Kevin was absolutely amazing. Extremely professional. I researched a bunch of car service companies for our trip and they all had 5 stars on Yelp. Kevin was great with communication both via email, text, and phone. I chose Kevin because he was the only one with a permit to come inside the cruise terminal to pick us up and saved us walking a great distance with luggage. I also engaged him to take us on a 3-hour tour of Oahu before the airport and we greatly enjoyed that. The SUV was super clean and we got waters and macadamia nuts to boot. I will definitely call Kevin again on our next trip.

Hawaii Car Service is THE premier car service to use while in Honolulu. My wife and I recently travelled there this past December, and she had accidenlty broken her leg after we had scheduled the trip. Daniel and his crew were absolutely flawless in getting us to and from the airport and additionally took us to my corporate Christmas party. Completely unacceptable. Scheduled a car for important clients and the car, as of this moment in time, is a half hour LATE. I have called the business 11 times and no answer. I have emailed 3 times with no response. My client has called 5 times and no answer. DO NOT USE. RULE #1 of a car service is that they are EARLY not LATE. Client is now in cab. Just say no to Hawaii Car Service.

Absolutely wonderful. As a mother 4500 miles away, finding someone to trust to take care of our children is priceless. Not having a recommendation on a service, I researched reviews and had a feeling this was the service to help get the girls home from college. Booked a return airport transfer to and from the Trump hotel from airport.We always try different alternatives each time we travel and this time we thought lets see what 5 star service has to offer.After a date confusion and which we thought was cleared up after a phone call we never got picked up from the hotel to get returned to the airport. At $340 USD the service was a real let down We got an UBER in 3 mins and paid $35USD and the service was perfect. I understand mistakes however at $340USD there should be no mistakes.Terrible experience!(Zero communication to apologise for the mistake no email or call)

I used it to pick up when my parents came to Hawaii. Cadillac Escalade! We waited at the airport and at the hotel as soon as possible. I was pleased that the service was superlative. I dont think there are many cleanliness and service of this car in Hawaii. What a Hollywood celebrity is also a purveyor. If you ask, it will also give you a high-grade ray greeting, so next time I will also ask for a ray.
