Long story short. Bad customer service. Hair cut took over two hours for my son and not anything like the hair cut we asked for. $50.00 for an awful experience. Management here is lacking and extremely non existence. Please call me so I can help you out and turn this around for your future guests.

The manager greeted me and informed me of the wait time.20 min. after the manager, Athena, gave me an awesome haircut. At the end I asked if a senior citizen discount applied and she informed me they do not offer this discount, I believe she said any longer...perhaps. Then she said its $25.00 . I paid $25.00 and I added $5.00 gratuity . My concern, the price included a quick shampoo. Whether you get it(I didn t) or not, it s still $25.00, which it s fine. I didnnt requested it, but it should have been offered.Otherwise everythink was fine and I received a great hair cut. Athena was attentive and professional. NOTE: The online price offered is lower than the real price, perhaps because of taxes, I do not know.

I was here a few months ago, I had my undercut trimmed up and the split ends taken off my length. I specifically requested to not have my hairline shaped because I often break out from the fine buzzers, unfortunately once my haircut started I did what I usually do and didnt pay attention to whats being done. My hairline ended up getting buzzed and I had one of the worse breakouts within a few hours. My undercut was buzzed very uneven and had a litter of a billion baby hairs that were noticeable missed.. The ends of my hair instantly resplit and were very noticable within 3 days of this haircut to the point it looked like I didnt just have a haircut done and had to go get it retrimmed. This has never happened before and I use very high quality products so I know its not my hair. Direct customer service was very profession and I liked my stylist, I just feel my haircut was very rushed and done poorly.

I just moved to Highlands Ranch and needed a new salon, Becca cut my hair and she did an amazing job...Ill be back to see her next time!

I took my daughter here to fix a bad haircut from another salon. She was so upset and really nervous about making it worse, but Kalyn (who usually works at another location) was so kind and gave her a really great haircut.
