I ended up winning a 4 night stay at a condo by BESTNEST. From the moment I reached out to support everyone was extremely accommodating. The condo was super cute and well maintained. We arrived to an awesome gift basket and a binder with lots of useful information (how to use the trolley system, bike rentals, and where to eat). 10/10 would book again with BESTNEST.

This was our 3rd visit to 5 Periwinkle Lane in Hilton Head. First of all, the house is spotless, nicely decorated, and perfectly appointed. Beverly touches the smallest details that make a huge difference. For example, plenty of quality trash bags, Kleenex, spices, etc. She has the house stocked with just about anything you could think of - Q-tips, cotton balls, soap (bar and hand), plastic bags, Saran Wrap.... Her attention to detail saves me a lot of time. She is clearly very organized and extremely responsive. Upon arrival, we noticed our trash bin was nearly full. I sent an email to inquire of the location of the nearest dump so we could take the trash over. Within an hour, the trash was cleared. I never even saw anyone come and get it! This is a A+++ agency. Our experience has been consistent for 3 years now. Thanks Beverly and Team!

I called to book a property that was available for $600 per night, but had a couple questions prior to booking so I called the office. Instead of answering my questions Lizette said she needed to check availability (clearly available their site and vrbo) and asked if she could call me back; promising a same day return call. I received no call back, but an email that evening with a link to the property as if they were sharing it with me for the first time. When I looked the next day the price increased $200 per night. I called them and asked for an explanation…. They offered a 5% discount and said they didn’t control pricing. Bait and switch. I’m sure your homes are beautiful, but this is unethical!

The properties that we have stayed managed by Beverly Serral Vacations are the best on Hilton Head Island. Updated, clean and never had an issue.

Hands down one of the best rentals we have ever had in Sea Pines and we’ve been coming every year for over a decade. The house was not only amazing, but full of thoughtful details. From the welcome basket awaiting us upon our arrival down to the beautiful decor, we had everything we needed. some of the guests flew so it was extremely convenient to have beach chairs to use at the house, as well as other things like bikes, bike trailer, and pool floats. This was our first time renting a proPerty through BEST NEST by Beverly Serral and we can’t wait to do it again!

Have really never worked with a rental company before. GREAT experience. Despite the fact I had to cancel my plans due to COVID, their customer service was excellent. They kept me updated on status, friendly, replied to every question I had in a timely manner and at the end refunded my monies. Will definitely use them in the future, hopefully next year when this all passes. Thank you BESTNEST for all you do. Cant say enough good about my experience.

Amazing HHI experience!

Amazing spot! I stayed at the Harlan’s place for a week and couldn’t recommend it more. The spacious home was in a great location in Hilton Head. It was stylishly decorated and had very comfortable beds and linens and offered amazing amenities. The house was great for hosting other family members for dinners, game nights, and small pool parties during the day. They thought of everything!!

Love renting from Beverly homes. Her homes are so clean and so well stocked. Excellent linens, bedding and towels. She things of everything including beach towels. We have rented four times from her.

We had such a great time at this house. It was perfect and had everything we needed - beach towels, a beach carrier, rafts for the pool, beach chairs. We have been coming to Hilton Head for the past 20 years and have not stayed in a house that had everything we needed like this house did.The location was quiet and peaceful and very close to Harbor Town. There was a welcome basket when we arrived with snacks which was much appreciated. It was spotless when we arrived. We would not hesitate to rent this house again. A great experience!

Our family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island every year for the past twenty five. Five years ago we were lucky enough to find the Beverly Serral Signature Rental Company. It truly is the best on the island. Beverlys properties are impeccably maintained, decorated, and stocked. Packing has become so easy, just bring your suitcase with your clothing, Beverly supplies the rest. Basic toiletries, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies and everything you need for the beach including towels, chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler, toys, etc.Most important to us is that Beverly personally has been very helpful and responsive to each and every one of our needs. 2017 is a perfect example. Our scheduled week was 09/09/17 to 09/16/17 but Hurricane Irma had a different plans for us. The island was evacuated and did not reopen until Tuesday 09/12/17. We were able to keep in touch with Beverly during the evacuation, and once the island reopened she personally inspected the property and we were able to adjust our week to Wednesday 09/13/17 - Wednesday 09/20/17. We had an amazing stay at this property in June, 2018. the house was VERY clean and stocked with everything imaginable for our families trip. the house is very spacious, location cant be beat and the common pool off the patio was fantastic. we loved that there were towels for everybody, beach chairs, toys, games, etc. were already picking our date to return next year but this time for two weeks instead of one. highly recommend this property, everything was top notch.

My stay at 29 South Beach Lane, Seven Pines was a wonderful vacation experience for myself and my family. This home was spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything and then some was provided for our needs. Sipping wine by the lighted pool in the evening was a wonderful experience. It is a short 500 foot walk to the private oceanfront beach. I rented bicycles and rode all over the town. I recommend this home if you want space, privacy and a wonderful vacation experience. You will not be disappointed.Karen from Ohio.

While Hurricane Florence was gaining more news coverage as we arrived to check into the Plantation villa, we were warmly greeted by its sparkling clean and well furnished appointments.Cut short by the governors mandatory evacuation order, we enjoyed the villas location near the Beach Club and other convenient Sea Pines amenities.The folks at Beverly Serral were extremely helpful and nice to work with plus everything about the villa was as expected from descriptions provided on the property. Were looking forward to future visits!!

Beautifully decorated, stocked and spacious home just steps from a gorgeous, quiet beach in Sea Pines! We were a group of 10 and we all felt that the communal space was wonderful and we could also retreat to our own space when we wanted. Perfect for families and large groups of friends. The pool was just perfect as well...well definitely be back!

It took quite some time to find the perfect property that was pet friendly since it was our first time wanting to bring our golden retriever with us. Finding one that was close enough to the beach to satisfy my husband was a challenge. As we continued our search, I came across several properties managed by Beverly and her team and was impressed by the fact that they welcomed pets and were immaculate. When 437 Plantation Villa became available, I was thrilled because it fit all of our criteria. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by fresh flowers and a basket full of goodies, including doggie biscuits, I knew we hit the jackpot! The condo was newly renovated, the decor was warm, inviting and had all of the comforts of home. Our only recommendation would be to consider adding light blocking window panels for the living area if someone is sleeping on the pullout couch. So happy to say, we had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning again next summer! Thank you Beverly and team!

We had wonderful stay this summer at 22 Hollyberry Lane location. It is a wonderful home with lots of light and beautifully decorated. The treats and snacks left for us at arrival were so thoughtful! The house had everything we might need. We didn’t have to pack and travel with beach towels, or rent umbrellas, beach chairs or a cart to take to the beach. All directions and instructions emailed to us and left for us in a binder at the house were very helpful and answered all of our questions about the house and ease around the island and beach access. The house itself is in a quiet little neighborhood which we walked every morning. When we did contact the Beverly Serral staff with a quick question it was promptly answered and was very professional and friendly. We had a wonderful time here! We would definitely rent this home again.

We love staying at Beverly Serral properties. Sometimes we think about looking for another location and then we say why would we bother? They address any issues we have, the homes are always exceptionally clean, the people in the office are now our Hilton Head friends cause they are just really nice people! We feel like we are important to them when we arrive and they make our stay most enjoyable! And then there is that ‘treat basket’ on the counter when we arrive...😁😁😁. That gets them points too!

This was our first stay at a Beverly Serral property and we were very impressed with their professionalism. The rental was clean and comfortable with many nice extras. All the small details that they take care of made our stay much more relaxing and enjoyable.

We recognize that we are not easily pleased.We were very pleased with our experience at the Wren property. It’s often the small things that are the biggest differentiators and Beverly Serral got it right.The only issue we had was a dishwasher that did not work for 4 of our 7 night stay. Although this wasn’t fixed prior to our departure, the Beverly Serral team kept us informed.

The house we rented was perfect for our wonderful vacation in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island! Beverly Serral Signatures went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed before we arrived and during our stay! I would highly recommend her rental agency to anyone!!

Beverly was initially hired to manage our rental property. She and her team had wonderful decorating ideas, however she would sometimes make decisions with financial implications for us without checking with us first. We spoke with her, politely, about always checking with us before spending our money, but she continued to make some unilateral decisions. After one unilateral decision that had financial implications for us, we aired our frustration. She accused us of not trusting her and she abruptly fired us, after we spent many thousands of dollars to decorate our house to her specifications. She seemed to forget that we were the homeowners. She did not take responsibility for herself and she blamed us. When she was pulling out of the house she tried to pull all labels off of the walls, cabinets, and kitchen drawers, and she removed all hangars, because she said these things were hers. She did not let us know in advance that she would be doing this, so when we arrived at our house late at night after a long drive, we had no hangars in our closets and could not unpack. We would not recommend her services.

Absolutely beautiful home....even better than the pictures. Pool is bigger than we thought too. We had all kinds of rafts in pool and still had room to swim. The walk to beach was less than 5 minutes...less if you take bikes. It’s literally across the street and through the beach tower parking lot. It’s a 5 minute bike ride to the Salty Dog as well. Just couldn’t believe how close everything was. We really enjoyed our stay and will only stay in a Beverly Serral Home when we return. Thank you so much Beverly!

We chose to stay at 29 stoney creek cause of the pictures and the location. When we arrived it was like walking into our own home. The house was welcoming in all ways! The house had everything we needed plus more... to make things interesting we visited during the approach of a hurricane. Even with that, the management company kept in full contact with us with an needs we had and the house offered every thing we needed to enjoy!... we will be back to 29 stoney creek again for sure! (Hopefully without a hurricane coming!!) Thank you to the management company and the owners for providing such an awesome location for me and my girlfriend to stay at!!

We have had a wonderful week! This is our 4th time staying in a Beverly Serral Signature Rental, and our second stay at 44 Stoney Creek. We absolutely love this house, the layout, and of course the kids love the pool! Everything is so clean, and well stocked, we dont have to worry about anything, and just get to relax and enjoy our vacation. Will definitely stay here again, or in any of the Beverly Serral locations!

The house was beautiful! Perfect location!It had everything we needed for our stay. We only needed to buy groceries! They also provided everything we needed for the beach too! We just brought our own canopy. The house was steps away from the bike path / walking path. That made it very easy for us to walk our dog. It was 5 minute or less walk to the beach on a private walking path. Beverly even answered her phone after hours when we couldnt figure out our Wi-Fi. The house was clean. The house was also very bright because of all the windows which I loved! It had beautiful furnishings and decorations. It was perfect for a family of 4. Each of our kids had their own room, bathroom and TV! I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again nor would I hesitate to recommend this house and Beverly Serral Properties.We cant wait to go again! Definitely a five-star rating!
