It was a great experience staying at the house. The electronic locks were amazing so I didnt have to keep keys on me.The reservation service was also good. They took a while to get back via email, so I just called. They were really good over the phone.The house was clean and I loved that there was a washer and dryer at the house. The living room is furnished well and kitchen was big enough to cook for everyone.When I come back to Hilton head, Im 100% staying here again!!
Horrible experience. The reservation was book 4 months in advance and I had my confirmation and even had emails from the reservation lady about what room we were wanting. They couldnt find me in the system but they could find my credit card with another guys name and address and reward points on it. So from the first moment to checking out it was a MESS. We finally ask for the manager and get still get nowhere except 2 keys are are basically told to get over it. We go to the room and neither of the keys work. My husband goes back down and ask for the keys to be fixed or what ever and they reprogram them he comes back up and they still do not work. I was about to head down the stairs and maintenance was on his way up because he knew the lock was messed up. He opened the door with his master card to all doors and it opened right up. he took our cards and said he had to replace the battery pack. So we were stuck in the room for 45 minutes with no cards to leave and get back in with. While sitting around I get to look around the room. The ceiling was falling down by the window, the toilet was mold covered, and there was hair hanging around the tub spouts and dark black short hair in the tub. there was also pill capsules that were attempted to be flushed and was still in the toilet. I was already done with front desk so I cleaned up. Next morning we were woke up by the maid who was just entering our room. We didnt have the tag thing that goes on the door to say sleep in. She said sorry and moved on. So we got dressed and went down to the front desk and explained the nastiness of the room and asked for it to be cleaned, she said she would send them up. We came back to the room late Saturday night and noticed the beds were made and we got new towels. That was all. Still had the mold toilet and hair. Sunday morning we wake up to the final bill under our door and see this other guys name address and his rewards number. Yet my credit card. Im furious and Im just given the corporate number to call and charged RESORT fees. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!! DO NOT STAY HERE
