Experience was excellent. Actually the best customer service I had in a long time from a nail salon. They really took care of my family. There was 4 of us that went together and they did an amazing job. Loved the way my toe color came out.

I went here because I saw all the good reviews. They are hard to understand and I heard all the technicians state that the basic pedicure was 45$Their price board on the wall said 35$.He charged me 50$ ! It was less than 30 min and absolutely nothing special.I agree with one of the other 1 star reviews; they HUSTLE you here. I’ve been noticing this is common on hilo side. Make sure your price is firm before you say yes to anything.

Tina did a great job of a pink & white gel manicure today. She’s very meticulous, comparing similar fingers on both hands to be sure everything is even! Very gentle & professional with her tools! I’d highly reccomend her!! 😊

Can’t understand them. Don’t even ask you what you want when you get there. We told them we just want the basic and they added on a bunch of stuff anyway and charged us after the fact. They absolutely hustle you here.

Susan did a full set of acrylic for me and Cindy did a pedicure and foot massage. Amazing service and pricing is very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

They were VERY busy but scheduled me for a mani/pedi. I went shopping between when I walked in and was able to come back for a scheduled appointment about 45 minutes later. Super Nice and did a great job on my mani/pedi. I am new to the Hilo area and am looking forward to coming back!

I walked in for a fill and fix without an appointment, and even though almost all of the chairs were full, Cindy took me right away. She was quick, really nice. I am super happy with her work. Cant wait for my next visit soon.

CHOPPED OFF MY NAILS AND MADE ME BLEEDI asked for a gel manicure, when they asked if wanted acrylics, I said no just natural nails with gel. They then proceeded to cut all my left hand natural nails off while I wasnt paying attention. Im a nail biter and have been working for two months to grow my natural nail out to treat myself to a manicure and now theyre gone. Im so upset. I know they will grow back but its just careless. They also made me bleed on two of my toes during the pedicure. Then proceeded to put alcohol on them!

I scheduled a manicure appointment with Tina who did amazing!!! She was running a few minutes late from my appointment time but I totally understand why- she’s so detail oriented with her work. So I respect the time delay bc if a delay is made up with amazing work, who can complain??When it comes to her work, she copied my “idea” exactly how I wanted it- she even added a little more cuteness too it with some shiny art. Definitely recommend going in to Angel Nails and seeing Tina. I also heard the customers before me and as I was being worked on sharing how they enjoyed their services also with the other technicians so I’m sure the whole shop does excellent work.All in all- very sweet and pleasant place to get your nails done. The pricing isn’t too much and you get a good job for the price you pay 👍🏾 Thanks so much Tina!

Took my sis for her bdy here and we had the most FANTABULOUS super pedi done here.... granted it was the Super Super .... pricey, full service pedi service.... my feet LITERALLY felt like a million bucks after our 1.5hr treatment that included the standard pedicure, callous removal, 2 or was it 3 calf and foot massages, which was my favorite... foot soaks, and paraffin wax treatment and calf/foot moisturizer treatment to wrap it up!! Definitely enjoyed it.. this super pedi is $99/person tho..... perfect for special Birthday treat but I can honestly say it was Worth it!!! 😍💫

Salina gave thee best pedicure ever. The attention to detail, the leg massage (and it was a massage) was spectacular. Very pleased. Now I know what the big deal is about with pedicures because she gave a good one.. Massage put it over the top. Mahalo Salina!

This is the best gel polish manicure I have ever had. Salina took her time on the manicure and shaped the nails evenly. The polish was perfect and design exactly what i wanted. She finished up with a hand and arm massage that felt wonderful! Wow is how I would describe the service here!

I got my gel nails refilled and honestly I hate that I cant understand what they are saying alot of the time and I asked for black and red and apparently she couldnt do it so than she gives me another color set and I find a light green chrome color and than I changed my mind to a pink glitter mind u it was before she even had the polish for the chrome color and she tells me NO the chrome one is prettier also the reason I say (Not Clean) is because 2 of the workers didnt have masks on at all. So finally we finish with the green chrome color and my bill was $67 for a dam refill what the hell is that. My full set that I was refilling was way cheaper than that.

Pearl is Awesome! Highly recommend her if your going in for waxing, pedis/manis or if you want to get your lashes done. She is always friendly & definitely professional.

I got my lashes done and the lady that was doing my extensions she got glue in my hair and i got my lashes done saturday and the glue still hasn’t come out since ! and i needed to do my eye lashes asap ! and i came here and never again …..

I had tried getting in about four other places for a last minute mani/pedi but everywhere was booked on a Friday night! Angel nails was able to get my friend and I in for a mani/pedi (no polish) without a problem, and I’m quite surprised because it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had!! We opted for the deluxe pedicure and it was amazing - from the lotions, to the special treatment they did - I walked out of there feeling like I was walking on sunshine ! It was a little pricey for the deluxe, but worth it in my opinion!

I recommended two family members come in for eyebrow waxing. Always a great experience 🥰

I loved my foot massage during my pedicure. Kevin was awesome 👏🏼 Kate did an awesome job on my nails very attentive to detail. This was my first time there and I’m very happy with the work but it was a little pricey. $163 for everything plus tip so I paid $193 for a mani/pedi.

Its been a week and a half since I got my acrylics done. the price was insanely high and I was charged $6 extra because I didnt want them to be tiny nubs. and $5 for the shape. I read a review on here of another lady saying the nails just popped off and I overlooked it. now the same thing is happening to me.

I never got her name but she was super nice and did a very excellent job on doing my nails.

Kate did a great job. I had an ingrown toenail on my left big toe, when I came in this afternoon, and when I left my ingrown toenail was no longer a problem. Kate kept working on it until the problem was fixed. Thanks again Kate. Ill be back next month.

I had a really bad ingrown nail. Nancy was able to remove it and I didn’t feel no pain. ❤️

Service was good but we didn’t see any wiping down of seats, etc. after use. and there was basically no social distancing ~ two people sat less than 3 feet away from me during my pedicure and manicure.

I had Nail Tech Nancy and she was really sweet although her English was limited (no knock on her) she did her best to service me and did very well. Reason why 3 stars is as she was about to finish with painting of my nails, another Lady (older) switched places with her and was just rude rough and....I’ll pray for her 🤦🏽‍♀️🙏 Just didn’t appreciate her mantra at all. But Nancy was a sweet heart and did a great service.

I did a walk in and they were kinda busy.. I asked if I could do my eyebrows and they put me straight into the room. A lady named pearl did a AMAZING JOB on my eyebrows!! I really recommend her! and she kept really good conversation! She was fast I was only in there for ten minutes! Best experience yet!

The lady that did my daughters full set acrylic was really nice and she really took the time to match the colors my daughter wanted for her full set. We showed her a picture and her nails came out really pretty. I mean if her dad and I are going to pay a lot to get her nails done, it better be nice! She said it was a great birthday present.

Here on vacation for the week. My best friend and I desperately needed pedicures. We walked in, seated quickly and had the best pedicure I’ve ever had and I get them once every 3 months. Sunny and Kate made our feet happy!! :)

Staff was rude and used cheap gel polish that chipped 3 days later. Would not let me sit next to my friend when asked even though there was an empty chair. Told me that powder could only be used for artificial nails which is not true. Will not go back.

I went for my birthday my sister scheduled for 5 of us and the booked us at 6 and then rushed through it to where I didnt even get my pedicure n my manicure was nice but not full my sides showed n by my cuticle. If ur going to schedule 5 ppl an hr b4 closing thats ur fault. U shouldnt rush a paying client I even have bubbles on my nailes from the gel.

Consistantly great Service when Ive had nails done, whether walk in or appointment. Love the gel dip! My natural nails are much stronger.

I had been here three weeks ago, I really did not like the service, I usually get my nails done by myself, since it was Hawaii I expected it to be a lot better than what I received. I got my nails done by Cindy, I asked her for Acrylic nails when I arrived, but she used a powder (I think SNS) on my nails and I thought she is going to get something better out of it. It was a very simple pink and white color but my nails were damaged very much. I got my nails removed at a spa a week ago, it took forever to get it out and my nails are severely damaged now. It might take a month or more for my nails to get better. For the money I spent on this, I did not expect to receive such a bad service, I hope she would have given me heads up regarding how much this can damage my nails.

I always request Tina to do my nails with gel polish. She is quick, consistent, knowledgeable about the colors, techniques so her opinion is legit. I’ve been going to her for more than 6 years. I also ask for Cindy for my pedicures. She’s very thorough, consistent and gives a great foot massage. I like the the salon is clean and so is the equipment and chairs are comfortable and not ripped or broken. I intend to be a customer here for as long as Tina owns the salon and Cindy does my pedicure. I leave the salon very satisfied with the results every time! Also, if I chipped a nail or smudge the polish on my way out or when I go home I can come back and they will fix it no questions asked right away. I really like that.

I got my eyelash extensions here, had to do a last minute appointment because my usual lady was booked, highly recommended. My lashes are really pretty and i’m obsessed! $180 for a full volume set, $85 for monthly fills and the lady was very nice.

Excellent service! They managed a busy floor and prioritized people with appointments. Deluxe pedicure was awesome with extra massage time. They kindly touched up my niece’s nail polish after she had messed it up while drying. They also took the time to wrap her toes in plastic wrap before she put on her closed-toe shoes to preserve her polish. They let me sit in the massage chair while I waited for the others in my party to finish. Overall, Great experience and we will return again.
