Do not go here!! My toe has gotten progressively worse!!!! Im in the excruciating pain!! I cant walk on my foot cannot put pressure on it! My toe is huge! I don’t know what she did to my tow but this is unacceptable!! I will be taking legal action!!! Haven’t been able to walk for 3 days!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I never ever make reviews because i’m not that type. However my friend and I called ahead of time to see if they would take us and the man who answered rushed and said “just come” as rude as that was we still came to get our nails soaked off and a manicure. We waited around 30 minutes for them to even start, and then another 45 to actually take them off. Then they charged us $30 just for a soak off. We left immediately. Pictured below is how i walked out.

I went there today and one of the techs messed up my nails. So I went back and the manager re did the entire thing and I was very happy with the fact that he did that. Definitely ask for the manager when you go there and he won’t let you down. He just knows what he’s doing and is very professional.

Ken provided me with the best dip powder manicure!! Ive gotten the dip powder done at other salons in South Florida and in Virginia and DC and Ken is by far the BEST! He was quick but very detailed, he dipped my nails perfectly and worked with care on my nails. Thank you Ken!! Im so happy you did my nails, I will surely return!! I recommend Ken to everyone!

Divine Nails is amazing! My husband and I have been coming to this nail salon for over 3years. The staff is very friendly and professional. As soon as I walked in, I was told to pick a color and sit. I immediately received service which was nice, but you could tell it wasn’t an experience. It’s all about getting you out as quick as possible. Tammy was my tech. My pedicure took MAYBE 25 minutes. She had another women waiting so she was in pressure mode. Wasn’t a huge fan of that. Also, always think it’s a cheap shot to say “you’re feet look dry you need this added to your pedicure” in front of everyone. If you are looking for a in and out service, this is it. I wouldn’t say it was relaxing though. Avoid Saturday’s

First time coming in I brought my boyfriend and he was so comfortable and loved the service, David even stayed a little late to help us out when we knew he didn’t have too. We greatly appreciate the premium service at an extremely fair price! When you go in ask for David or Tammy! They did a great job We loved our Pedicure.

I am from out of town and was here for photoshoots. I broke a nail and googled salons near me.. almost all of the salons were closed already as it was 7:30pm.. this salon closed at 8 so I called and they still got me in just 30 minutes until closing time ! They did a great job on my nails and they were super friendly ! I will definitely be back next time I’m in town !

Service was fast and perfect! I got the Natural Dip in black, one of the chinese guys did my manicure and he was very detailed. I also got a Pedi with Lily she has very soft hands which I loved. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Went to this place because my normal nail tech was closed. I received one of the best male manicure & pedicures I ever had in my life. My nail tech was name B in she gave me excellent customer service lets just say I will definitely be back.

I went in for a pedicure and and the whole thing took 40 minutes. The tech to client ratio was perfect and the staff is very friendly. She offered to do my eyebrows but wasnt super pushy like at other places. They also have a wide color range. I would definitely come back again.

Tammy is awesome and really pays attention to detail. I always feel so relaxed after she does my pedicure. And since coming back from covid I really feel safe with the precautions that they have put in place.

1st Time I went had appointment with Bea.Had good results with, mani, pedi & eyebrow waxing. 2nd visit had just a pedicure with Linda and was annoyed with her pausing several times to chat with coworkers, answer her phone and read text messages. She suggested I get a special pedicure that would dry fast and polish would last longer. I agreed and maybe it was my fault for not asking price but I felt she should have mentioned it was $50.00.

I’ve been coming for years, there’s usually not a long waiting time,the whole staff is nice and very professional!! I really do have a favorite her name is Linda,she’s also great at what she does ❤️❤️👍

Pedicure was okay- nothing over the top special but that was the part that got the star. If you want acrylic...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.!!I’ve moved around a decent amount so I’ve been to many nail salons in different cities....I’ve NEVER had my nails have to be soaked off after just done due to the tips being literally separate from my nails...then after the second person did them, I had to reshape my nails when I left as they were slanted...this was easily the biggest waste of time.They were nice the but the attention to detail and quality of service is just not good.

The place is Small. The service (manicure) was ok and I loved my pedicure but this experience was not relaxing. Felt like I was at a car dealership, they just kept asking me if I want gel polish and telling me I should do gel polish. I don’t know how many times I said No. And it wasn’t just me, asked my boyfriend several times as well. I found it annoying.

I always get right in, never a wait. They always do a great job! Love this place!

I requested to get my nails in a pointed shape, with nail dip. I showed Tommy on the mannequin an exact example of what I would like to get done. While shaping the nail Tommy stayed there’s a $5 upcharge for the length(short) and for the shape(pointed). The mannequin had between medium and long nails I did not mind paying the charge for the services I wanted. After shaping the nails, some were short some were crooked and I simply asked Tommy to make them appear to look the same. He got frustrated and began to remove the nails and stated he’ll have another nail tech do them. I asked why he couldn’t do it he said he doesn’t know how to do acrylics after he recommended acrylic nails at the start of my services. Honestly, that’s not even the end of why I would not recommend this place. But.... this was half of my experience.

Be is the best foot person in town, first time customer with a great experience, super cleanly, and very personable staff! I highly recommend asking for Be and getting the super deluxe package it was great!

I absolutely love that I found this salon. I got there kind of late for a full set/pedicure and was worried I wouldn’t get service. But David and Tammy both got me in a chair and out in no time with absolutely gorgeous nails and refreshed toes. Last minute decided to get my nails done, usually most places are a hit or miss. I got in and out fast which was exactly what I needed. Gel manicure painted very well, nice and even no bare spots.

I do not recommend it at all, bad products, bad attention they care about finishing quickly and not doing a good service on the second day and half of the enamel had fallen off and it was quite dark. very bad place👎 $ 85 dollars lost the next day when I saw my nails 😭

Nope. Just nope. Absolutely not. The owner and staff here dont care about clients.

On my first visit the price was amazing, unbelievable actually. On my second visit with the same service I had on my first the price was $20 more. On my 3rd visit I asked the nail technician what my total was as I wanted to pay before completing my nails and she refused to answer. Later I realized she charged me for a manicure when I requested a paint job when I arrived. Her excuse was the tech does not speak proper english (how convenient when a customer is unhappy). Ive realized they intentionally do not post pricing so they can charge whatever price they see fit. That would be my only complaint otherwise service is good, equipment is great dont turn you away even if you show up close to closing.

Horrible experience. They told me halfway through my appointment that they were only taking cash ( during a pandemic? Are you kidding?). They asked me to go to an ATM to pull money out in the middle of the appointment! I had acetone dripping down my arms with foil on my fingers. How UNPROFESSIONAL and SICK of them to do that to me. The least they could have done was asked me to do it after the appointment was over.

It was an interesting experience. The lady that did my nails was sweet but she cut the hell out of my finger and still charged me full price.....soooooooo I will not be going there again.

They are so busy its a factory its not a place where you go to relax and have your nails done by any stretch of the imagination. when I go get my nails done I like to relax not be hurried and be yelled at in Vietnamese. I still continue to look for the great salon where are you I need a good nail salon

Worst customer service ever..... this place does not own their poor work quality. Instead of making it better they rather send you somewhere else. Like if my time and money don’t count... this people act like if they are doing you a favor when it’s me us customers who are paying to get a service. Great nails! I do gel nails at home and decided to get a shellac pedicure while in Hollywood beach on vacation, we read reviews online of other salons doing botched nails and we didn’t want to take a chance. This place had positive reviews, and I confirm it. I came with my sisters in law, they were busy, but had available staff, the technician did a great job. I would come back easily. Just a note: it’s not a spa... so if you want a drink, relaxing music and calm atmosphere, look elsewhere. I recommend this place for efficient and quality nails.

I love this place.....aftet doing my nails in another place for many years, they change their products and their quality, I thought I was never going to find another place next to my home and I did. It gets busy because they are the best. My nalis have gotten healthier since I have been coming to Divine Nails. The owners are so nice, they accommodate as soon as possible. I came to Hollywood Florida on vacation and looked up nail salons in the area. I called Divine nails to make an appointment and they got me right in when I got here. Van did my pedicure – she was awesome, super friendly and very attentive to what I asked.

Excellent work on my pedicure I love it

Took my sister and niece who was visiting last Saturday and we all needed service the customer service was good i guess, seem like they try to up sell GEL polish but that’s part was ok, i took A seat and a lady name Tammy did my nails and she was very fast but aslo very rough i felt like she was rushing ..now a week later most or all of my nails fell apart, usually my nail lady about 3 weeks at my other location but i just Needed something right away, i felt They use cheap products and sad that i waste My money here ($103 to be exact) for one week worth of nails, my sisters weren’t please either and they spend just as much, don’t see myself going back I’ll drive an extra 30 mins to my usual location where i know They don’t use cheap products.

Worse CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.... I used to be a customer from this place.... Theres no way I am coming back.....I had a regular manicure with regular nail polish (because I am allergic to GEL). To make the story short: The nail polish NEVER got dry.... even though I put my nails in the nail dryer. I got there at 6:30pm and it was already 8:30pm and my nailpolish still WET. When I requested a refund, the store manager said there was NO REFUND, that I should go somewhere else or to consider the GEL MANICURE.

I was happy with my experience at Divine Nails. Its as small shop but they keep it flowing and the wait time is minimal. I must say it was the best mani-pedi I have ever had. Thanks Tina.

Always ask for the copy of your bill other ways they will charge you much more than they say. I discover this when I check my statement bank account and surprise they charge my the doble. I think they have been doing this to my for a long time but I just recently discover this.

I went here and had Nancy take care of me, she did such a wonderful job with my nails, They have never been better I swear. And she did my eye brows she perfected the arch. I really recommend to come to divine nails there quality in merchandise is great you can tell . Ask for Nancy she is awesome...

Love it here at divine nails! I recently moved to the area and was looking for new nail salon nearby. So my hairdresser (who goes to divine nails for service) refered me to LINDA and she is AMAZING !! She takes her time with you and definitely knows how to paint polish. Im always satisfied with her! Go to Linda you will never be disappointed. Im sure the others are just as good, but Linda is all I know.

I am really disappointed. A nail tech basically butchered the skin on my toe Leaving it dry and brittle and looking disgusting while i was getting a gel pedicure here.I have to complain before this happens to someone else. First I spoke to the owner who told me to wait after explaining what happened. Then 15min later, she told me to sit down at the pedicure chair and wait for her and I did. She then goes to examine my toe and tell me that its because my skin is dry. Ive had gel pedicures for years now and it has never caused so much damage to my skin. She then says that its because the gel heat causes that reaction and I highly disagree. The nail tech was focusing on my skin instead of my nail. All in all, I got a partial refund and Im thankful for that. My recommendation is to just be careful.

Fresh off a flight from Chicago my cousin and myself needed fill ins and pedicures... Linda did my pedicure and she was awesome, she took her time and talked to me through out doing my pedicure.... Don did my nails he did a great job as well.... the only thing that I did not like was the fact that my Nails and my feet did not match so that left me disappointed and I didnt have the time for them to fix it..... other than that I had a wonderful experience!

Its a nail shop nothing special. Tight space and they barely finish with you and calling the next customer. The work was good but too rushed and average cost for gel mani and pedi 65 bucks!

While visiting from Georgia, I decided to go and get a Pedicure and Manicure (with Powder fill) with my daughter. The customer service was horrible.I even witnessed one of the male employees treat an elderly customer very disrespectful. I approached her after she was done and she advised she would not be returning. They seem to just respond yes without even understanding what you are even saying to them. What should have been a relaxing experience turned out to be extremely stressful. I would not recommend this place AT ALL!

Ask for Cece! She was nice and did a great job. The prices are a tad bit up there, but nothing you havent seen before at a salon.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. First, they rush you to pick a color. I like taking my time to look through the different types of colors they have. If you take mire then 5 mins they pick a color for you and tell you to sit down. Second, they are rough on your feet and rush through the pedicure. My friend went to this place to get a pedicure and ended up with fungus on her big toe so be careful and make sure they sterilize thier instruments. Third, you tell them you want something a specific way and they ignore you and do it their own way. When I went to go pay the manager told me I owed more than what I had done. When I tried to explain my experience to him he was talking over me which I thought was so rude. Lastly the employees smoke right next to the entrance and leave the door open. The smoke goes into the salon. Second hand smoke is really bad and I over heard a pregnant woman telling them to close the door due to the smoke and the manager brushed her off. Overall bad experience!
