If your thinking about lash extensions you NEED to go see Lilly!! She did a beautiful job on my volume lash! I had a bad experience the first time I had my lashes done somewhere else and was very skeptical about doing them again but I’m so happy I did I will definitely be going back for a fill! Thank you so much Lilly! I feel so pretty❤️❤️

I purchased gel dip and a pedicure ($110.00 with tip). 2 0f my fingernails lifted and fell off in less than one week, i returned and had 2 nails repaired. The next day 3 more nails lifted. I will not go back for repairs. I was asked if I work allot, which has nothing to do with the why my nails came off in a week. I will never use these people again.

I have absolutely no clue how this business won a best of Hawaii 2020 award. Around 1:00 I scheduled an online appointment for 2:15 for full acrylic set. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was asked to take a seat since they were busy. As a hair stylist I know having too many people in the shop can be overwhelming so I waited outside until 2:15 when I went back inside and sat down in one of the chairs. I figured it would probably be a few minutes since everyone was busy in the middle of a service So I asked if I could use an electrical outlet to charge my phone and the technician was nice enough to say yes. However then I waited for 2 hours past the original appointment time before anyone started working on my nails. It wasnt as big of a deal for me because I dont have any deadlines or other appointments until late this evening, but thats just bad business practice, and it seemed to be a regular occurrence as there was someone else who had an appointment that they told to come back tomorrow after she had been waiting a while. Additionally there was another person who sat with me for about an hour with her nails half done before he finished them. About an hour before he started on my nails he asked if I had an Instagram and I said yes and he said okay pull up pictures, I had already selected an inspiration photo from Pinterest that I showed him but instead he had me select a photo from his Instagram of nails he had already done. I selected a picture of some black stiletto nails with flowers on them and said I want these but without the flowers. After another hour of waiting I was finally seated to start my nails. During that time I had not seen him clean any of his tools or instruments once. I asked if he could do it using black acrylic powder instead of clear. Everything seems to be going smoothly from then on until he asked if I wanted matte or shiny, I replied saying that I did not need them polished at all and he said okay. Then he said if we didnt polish them they would have a matte finish and I said yes thats what I want. Things continued to go downhill from there. The placement of the acrylic on my nail doesnt even cover the whole nail plate and its lumpy near the cuticle. He then said he was going to do something special and preceded to put black chrome on a few nails on each hand and then polish the rest a shiny finish. He asked if I liked them, which I did, even though it wasnt what I asked for, So I said yes. He then told me after everything was done that it was going to be over $70 for the nails when a full set of acrylic nails is supposed to be $40. When I mentioned that and said that, he said I thought you liked them... I said yes but its not what I asked for. I asked for matte finish unpolished nails. He then proceeded to try and tell me that I had asked for the changes he gave me, which is when I restated that I wanted unpolished matte stiletto nails. He then proceeded to take me back to the chair taking even more time to drill off the polish. Which took off even more of the acrylic underneath it creating more lumps and holes. Even with that result he still charged me over $50. I still tipped $15 even though I dont think he deserved it but thats because I also work in the service industry. I would never recommend going here, they are uncleanly, have horrible timing, no sense of courtesy, and will try and squeeze you for every dollar they can and will lie to you to do it.

5 stars for quality,but very dirty shop. Sad about that.

I was super overdue for a pedicure, and they had a spot open when I had time. I decided to take a chance, and Im so glad I did. The shop itself isnt terribly fancy, and the massage chairs are kind of meh, but the actual pedicure absolutely makes up for it. My toes look great and the calf massage I got (I splurged a little and got a deluxe pedi) was absolutely soul-soothing. I didnt think I could find a place this nice in Hilo, and Im kicking myself for not trying them years ago.

My toe and pinkie hurt and are bleeding a day later from how much she cut my cuticles. The rest was fine though.

The old man there was constantly harassing me, just wanted my nails done.

Went to get my eyebrows threaded the prices was reasonable but the quality was poor. I get threading done because I break out with the wax and I feel like it gets all the hairs and leave a beautiful shape. When I left you couldnt tell a difference. I was bummed and still paid for it but it wasnt what I wanted. I was better off tweezing at home.

Super rude and unprofessional. Appt was at 1pm. They are running more than a half hour late. When asking about approx wait time the technician was irritated and was rude in delivering a response. First he said not long without an approx time. I had to ask again for him to give me a time. My mom is on a walker and needed a place to sit if it was going to be an extended wait time. After 20min they were able to sit my mom. 10min later they asked me to come in (30min after my appt). Their were way too many customers inside. They are violating the COVID-19 guidelines. 3 very upset customers left within this time frame. If they had been nice and courteous I would not have been so disappointed or upset. The inside of the salon smells heavily of chemicals. It’s unbearable. Would not recommend.

I had my nails done by a female tech, and it was not worth what I paid. She didn’t even know how to paint nails evenly. She gave me a hand massage which was great, but I doubt she is a licensed nail tech. You’d better have the owner to do your nails if you want a good quality.

Place does a garbage job for too much

This is the best place that I have ever been to for a manicure and pedicure. The owner was extremely accommodating and sweet --he even worked on my nails and he did a fantastic job at it. Value - Price is very affordable compared to other places. Next time Im in the city, I will come back.

Rated the finest quality hand-brushed french tips I have ever got on my two feet, and the utmost tacitly removed unsightly hair on my chin. What a fine experience to be given. Polite, friendly and sincere, these people know their trade and fashion sense of ultimate hygeine. Try them, its my recommendation!

A week before my wedding I went in to do a French tip pedicure, first of all the price was very good and the lady was very nice. I had used glued on fake nails on my toes like 2 weeks ago and there was still a visible dip on all my toes from it, so the lady did the French tips and noticed that you could still see the dip so she took some glitter and made glitter lines over each one so they werent visible and she didnt even charge me for it. This was the first time I felt like a person and not just a customer. I will be back and I will spread the word.

I came in here for a full set with gel and i was very impressed with the skill of staff. Staff found the perfect color for me. The space is clean and soothing. I give them 5 solid stars.

Got my nails SNS dipped. They did not know what they were doing and covered my Kiara sky with white powder. The polish was dulled and now longer glitter. Nails popped off in less than 10 days. Also they dipped my nails in the powder in the jar. Very unsanitary. Did not do a manicure first. This place very disappointing.

Got a pedicure and a full set last week. Both ladies took their time and did an excellent job. Today I noticed both my thumbs gel nail polish were peeling. I went back to get them fixed. Jen, who did my pedicure fixed my thumbs and repainted both hands even tho I told her it was unnecessary. When it came time to pay she refused payment. I will definitely come back.

I had a woman who could barely see do my nails today. My pedicure is horrible and my manicure is mediocre. Pedicure is missing polish in spots. For both the manicure and pedicure all of the paint is uneven and my cuticles are shredded. I came here because the reviews are amazing. I paid 60 dollars to have worst job I have ever seen. I dont review places but this was so bad I had to.

Amazing acrylics and great pedis, Ive been going to this business for a few years now. The people are very gracious.

Not only were they rude, the woman did a terrible job. My nails are lopsided, bumpy and uneven. I made it clear I wasn’t happy and not one person offered to fix it, which is why I’m writing this review. There’s literally a crack in my toe nail that needed to be filed down and the nail tech said “that’s your old polish” what lol? My nails are SOOO FAR from the cuticle (on one hand) looks like I need to get my nails done. Anyways, there are other places around to get your nails done. Best of luck!
