Decided to check out Show Nail Spa since the other nail place I usually go to wasn’t that great anymore. I didn’t make it appointment and showed up on a Sunday at 2:30 for a gel manicure ($35). Luckily, I didn’t have to wait because about 10 minutes after I got there, they told anyone who came in that it would be an hour wait.I believe my nail technician was Julia. I liked the way she shaped my nails and appreciated that she told me my nails weren’t quite long enough for an almond shape, as I requested. However, a lot of the nail color does not go up to the sides of the nail. Thankfully, it’s not really noticeable.Overall, I’m happy with the mani.

This is nail art! I always wanted to try an ombré but wasn’t sure what to expect. Brought some inspirational pics and my nail tech Jennifer, she help me picking the right colors. She did extensions with ombré powder. It took more than 2 hours to get it done but the results speak for themselves ❤️ I loved how she used different tools and and angles to make sure nails are simmetrically shaped. As others said, it’s better to book in advance since she’s usually busy for walk ins.

This place is fantastic and underrated! I have tried out a few placed in JC and Hoboken for Powder Dip nails and this the place that has done the best job. The dip doesn’t chip (even though I have a physical job). My friend also got a gel with red tips and they did an amazing job. Both my friend and I would recommend this place.While they soak my dip gel off I normally also get a massage which is also great.

Finally went for a mani and pedi after 100+ days of quarantine. A girlfriend had told me they were very careful so I went for it!They will only do appointments and once you arrive, they immediately give you sanitizer for your hands. For pedicures, they have plastic curtains to avoid exposure (see pictures). Similarly foe manicures-plastic separates you from others and a plexiglass from the worker.I felt safe and not like I was taking risks. Also, the pedicure ends with hot stone massage and paraffin on feet included!!

Came here for the first time and had Lina for a spa pedicure during their happy hour 15% off discount. I chose the Lemon Spa Pedicure, which came out to be only $34 with the discount. A great value considering most deluxe pedicures start at $40/$45.Dont expect an aromatherapy spa experience; I couldnt smell anything this treatment touts, but it is great for a super thorough exfoliation, callous removal and cleaning that leaves your legs and feet super smooth. It starts with exfoliation, then some lotion is applied to your legs, wrapped in cling wrap and hot towels. Callous removal gel. Scrubbing. More scrubbing. Exfoliation. Awesome foot massage with hot stones. Paint, dry. Shoulder rub. Lina was EXCELLENT! They accept credit cards, but tip in cash!

The manicures are very good quality, they don’t chip right away like other places. They have a 7 day policy if your gel chips within a week they will fix it for free. I’ve never had to go back for a fix and I’ve gone to them for 2 years. If you’re looking for an amazing customer service experience then maybe go to one of the higher end places but you’ll get good quality here.

Very nice. Have done a spa pedicure with my fiance, and we always leave feeling refreshed and like were walking on clouds.

I tried this place twice. Both times were not great experiences.The first time I called ahead for an appointment and was told that for acrylic fill I could just walk in. I got there and was told there was a wait and i should have called ahead. When I explained that I already did, they got me in a chair pretty quick which was nice accommodation. However, they removed my polish and left me waiting for 20+ minutes. At this point I couldnt leave with my nails looking like the attached picture.Then, as they filed my nails they kept hitting my skin, causing me to react and pull my hand back a little each time. Instead of saying sorry or being careful, they looked at me and asked in an annoyed way what? like it was my fault.The work they did was decent but the experience was awful. At the end, I didnt have cash and had to add a tip via credit card. The lady looked at me and grunted with annoyance again. I shouldnt even have tipped at all.I went a second time today, to give them the benefit of the doubt. Walked in, didnt get approached for my need until about 10 minutes later (after picking out a color). I said i was here for acrylic fill (again) and the lady said sorry, that takes too long and basically turned my business away.I left and went to Viva la Nails down the street and the experience was much better!

When they pulled out the hot rocks, I automatically fell in love! The staff are really nice. Plus this was my first time getting my nails and toes done in Jersey and I love it!

I have been going here for about 3yrs. They are always awesome. Great service and always clean and safe.

Ive gone to this place for eyebrow waxing and this last time i went the first lady didnt speak english at all. i have no idea what she was saying. then the next girl spoke some english did them said she was done and left one eye brow too thick and then some how cut my other eyebrow top and bottom! never in all the places i have gone has this happened. i will never go back here.

All around a good place. The pedicure includes a hot stone leg massage and hot paraffin on your heels which was nice. My chair was broken but they accommodated me with a pillow behind my back. The manicure was good. They have a huge polish and gel selection and they give you a very very quick shoulder rub while your dry. 32 for Mani pedi. Good pricing

I only give it a 3 star due to them being open to 8pm on a Sunday and also because the lady that gave me the massage was really nice. When I went in I just felt rushed even though they were not full or had people waiting. The removal of my previous gel was painful on the cuticles, they had the machine too close and sometimes I had to stop myself from pulling my hand back.I had two technicians take care of my nails, the first one was very apathetic and did not really made me feel welcomed. He also cut my nails when I only said for them to be filed. I usually go to another Nail Salon in Hoboken but that Sunday I had run late and my spot had closed shop already. In previous visits to my nail salon my gel nails maintained for 2 weeks and did not have chipping problems. After I came here my gel came out after 1 week and a half and also my nail began to break very close to the base.I was growing out my nails with my usual nail salon and now they have all had to be cut down because my nail just gave out. I do not know if it’s the treatment of this place on my nails or the way they did my gel polish. I’m not sure but now I have no gel polish and really short nails after only one visit to this place. The place is okay, the people move you quick, not very patient. Overall I’d rather go somewhere else, won’t be coming back.

I can’t begin to say how ripped off I feel. It was my first and last time there. Sub par work - 2 fill ins for my daughter and me 1 nail fixed. Which looks horrible and (25 ) extra for a French. I had to put my own hand cream on and there was no finishing if the nails. $123 dollars. If I was home that would of cost me $65 rude and incompetent

I decided to book an appointment with Show Nails since it’s close to my job. I was seated with Tina who did an amazing job. I’m really big on the shape of my nails and the cuticle clean up. I have small nails so it’s hard for me to find someone that won’t leave me with thick, bulky nails. I did the SNS dip powder ($45) they have a special if you pay over $35 in cash you receive a free lip or eyebrow wax. Didn’t take advantage of that because I have a waxer already. You also get a nice little back massage while you wait for your nails to dry. I’ll definitely be back!! Thanks for such great work Tina!

The WORST manicure I have ever received. The tech cut four of my cuticles, she was extremely rough on my fingers. My cuticles were bleeding and sore for 2 days after. To top it all off, two hours after my gel manicure my the polish on my one finger peeled off entirely. Had to go back the next day to have it fixed. So inconvenient. Will not be going back here again.

Super cute space BUT its extremely busy and they a rough with the toes! Now I know my toes arent the best but still. 15% off if you can stand the pain

Service was normal. When I paid she asked if the tip was all. I was surprised that she asked it twice actually but it was clear that 20% tipping seems not enough...Suboptimal customer experience. Not going back
