I went to Pure Nail for a mani/pedi and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately my nails turned out absolutely terrible… For my manicure I just got a normal polish change, but the paint was completely rushed, uneven and turned out very bubbly. It was a nice atmosphere but I’m really upset I spent the money that I did for my nails to look like this. I’m honestly debating removing the polish and painting them myself.
The new Pure Nail is amazing! Super clean salon, friendly techs, and great manicure. I was fairly loyal to the former salon there and am very pleased with the new salon. I got a gel manicure about 10 days ago and it’s still perfect. Great color selection too! I will be back again and again.
Nice salon and staff, but very disappointed with my nails. Its not a cheap salon, $37 for a gel manicure (not including tip). Two days later I noticed tips of nails starting to snag and on day three chips appearing.
This place is super cute, friendly and clean. The service and quality, however, NOT so great. I went there to get a regular mani/pedi and my eyebrows. The mani/Pedi was fine. The eyebrows however was horrible. The lady severely burned my skin. Left my skin burning and bleeding. She burned the upper layer of my eyelids. DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE.
Nice staff, but they dont do a good job with filling your nails. My cuticles and nails were all bleeding afterwards.
The worst nails that someone ever made on me. I asked for acrylic nails. They did dip nails. They put only couple layers of that dip with glue which was burning my skin. When I asked if they are gonna do another round of layers they said yes-but never did. Nails didn’t have the right shape, they were curved in a weird sides (I needed to grab a file at some point and do it right). Painting-I think 10 year old girl would do it better, a lot of air bubbles. Going tomorrow for my money back. Don’t go there for something else than regular manicure!
Great service and quick! The manicure itself was well done. She did nip my cuticles a little bit which I dont typically care for, but otherwise she did a great job at shaping my nails. Lots of choices for gel manicure colors, too. The interior is pretty small, but its definitely cute and well-kept. As usual for NJ, parking can be tough here.
The ladies that work there are so nice And friendly! On top of that they did a fantastic job with my, and my husbands, pedicure. We have a blast and it was because the ladies giving us the pedicure made it so. We are definitely returning, because of them!
Done gel manicure, service was lovely and my nails look amazing. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
Consistently the best pedicures Ive had. Such a warm environment and lovely staff. Always incredibly sweet to my children:)
Amazing! Best nail place I have been to. Very friendly staff, they never rush you and give you full attention.
I love the way they do my nails & toe nails & I love how they give you a little mini massage afterwards. I go there all the time. Its become my go to place.
My experience at Silver Nail has varied a lot by aesthetistician. There are many ladies there who give excellent pedicures and manicures at a good price. The last time (and it will be the last) I was there, unfortunately, was awful. Without asking me, the lady doing my pedicure started using the razor. I understand I have calluses but I have them b/c I run and if you take them off then I get blisters. Fine, so she stops with the razors. Then she takes out the cuticle cutters and starts cutting into the bottom of my toe with them! I actually screamed and pulled my foot away twice. It still hurts when I walk and its weeks later! The manicure wasnt much better. I had split in one of my nails, so I asked her to just cut them to make them all even. Instead she said no I can fix it and spent about 20 minutes applying what looked like super glue and some mesh silk and then acrylic nail powder (or thats what it looked like) to build a nail on top of it and then file it down. I said no thats okay multiple times, but eventually it was too late to turn back. Not only that but she then charged me for it! Granted it was only $6 but I hate (HATE!) when people dont tell you the price of things (or even that its an extra charge) before they start doing it. The manicure did look great, but even after the nail repair, she took extreme care and an extreme amount of time to do my french manicure. I get my nails done every other week. Getting shellac nail polish (which they have to set with UV light) usually takes around 45-60 minutes. This took 1.5 hours (not including the 20 minute nail repair). Since some of the other girls were good and sweet, I would certainly go back in a pinch and just try to gracefully refuse these girls with whom I did not have a good experience. But needless to say, this wont be my regular place.
Favorite place for mani pedis that Ive ever been-- they push the up-sells hard, but every service here is fantastic.
Good service and great people
DONT GO HERE!!!!THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! I got my UV Nail extensions filled here because my regular guy left the nail salon he was at. I came in for a fill and the replacement of 2 nails. They kept telling me the last person did the nails too thick so they kept filing and filing them down. Eventually, I could feel that they were no longer filling the gel extension but were filing my actual fingernail (along the outsides near the skin). I kept asking them to do it softer and she assured me it had to be done. I have had gel extensions for over a year and never had this much pain. Once the nails were completed, they had me leave very quickly because they had just closed and wanted to get out of there. I understand but my nail polish ruined on the walk home because it hadnt had time to dry.My middle finger nail broke bowling and the nail bed was so tender underneath that I couldnt stand the thought of getting it fixed. Once I picked the whole set off, I found out that the areas that were sore had been filed down through to the nail bed and then the powder applied on top (proving that it was their location that did it). I had to have my husband yank off the piece of nail that was stuck to the nail bed. I tried to go back and explain that I was upset, see if they could remove the rest of the pieces and clan up the nails underneath. She refused and said that it wasnt them that did it to me. She wouldnt refund any money and wouldnt help with removing the rest. Its the worst company I have ever been to.10-Dec-2015: Quick update - They finally refunded my money after 3 weeks of extensive phone calls demanding I came back in so that she could look at my nails. Worst experience ever. Show Nail Spa on Washington and about 8th is far better.
The folks here were kind and went the extra mile of multiple coats of nail polish, which doesnt sound so exceptional but really is
Great Pedicures!!! I love Lisa.
My favorite nail place.
Carefully nice
