The condos are very old, but ours was updated. I am not used to not having central air, so it was hard to sleep with a window unit. Also not used to having a coin-operated laundry. But otherwise it was great! Loved the pool and the beach was gorgeous. Perfect sunrise spot!

The views from the roomy balcony are great, the pool and the ocean are within easy walking distance. Everything is well maintained. September is a beautiful time to be here, warm weather, but no crowds. The villa we are staying in, is up to date and can sleep 4 adults and 2 children. It is one bedroom, has those cozy bunk beds built into the hallway and a sofa bed. Its perfect for a small family. I am booking it again for my next beach get away.

Wonderful condo! The unit was nicely furnished and had anything and everything you could need. The pool was very nice and the beach access was wonderful

Our go-to spot for vacation condo rentals on Hilton Head Island. Very affordable. Nice newer pool. Great views. Next to the nicely landspaced Ocean Oak Resort for a resort-like setting without the resort price. And located along the nicest stretch of beach on the island.

Poor property management, we had to call a few times with maintenance issues. The pool was dirty and closed more than it was open. Also there was a water main break and we had no water two days while we were here. The condo(412) it’s self was okay and had a great view of the ocean. Just disappointed with the lack of concern with mgt. Hopefully you won’t have any issues with maintenance because no one seems to care. Other guest were complaining of the same problems and concerns.

Unit 119, is very worn down. I do not recommend renting it. Was there for 7 days. The bed was horrible, worn out, an air mattress would have been better. the cold water valve in shower was broken, only hot water, had to wait a day for it to be fixed, the toilet kept running, would not shut down, towel rack fell off the wall, hair dryer mounted to wall, kept falling off the holder, no hangers provided for clothes, bureau drawers were filthy with stains. did not unpack. Arrived to a very dirty unit, had to call mgmt to get cleaners in. sofa worn, dirty, put sheet over it to use it. Bed sheet stained, yuck. Pool closed 2 days, baby with dirty diaper in the pool. The units are separately owned, other units maybe better, stay out of unit 119.!

The manager made the experience a litte unplesant by not following thru with promises.

The Ocean Dune Villa we rented was good but there was construction going on which nobody mentioned when we rented and it detracted from our stay. Be careful.

Great condo, location, location, comfortable everything you need for a week at the beach, only downside is the wifi which needs updated and trying to figure out the tv. But would stay here again

The room is nice and cozy has all the amenities besides the hot tub which was advertised but were not allowed to use.... but the beach view is great!!

Loved the beach, main problem was the construction. We were informed about it, but was told the construction was being done across the street. It was true that it was across the street from the check in desk, but turned out it was right next to where we were staying (that bit of information was not included).

Most people were friendly, not all, but like 70% were. Our unit couldve used a little more cleaning.

Dunes are great. Beach is awesome. However crossing the street to get there is beyond dangerous. Cars are supposed to yield, but dont. In less than 24 hours I have seen several people almost get hit and nearly a wreck. Need flashing signs or stop signs.

The location is great, the pool is nice and new, the buildings are recently repainted. That said, the maintenance in the individual unit was lackluster: missing lightbulbs, drawers off track or broken fronts, no screen door to the balcony. Takes the shine off the experience, which is a shame.

Hilton Head Island is definitely the place to be!!!❤❤🥰 I could talk all day about my vacation experience but you would still have to come here (Im actually typing this while sitting on the beach)to see it and feel the island life. The actual residents here are extremely nice🤗. Love love love it!!!🥰❤

Tiny apartment with ocean view is all you need for beach vacation.

I really liked the unit we stayed in, unit 103. It was a side unit, but it was nicely done with upgrades and lots of features to make the stay nice. The only downfall is more of a unit issue. There were not very many luggage carts, and the day we left, the luggage carts were used by the maid service. We didnt have the teenagers there to help us at departure.

Nice timeshare on the beach. Furnishings are Goodwill vintage, owner should take more pride in their condo. Otherwise its a nice place.

Our experience has been that there are a lot of maintenance problems and the properties at this location probably are not kept up as much as they should be. Non-working water heater, tub that wont drain, air conditioner unit in bedroom thats not working well. On the plus side, the maintenance company has been responsive and has made accommodations where possible. Also the grounds are very pretty and seem to be kept up pretty well. The management company was also very Cooperative when our earlier plans got cancelled due to hurricane Irma

There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the room wreaked of urine. Called the office and they said we might be able to get you a new room tomorrow. I do not recommend this place at all.

Love the condo we stay at. Always very clean and there are lots of amenities. The view of the beach from the balcony is gorgeous, and the new pool area is perfect!

Ocean dunes is very nice place very nice units close to the beach and great restaurants in the area I work out there come and have a great time with your family

This is a nice, clean resort right by the beach with a good pool.

Unit 317 has a nice view of the beach, pool.Not well equipped in kitchen wares, or beach items, not updated appliances, kitchen or baths but good value and nice part of the island and beach area.

Crowded beaches, dirty water, go further south and find blue water you actually want to swim in.
