Overall good experience! This salon was friendly and thorough on my mani pedi tonight.My only concern was being charged $55 prior to tipping when the salon sign said manicure and pedicure was $45. To my knowledge, Hawaii does not have a 21+% sales tax at salons. 🤔 Not sure about that.

Excellent customer Service. Have been a customer for over 7 years. Would definitely recommend and ask for Tracey or Rachel. Their manicure and pedicures are the best. So relaxing. I always feel pampered when I have my appointment. I look forward to my next appointment in two weeks. Love the location. Just 10 minutes from my home 🏡.

I was impressed with all the reviews so had my gel nails done on Sunday. Must be an off day for “friendliness”. My tech did not say One Word . Amazing ! I haven’t been in a nail salon that doesn’t use a towel to put your hands on while getting a manicure . Cut back on cleanliness too, I’m afraid . Can’t recommend.

As busy as I am, I always appreciate when Nina Nails accept walk-ins. The place is clean and the workers are very efficient.

I brought in a dress for alteration. Now it is lost. Nina did not tell me this until the third time I came back asking about it. Folks at the salon did take some time to look for it. Still, I would not take any clothing that is special to you here.

I love how Tracey does my nails. It’s not to thick, doesn’t fall off and I get compliments all of the time!

Pedicures are not rushed, detailed and have awesome massage chairs. Amazing and worth the $30 unlike other salons who dont do as good of a job.
