Zhijun / Joe made renting super easy and convenient! Rented one of his beautiful Teslas for my birthday getaway in Hawaii and I will definitely be returning to him when I come back! Was a little nervous because It was my first time driving a Tesla but Joe was always so quick to answer my questions and concerns. Best customer service and car rental I have ever experienced.

These guys posted an address to an actual Tesla store, which I think is ridiculous. If you are based online, at least lead your customers to that direction, not to car sales store. Everything about these guys seem fraudulent and deceptive including the reviews and such.
