If your looking for a spa like atmosphere this isn’t your place. If you want to talk to the ladies read all the current magazines and get to know the women doing your nails as people then this is great. Always extremely friendly but with that comes the tendency to get distracted answer phones blah blah making the process a bit slower. I come here because of the price and because they genuinely care about the work they do. I rather support happy workers then people who sit silent and don’t interact!

Absolutely love this place. Been coming here for 2 years and they do the best job - longest lasting manicures and pedicures Ive ever gotten. GREAT massages. And they are the absolute sweetest.

Very friendly but not great quality manicure and pedicure. Lots of paint on my cuticles and spots that were missed. Not my normal go to but everywhere was booked yesterday and I was desperate.

Extremely unprofessional and very poor service. Even though i missed one appointment with them, when i called to make an appointment again few days ago they lied to me on the phone that i have missed their appointment 5 times. I requested them to check their appointment book but they refused to check again and continued with their made up story that i missed my appointment 5 times. In reality, its them who closed their facility early 2 times without notifying me and i had to find out by showing up on time for my appointment.If you like rude and unprofessional service, this is your go to place otherwise save yourself some pain and go to other better nail salons.

Worst place you can ever go to. If you dont want to waste your money, stay away from this place. The service they provide is absolutely unacceptable..specially after the new management took over. If you want to just wash your feet and change your polish, go here. They talk a lot about making appointments but can never stick to the time. In addition, they gave me an appointment and once I arrived there, they were closed. Thats how their service is.

The worst place you can get your nails done. If you only need to have you nail polish changed that is fine

Do not go here. There are so many other nail options in Hoboken. Im surprised that this place is open. The staff is nice but the quality of what they do is unacceptable.
