Misty is an excellent barber! She is friendly and talented. She is worth her weight in gold!

I made online reservation. I came on time and ended up waiting 1 hour 20 minutes. I asked the lady what is hold up, she said I have 7 people head me and started laughing at me. I was surprised. I looked my once and anything wrong with me.It could be either online reservation system is not working properly or hairstylist who work in this branch like to mess up people appointment.I would never come to this place again. Also they did not ask me about hair wash. I guess I VUP, or I have difference race. Rest of the costumers seem to having VIP service.

I checked in online, the app said 26 minute wait, suggested arrival tim of 9:52. So, I arrived at 9:52 and walk in. My name is on the screen saying 41 minute wait. So, either the program running your appointments doesnt work. Or, you staff jumped someone in front of me. Ive never had a problem with your app before, so Im guessing your staff is playing games.

I went and donated my hair and I also got a full mvp special since it was my first time there. The people were really nice and just as sad to see my hair go as I was. But the marines call so gotta get rid of it.

I never ever leave reviews. How do they even have their barber/cosmetology license ? They can’t cut hair for sh**t . Do not use this location I repeat go to the other location in highlands ranch. This was terrible . I asked for a simple haircut that I’ve gotten perfect at the other location. (Other location was closed) This women did the worst job ever . Didn’t use the right size guard nor did she measure cutting the top of my head. Dear owner make sure your staff know what they are doing . Terrible terrible job do not go here

Great place except they dont cut hair for special needs kids. I have called corp office. ask for the owner to call but nothing. Channel 6 news will love this story.Funny that you blamed Covid for discrimination of a special needs child. There was no misunderstanding. Emily did not care, just turned us away...

Dropped by just as everyone else seemed to arriving I waited and luck of the draw, Misty was my stylist. She provided a nice haircut and MVP, this was the best experience I have had at on of these Sports Clips. Great professional attitude and high quality service. They just wanna get you out the door. The haircuts are lazy, and the price is outrageous for the quality of performance they provide.

Selecting the right stylist goes a long way! Misty is awesome and always ensures I am squared away. Sometimes the on-line check in process does not accurately convey the wait times (approximate 45min delta). Which forced me to pursue a different option after arriving. It was a strange visit. Either way, what I thought was going to result in a waste of my time, actually drove me to make an appointment with Cutters Den down University. Glad I made that appointment. I would suggest working with the Stylist directly (off the books) for an appointment if you go with Sport Clips. It seems thats what everyone else does based on my observations from the last visit.

I’ve been going to sports clips for the last three years, and Becca is my go to stylist. She always does a terrific job, she knows exactly how I want my haircut, and every time turns out exactly how I want it. I’ve also gone to Nicole and Raven and both have done an amazing job. The environment is fun, comfortable, and clean, highly recommended for men/young men looking for the best place to get a haircut.

I always check in online and request Raven. First of all she gives me fantastic haircuts and very pleasurable to speak with during the haircut. I get a bald fade which is not a fun haircut for them but she always does it with a smile and a great job. Thank you Raven!

I’ve been going to Emily for 4 years. I’m really picky, but she does such a great job with detail. I get the MVP each time. It’s just nice to be able to sit down and not have to explain how to cut - she remembers!

Showed a pic of what I wanted for my sons haircut. They did an uneven bull cut. Called to ask if they would help fix it and the girl that answered the phone, Raven, was horribly rude. She actually talked badly about me out loud as she transferred the phone to her manger. I was nice the whole time. Had no idea a haircut could get someone so up set. Won’t be going back and getting a refund.

I’ve had mostly negative results at this location and will be either trying another location (I had mostly fine results at Lone Tree before moving) or a traditional barber. I don’t expect perfection from a chain like this, however I don’t expect crooked lines they won’t fix or cuts in my skin.

Friendly, precise, and knowledgeable staff. Ive been going here for years, and I walked away feeling more handsome every time! My barber Misty totally delivered on the haircut.

This location has good stylists and isnt usually too busy. This time they did a great job too so very nice experience.

Avoid highlands ranch Sports Clips at all costs. Ive been going to sports clips for years Id never have felt so out of place in both these locations. 1 by Whole Foods and the one a couple miles east (Kelly avoid) of them. They both tried to charge me for a neck trim after I just got my haircut three weeks ago before moving out the Highlands Ranch 3 days ago. Very uninviting at both locations and no conversation whatsoever. Definitely be going to another location over the freeway where its much more enjoyable and inviting.

Have made this my preferred spot for a quality haircut in Highlands Ranch. Becca always does a great job with custom requests and does not rush to get to the next customer.Much more detail oriented than some of the other more expensive barber shops in the area.

They just jacked my head up so bad they literally had to shave the entire thing. I have less hair than my sister who just finished Chemo. I can never go back here. I highly suggest no one go here. I’ll be wearing a hat for at least the next 2 months.

Excellent service. $17 cut that is perfect. Got a Don - draper style cut from Jean, and its the best cut I have had in quite some time. Clean facilities, lots of sports.

So when I showed up the stylist asked if I wanted to keep the line (hard part) in my hair. I told her that I do but ONLY if she feels comfortable and if not that its not a big deal. What does she say? Oh thats my speciality! I wish i could post a pic of how terrible it is......thats what i get for believing her......she was more worried about leaving on time than any thing else. Great service above and beyond the standard cut. Prices are OK.REVIEW EDIT AS OF MAR. 2019: I have since stopped going to this establishment as there were a couple of scheduling SNAFUs that happened in the couple of years that I was going there. On one occasion I walked-in and got put on the list for a haircut. My wait time was displayed on a monitor they have on the wall, so I went next door to do some quick shopping and when I returned (before the time had expired) I found that they had passed me up because I was not present when it was my turn. I suppose its a minor gripe, but its a gripe that is only fair to include in a review, right?The last instance was on a night that my stylist was scheduled to be there until close. I arrived about 30 minutes prior to close and found out that she had left early. This establishment doesnt let you schedule appointments, so I pretty much wrote them off as I was tired of not being at fault for scheduling boo-boos.

It took forever for any of the employees to acknowledge that I had walked in. When they finally did, the lady just mumbled to sign in. She didnt even give me a wait time. When the stylists were done with someone they moved incredibly slowly cleaning up and getting ready for the next person.When a stylist had finally gotten to me the service was mediocre. Part of the experience at Sports Clips is the shampoo, hot towel and shoulder massage. My stylist half-assed it, I was not very impressed.

They always cut my hair the way I like it. Good job.
