to Aulani... What happened next jump-started our trip like we couldn’t believe. I had been in contact with Scott for months and shot him one last text letting him know that we were gathering our bags at baggage claim. He wrote me back saying that he was there and waiting outside with a “Surprise.” When we walked across the street to be picked up, there stood Scott and a BEAUTIFUL white Escalade limo with Lamborghini doors. Our girls literally couldn’t believe their eyes!!! The car was amazing and the entertainment inside on the way to Aulani (lots of Taylor Swift and Kids wine) was just the beginning we needed to our vacation after waking up at 4:00AM. As incredible as the ride was, it paled in comparison to Scott himself. What an amazing person! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our decision.. enough to ask him to take us back to the airport post vacation stay with Aulani and we’ll definitely be using him again on our next adventure!!! Top Limousine is the only service to use in Hawaii! I called last minute for a shuttle from Waikiki to Airport. Within an hour, they were able to pick up my party of 5 in an Escalade for $60!! I would have spent that much for a basic taxi. Tony is an awesome driver...drove well and shared a few stories about Hawaii on the way to airport. I 11/10 recommend this company. The limousine was up to par with COVID standards to include mask use and sanitation. It was very comfortable and equipped with the essentials - to include aux, which is a must. These things are great but the big reason I would recommend this company (and why I will be a future customer) is because of our driver, Scott. By the end of our trip he was family. He was professional, yet personable. Very knowledgeable, funny, and respectful. He was one the highlights of the trip!

I booked their Chrysler limo at the last minute on NYE and Im so glad that I chose them over another company because their service is PHENOMENAL. Brenda arrived at our hotel 15 minutes early in a fully prepared bar in the limo with bags of ice, waters and soft drinks and drove us around Waikiki and Downtown Honolulu for 2 hours. If you are looking for an Uber or Taxi on Oahu, I am not why you wouldnt quickly make the switch to Top Limo. Youll pay about the same for an Uber XL, and a taxi pickup from HNL isnt great (especially right now.) Super easy pick-up, friendly drivers, and plenty of space for you, your luggage and your companions. Especially if youre like me and were only 3 people total. Even if youre renting a car, if youre staying on Waikiki area, Id rent locally and use Turo and use Top Limo to get to/from Airport and save at least a couple days on the rental -- in fact, thats just what I did do, and it was great.

Superb place! Upon our arrival in Hawaii - my loved one and I had to go through multiple screenings that took an extra hour before we even got to baggage claim. I was trying to surprise my love for his Bday with a stretched limo so I couldn’t call Top Hawaii Limo to let them know we were behind schedule. I honestly thought the whole experience was going to go down the drain and automatically assumed our driver would have left us - but boy was I wrong ! Great service and spotless vehicles. Literally only a few dollars more per direction for a private limo than Uber/Lyft. Lei greeting service was great and way better than booking a separate lei service in addition to transpo!!! They were on-time and responsive. Even adjusted to my request to return to the airport a bit later due to a lodging change which resulted in a checkout time change. I will use them again over Uber/Lyft.

I couldnt be any happier that I found Top Limousine Service on Oahu. It was my best friends birthday and we were traveling from Maui, so I wanted to do something extra special for the weekend. I contacted Scott a few days before our trip and he was SO accommodating and we ended up booking their Gullwing Limo for transportation from the airport. Everyone in our group was so surprised when we landed - and just in that short amount of time from the airport to Waikiki, we had SO much fun!! We ended up not Ubering at all that trip, and just booked Scotts limos the entire weekend - even back to the airport for departure. Top Limousine Service is a 5-star experience, without the luxury pricing. They are affordable, while all of the other limousine companies charge an arm and a leg for an hour of their time. I cannot wait to go back to Oahu and book transportation with Top Limousine Service. They truly made our ENTIRE weekend so, so special!!!! Thank you again Top Limo & Scott Dang!!!!

EXCEPTIONAL! We were so lucky to come across Steve and co. We initially had a booking with another company (Dang) who last minute cancelled and gave us hell. Fortunately we came across Top Limo who I called just before boarding our flight and were happy and flexible to take our last minute booking of 2 kids and 2 adults. Upon arrival to Honolulu, my bag was lost by the airline which meant we were delayed for an hour, Steve waited for us. After all the hassles & stresses, we were greeted by a happy face and an upgrade!! I wouldnt look anywhere else, these guys will pick you up on time and safely take you where you need to go, not to mention the awesome fleet of limousines they have at a great price.

Scott Dang was so easy to book with and the prices were great! Our driver Keoki was so nice and made awesome conversation. The Escalade was clean and comfortable! Don’t hesitate booking through this company.

Used Top Limo to and from airport/hotel for family vacation. We forgot our stroller at the hotel when we were leaving and didn’t realize it until we got to the airport. They went back and got it for us while we checked in.Thank you,Sam

I can say nothing but good things about the service received from May and Scott. And our driver for our airport pick-up, Keiko (sp??), met us with bottled water and great humor...as well as super entertaining on our drive to the hotel. We had some last minute changes to our pickup time from the hotel to the airport, and Scott was able to accomodate these..and even showed up with the 38 stretch limo for our party of 4 ladies (apparently Keiko mentioned the SUV was a little tight with all our luggage...a girls got to be prepared! 😁). We had a enjoyable, stress-free drive to the airport. I would recommend Top Limousine.

Top Limo is awesome! We used their service for a round trip to and from Aulani from the HNL airport. The Limos were very clean, had all modern amenities (iPhone charger, iPhone music playback) and drivers were very friendly. We will definitely use their service again on our next trip back to paradise.

My fiancé (now husband) contacted Top Limousine three months before our wedding day to see if they could provide transportation for the wedding party and our family. My fiancé called Scott to get a quote for transportation from Waikiki to our venue and Scott was very helpful. He not only answered promptly, he also offered to pick up and drop off instead of booking for the 7 hours. We also booked a sprinter van to transport our family from Ewa Beach to the venue. Scott and May were very responsive when we requested for time and location changes for pick up and drop off.On the day of the wedding, Scott picked up the wedding party and even upgraded our limo to a Chevy stretch limo! Im very grateful that he did because additional family and friends were able to ride back to Waikiki with us. Scott was very nice and professional. Scott and his team waited patiently as we got everyone into the limo and sprinter van. Very convenient airport transfer, this was my first time on the island and Scott walked me through (down to a hand drawn map) the process. These are very nice people with amazing vehicles, you should consider them if you want to ride in style!

We reserved a stretch limo for airport transfer for our party of 6 and wound up being upgraded to an Escalade limo on pickup from the airport. Reservations were done via email; response time was quick. Scott was on time and communicative via text/phone. He was very personable and gave us many recommendations for the area. The limo was clean and very comfortable. It was $70 each way for our party of 6, which I thought was very reasonable given wed probably either have to take an Uber XL or 2 Ubers due to our large party. We have used Top Limo before and will definitely be using them again!

Maahhallooo to top limo!! My friends and I celebrated my 21st birthday at 53 by the sea. Talk about fancy. We pulled up in a nice huge limo!! The interior and exterior was super clean and sleek. Wow!!!!! What a memorable experience!!!!! Scott Dang took us on a private tour of Honolulu historical sites! I highly recommend Top Limousine while visiting Honolulu verses an over crowded tour bus. He certainly knows the history of the island and guarantees a fun trip!!!!

I highly highly recommend working with Scott and his wife May at Top Limousine Service. Theyre an excellent family run business that is professional, courteous, and on time.I used the service for both a limousine ride around the island for a proposal as well as an airport dropoff. Both went perfectly well. They even adjusted to last minute time and destination changes. The cars are extremely comfortable. Both the stretch limo and the airport Escalade SUV were luxurious, clean, and new.Uber and Lyft are HORRIBLE on the island. There simply are not enough cars to meet demand. Top Limousine Service was actually more affordable in the two cases I requested it. Thank you Scott and May for your help and rides throughout my journey. The drivers and employees were very helpful, professional, and most of all very accommodating. My family can be a pain especially during trips and having their patience was amazing. They all wore masks, maintained distance, and did everything they could to provide the best and safest service with the COVID mandates and madness in mind. Definitely giving them a call next time the family and I visit Oahu.
